I came in with a battery issues and Ramone was extremely helpful, he checked the battery status, removed the battery, charged it and install it back while being extremely polite and courteous. Additionally the store looks very clean and every employee smiles and makes you feel welcome when you come in. Great place, I hope I won't have more car issues, but if I do this will be the place I will come to.

I had to return an item that I ended up not using. Despite having a receipt and the item being intact, they refused to help me with this and just dismissed me with a rude and condescending attitude. They were not helpful at all and I would not recommend shopping here.I ended up going to a different advance auto parts and they were very helpful and friendly there. They solved my issue.

Great store with pleasant employees that are helpful and knowledgeable. Check it out, you will not be disappointed.I need a slim jim because I lock my keys in the car. Most store tell you were it's at and your on your own to find it. But, here the guy told me where it was and walk ahead, pick it up and gave it to me. Now that type of customer service is sadly missing today! That type of service makes a person come back! Thank You

The manager Jean is an amazing gentleman! Knowledgeable, super helpful. My battery is a bit of a pain to change and without a question or complaint Jean rolled his cart to my rescue and handled my battery replacement like a true pro!!

Came into the store for some items wasnt able to get the help I needed very frustrating it broke my heart when I found out romon doesn't work there anymore besides Jean. He was one of you guys best employees always helpful when I came to the store

Great Service!!! "Mac" was incredible! It can be difficult to find honest people in this field but Mac was honest and trustworthy. Ladies, if you're looking for someone that won't "get over on you" go visit Mac.

I went there to get a new battery because I thought my old one was dead. The sales associate, Jean Leconte was so thorough and helpful! He did the testing for my battery and alternator and found out that I do not need a new battery. The connection was loose and he fixed it -for free! He gave me a return for the battery I bought when he could have just put it on. I definitely trust this people. I will Lee coming back and definitely recommend this place! Thank you!

worst experience ever! The guy (who I have on video) would not let me return brand new battery because they "don't allow batteries to be returned" and because they do not allow merchandise to be returned from another store. Exactly the opposite of what I was told from the store what I bought them. I would rate them a minus 3 stars if was possible.

Staff member Leconte was amazing, he went over and beyond with helping me change my battery that didn't want to come off. It was so early in the morning and he worked very hard to help me. He was great and he didn't complain not once. Thanks Leconte you rock!

This place is convenience and it has to all the parts that I want it although Advance Auto Parts is around the street from my house I prefer to go where I know the part is there if not they order it for you and it's like a day and they're have it there for you I have always been satisfied with the customer service and the way they take care of you asking you did everything work out okay after you bought the part very nice

The manager of this store Anthony should be fired! I arrived a couple of mins before closing and they looked like they were closed for a while. I spoke to Anthony and said I desperately needed a tire repair kit and that I was even willing to pay cash so he didn t need to run a credit card but he refused. If you want an Advanced Auto Parts store that doesn t follow its own store hours, come to this one. Anthony has you covered!

I was trying to buy a car cover to keep the rain out of my car since my rear glass was broken. The employee that "helped" me said it was out of stock. I asked them to call their other location and was told I need to bring my car. I was taking Lyft since I was not feeling well, so that was not an option.Their competitor found the cover I needed and put it aside for me until I got there.In response to the owner, I was looking at the covers with the employee. There were less than 10 covers on the shelf, all universal. I asked him to call the store on Biscayne and 116th Street, and that store said I had to bring the car.

Very helpful staff. I always come here if I need anything auto related and I am always greeted and helped by any of the staff assigned. Look out for online deals, however, because online and in-store prices may vary.

It's a last resort place to get auto parts. Andy in Hallandale location is the only guy that's been very helpful. Otherwise staff is kind of lethargic. Product selection is kind of limited compared to others chains.

Invest in self check out. shouldn't have taken 20 minutes to buy oil. Finally walked out and went to autozone not oil was the oil cheaper but was checked out in less than 2 minutes of standing in line. The beauty of 3 employees

Great customer service! They gave me info about other shops in the area where I could find what I needed. When I went back I could find what I wanted in just a couple of minutes and I was done. And, they accept Android pay.

The customer service here is none existence. I waited for 15 mins to cash out at the register, I ask the sales associate if their were anyone else to assist the line of 7 customers, he said yes but he never called her to the front to help. I left my items and went else where. the manager of this store should be fired ASAP.

Bought a bran new Gold battery with 3 year warranty. Battery went bad after 6 months. Took it in to The location of purchase and after waiting an hour an a half for them to charge my battery, the battery tested positive according to the associate and they told me the issue must be something else because the battery was fine. Car wouldn t start the morning after. Had to have it towed to the nearest dealer where they determined the battery was bad/ dead/ needed replacement. Called the Advance Autoparts store where I had pourchased the battery and explained that I had an emergency and needed a refund because I had to buy a new battery at the dealer, and the associate just put me on hold indefinitely. Completely let down by Advance Autoparts. Strongly recommend going elsewhere, especially for batteries.

The staff here is very helpful they took my batteries and they try to help you with all the questions that you have. The only downfall is that sometimes they do not have the parts that I want right away other than that A+
