Manager in this location denied my drop-off of UPS delivery packages. Only accepted partial claims he is not allowed to receive more. I have dropped packages at different locations, and had the bad luck to be showned this location when looking for UPS drop-offs.

Wouldn't be able to say how good the service or products are because it's 8:20pm and the doors are locked shut, all lights are on, no employee in sight. I guess they closed an hour early today. The outside of the business looks pretty clean so I can't leave 1 star. Please update the hours of operations to reflect your actual open/close times.

Wasn't that happy. First online said they had batteries for my Nissan at $79 I got there man said cheapest to fit my car was $210. I got it installed. The man installing it didn't even know how to get other battery out. Person I traveled with ended up helping him. So I had to spend $210 for battery. I couldn't shop around since if I shut my car off I'd have to get jump again.

Good variety. Im giving 3 stars because the place always looks dirty. They should have the entrance area cleaned up and do some other minor upgrades and it will look better. Other than that, staff is ok.

Horrible service. Amateur employees. Employee told me my car takes 6.9 quarts of oil and it actually only takes 4.5 quarts. I came back and told him that his program was wrong and even then the employee was rude. They also give you a hard time to return an item after purchased for 2 DAYS even with a receipt.

I give this business four stars because I called first inquiring about a battery and installation and the person who answered the phone lack customer service skills but the guy that installed the battery was wonderful!!

Don't like Advance Auto Parts AutoZone is better you can buy brakes there so long you keep as you keep your vehicle you'll have lifetime brakes for free
