7am appointment...was greeted professionally by Jesus. Listened to my concerns. Was friendly and honest and set expectations. I was out the door in less than 90 minutes. He kept me updated along the way while I worked in the customer waiting area. Couldn't be more pleased. Definitely would recommend.

My last service experience at AutoNation Chevy C. Gables was as smooth as it's ever been. My service advisor Joel Hun went above & beyond to accommodate me and get my service done expeditiously. Every leaf was turned in resolving the car problem I had. In addition, the GM Alain Josep always goes out of his way to ensure that the customer is satisfied with every aspect of the service experience and looks to make clients feel to be part of the AutoNation family. I recommend this dealership to anyone to wants a hassle free experience from buying/leasing cars to having them serviced.

They have great service and friendly staff, however there was a bit of oil left over on top of the cover around the oil fill cap and dust on top of the cover where the air filter was changed.

The service was great IMO. I had to go there instead of Pines Auto-nation. Every time I have to get service I d go to Auto nation coral gables even though I live closer to the pines dealership. Guillemo the service advisor at Coral gables assisted me with everything I needed for my vehicle.

AUTONATION Coral Gables is one of the best mistakes I ve ever made. I purchased my truck in Doral with the maintenance package. I thought I had to get my service done there, until I mistakenly made an appointment at the Coral Gables location. AutoNation Coral Gables was able to complete all the service, all the recalls and all the issues that I had in my truck in one visit; something that I ve been waiting for AutoNation Doral to do since last September. AutoNation Gables was amazing and I only plan on taking my truck there for service e from now on. Finally, my service advisor was Adrialys Aubrey was wonderful. She s the one that made everything happen, followed up, provided updates through the day and let me know in advance when my truck was be ready.I m so happy that I can take my truck to get service in AutoNation Coral Gables.

Agent was nice ... however, difficulty in using my coupons ... after what seemed like a lengthy process ... the Mgr only accepted 1 of the 2 that I presented (2 windshield wipers $90 ???????). Oil exchanged very expensive (used the only coupon I was allowed to use for this service.)

My wife and I are customers for years but this time it was the worst experience ever. Super slow, worth communication and everyone there has an attitude. I have to go back to the conception the day after get the car because they didn t give me my contract. I m still waiting for my TAG because they didn t do the transfer still after 3 weeks. Trying to cal nobody answered and of course never call you back.

This is the 4th time my vehicle has been here for repairs. They put a new engine in my car 9months ago and it's never ran right since and now the engine is blown. I take very good care of my vehicles..oil changes when needed, rotate tire, check fluids regularly...etc. I bought this vehicle from AutoNation Toyota certified used cars in Westin 2 years ago and thank goodness I purchased the extended warranty because this has been nothing but trouble. I've had it in this service department for various problems and they never fix it completely. I've picked my car up twice from here after they supposedly fixed it and got stranded on the side of 95..broken down yet again. Now they want me to pay them $500 to turn the engine on.... Now remember i have the gold plan or whatever its called and the engine is covered under this plan plus the just put this engine in 9months ago!!! They are very unprofessional. When I call to get an update on my car I have to select the prompt for the sales department because if I select service it will ring and ring and ring until some random voice mail picks up. My next step is to sue them because they have sold me a lemon and treated me poorly.
