This is my go to auto shop! Benjamin and Freddy were extremely helpful when I took my car. They provided a system check and also gave me some great insight into the kind of battery my car needed. All around great & friendly service & was able to install my battery for me in no time. Would definitely recommend!

I visited the store a few weeks ago to buy a new battery for my car. All of the staff was professional, courteous, and had me on my way with the new battery installed in no time. I would definitely return for any future auto needs.

Honestly, had the most amazing experience in this store. the manager was the apitim of what true management should be. everything from the service, knowledge and how he trained his staff. I wish there were more passionate people like him in this world.

Spoke to Benjamin on a Friday about a part I needed for my car. Called back on Saturday and he immediately remembered my name without me telling him. Gave me recommendations for parts annd even helped me with a warranty issue. In this day and age really bad customer service, Benjamin went above and beyond. I highly recommend trying Benjamin and this location first before trying anywhere else. Thanks for everything!

Toyner was extremely helpful and great attitude. He changed my battery at 830 at night all the while providing amazing customer service. Would highly recommend this location for others to come. Other employees were also helpful and kind.

Junior was an amazing help as soon as I walked in help me get a better installed it made just he put everything exactly how is was before cleaned everything. You guys need more people like junior if I was the manager I ll give him a supervisor position never seen someone so eager to help someone his the only reason you guys get 5 stars.

Benjamin (Ben) is great at what he does. Very knowledgeable and respected by his staff. He provides excellent customer service. Javier helped me out, and although they were extremely busy, Javier made sure to take care of me. Very happy, will be back soon!

After an extremely stressful morning, I finally made it to the advanced auto parts on 117th. Benjamin was the kindest employee who made sure he helped me get back on the road. He was knowledgeable, helpful and quick. He also answered any questions I had and took the time to explain it. I don t wish car troubles on anyone, but if you do have them Benjamin is definitely the guy to go see!

You just don t get good customer service nowadays and this place reminds you what you re missing out on. The team here is helpful and will assist you getting the parts you need and great advice along the way. The manager Benjamin, really strives to make sure his team can meet your questions w/ proper knowledge and training. He also has such a great attitude (very appreciated early in the morning) and runs a tight ship. I have an older car so I m always running into the store, and this place makes me happy to be a regular.

I came in looking to replace my battery. I first interacted with Armando, he was very friendly and even told me how some dealerships are just looking to rip you off which is true. Yohao then checked my battery and help me out directing me to a professional mechanic to check up on it. Toymer is very knowledgeable and answered every question I had in a very friendly and polite way. I ve been to other Advance locations before but I must say I have had my best experience here, all the staff was friendly, very professional and they all seem to know a lot about the business and cars overall. I am happy with the service they provided me and I would definitely recommend you to take your car here and ask for Yohao and Toymer to assist you. They are the best duo.

Came in looking for a part and got the right treatment. Management was very good and on top of the quality of service. I got the help I needed and even extra tips on how to install. Great location overall.

Really frustrated with this place. They said I had a warranty on my battery but they said I would have to leave a day to test. The next day I have a bad battery and no warranty. They used to have great service and now have gone way downhill. I missed work thinking I would have a new battery because again Javier told me I had a warranty.

I don t typically write reviews but wanted to take a moment to highlight one of the best customer service experiences I ve ever had. I came in to get windshield wipers for my car. Angel very quickly and kindly greeted me and assisted me with my order along with his Manager, Benjamin. Additionally Angel and Benjamin offered to take the time to assist me with the installation which they did in such a professional manner and quickly too. After installing I gave it a try and it was all perfect. I was blown away by the service and I highly recommended this exact Advance Auto Parts location to anyone looking for car parts services. Angel and Benjamin, thanks very much for your professionalism. This type of service is very rate these days.

Toymer was great!! He was very helpful and he installed my new car battery for me. Considers problems as a challenge and he is able to work out his own solutions. You can tell that in all aspects of work he is not satisfied unless achieving the highest standards.

I don t typically write reviews but wanted to take a moment to highlight one of the best customer service experiences I ve ever had., I have a Mustang GT 1991 that Im restoring to original when new. I had a problems with the front calipers I bought on-line with your company . I went to the Sotre Manager and he resoved it very quickly, His staff and himas well are very proffessional , knowleagble and great wih thier customers, I hope to continue buying my parts with them , I always have a positive experience purchasing items with them, Great Job

I really felt compelled to take the time to write this review after my incredible experience visiting the store this morning and being helped by Toymer. Not only did Toymer take the time to thoroughly clean out my daughters battery terminals that were corroded and show me the steps necessary to get these cleaned, he also took the time to explain thy "Why" behind it's importance. I was extremely impressed with the fact that even though this is a "Free" service they offer, it's clear to me that he not only shares a "Passion" for cars, but he displays the same "Passion" for helping customers and unfortunately, that's a trait we don't often see these days when speaking of retail experiences as a consumer. Advanced Auto Parts should be extremely proud to have an associate as helpful and passionate as Toymer working for the corporation. Kudos to Toymer!

I went to buy a new battery for my daughter's car and the service was stellar. I wasn't expecting such level of customer service at an auto parts store. The young woman helping me was very helpful and professional. She saw my hands were dirty from removing the original battery and directed me to a washing station to clean up. She had one 9f her co-worker install the new battery for me. He was professional and helpful as well. They both went out of their way to provide great customer service.

They carry a fine line of Quality Auto Parts aftermarket and I always fully stocked and very knowledgeable sales staff I enjoy going to this place over AutoZone always keep up the great work a happy customer!

guy was extremely rude to my boyfriend and told him he couldn't return the part if it didn't work, obviously because the guy had to feel like he was right and all mighty. maybe you should employ people who are willing to help those who spend their money at your store, rather than people who belittle them and throw unnecessary attitude at them.

Careful if you want to make a rightful return - hopefully you don t get Giovanny. Bad attitude and asked for proof of payment from a transaction we did at another store just to make sure we weren t double dipping - basically assuming we received the part twice. Not sure how this guy is a store manager with that attitude. We ve been coming here since before he was born and now hate giving him our business. Other guys there like Nelson are awesome and a pleasure to deal with.
