Just had the best experience ever here. Had a nail in my tire, not only did they tell me what to purchase to patch it but they helped me do it. I couldn t ve had a better experience. Thank you so much!!!

Very bad customer experience. Every location I was able to change my battery for free, but this location with the worst assistant called Mike with absolutely no wish to help said they can t change the battery on this car. Maybe it was because I came in the morning. Beware of this location. Advance Auto Parts is a good store but not this one.

Amazing service, thank you Eddy!The battery at my new Euro car died and I didn't want to go to the over-priced lousy-service authorized dealers, Eddy was able to replace it when no other mechanic wanted to! This guy is amazing; the owner should promote him to a manager; professional skills and great customer attitude; thank!

I like thid location because it's neater and doesn't seen so cramped. Each time I've been, the employees were helpful. There was one guy this most recent visit who could use some customer service refreshing, but overall a nice store. They couldn't locate my most recent purchase from another store which I found odd. But I'll probably stop here first next time.

Eddy was so nice and helpful- he had a bunch of customers and treated everyone so kindly and respectfully. He quickly replaced my battery and made sure my car was good to go. Thank you!!

I like their honesty!I was buying a part for my car for the windshield wiper piping, and I wasn't sure if I would need extenders to make sure the piping would fit, so I got a how box. But when they saw what I really needed, they were like "no, you only need this small part, not the full box!" I was pleased with that! I like honesty, and I wish honesty can be rewarded.

I asked if they could check my car battery, and the employee came to my car with the test box - after a few minutes he told me my battery was fine and sent me on my way. VERY polite and did not try and sell me something I did not need.

Lousy customer service by Fernando who was more concerned about talking about is personal insurance issues with other customers instead of helping awaiting customers in line. Completely disregarded waiting customers. Manager Jose was called and did not seem to be bothered by Fernando's customer service failure, but instead called someone else to ring me up. Again, good luck with your insurance Fernando! Do it on your own time!

It is unfortunate that this is the closest Advance Auto to me so I keep going to it when I'm in a hurry. It's always the same, terrible. The manager is about as fast and sharp as molasses. Everything takes forever. Everyone in there has a terrible attitude. I'd like to say something good about this place but I don't have anything. Save yourself the headache and don't go here unless you have no other option.

Advance Auto Parts on Munday St., Miami Fl (coconut grove): SO helpful to have a service that installs batteries. Open to compromise, and had gotten excellent service from the employer, Eddy (or Edy/Eddie) the whole experience made my day easier with good timing-in and out of there.

Super slow service0820 and doors are still locked, hours on window say 8am. Can see people inside too walking around. One gentleman waiting with me already left, do they want business here??? They're quickly losing it.

I came in with a dead car battery, check engine and check AWD - Eddie fixed all of it in 15 minutes and was incredibly helpful. I'm so happy I came here. Thank you Eddie!

I was driving down US1 and needed a part, I Googled them, called them, and they had the part waiting for me when I arrived 5 minutes later. As I was getting out of my car, the employee recognized me by the make & model of my car. Very impressive service, especially for Miami!

Everytime I go here I am disapponted in new and interesting ways. Today called for a part, they have it, I ask them to hold it for me. I go to the store noone knows where it is. I wait 15 minutes, they find it. The box is taped up and filthy, I opened the box and found a used gasket inside. Thank you for wasting my lunch break, I didnt need the part today anyway.
