I had a very good experience with Ray & his mechanic shop. He fixed my car with the help of his mechanic worker. They were quick, polite & didn't break the wallet.

Ray was great to deal with, went the extra mile to get me my truck back asap. Also found some info to try and recover some costs from the MFG. would highly recommend

I went in to get my oil changed on my Ford Explorer. Ray was helpful and even notified me of other issues that were going on with my car that had gone unnoticed by my last mechanic. They had very reasonable prices and everyone was helpful and kind.

I called and the customer service was atrocious. I have never left a review before today but the mechanic named Hyde I believe answered the phone and immediately had an attitude and when I told him my mechanic diagnosed the problem but is not able to do the transmission job he responded tell your mechanic to do it himself I don t have time for this and then proceeded to hang the phone up. What kind of business hires weirdos like this. TerribleService: Transmission

After taking back numerous times my 2008 VW Jetta to have the AC and the shifting of the transmission gears I was told by owner Ray that at the AC systems has hot and cold and that at least there was hot air coming out of the vents. He then told me don't worry about fixing the AC and let's concentrate on fixing the transmission problem and when I reminded him that I had already paid for these repairs he told me 'TO TAKE IT TO VW DEALER " and if I wanted to call the police to go right ahead. I don't recommend this place of business.

Went to have my a\c repaired have to bring it back twice on the thrid time he told me he was to busy and to come back another day there was nobody waiting and the mechanic was sitting around doing nothing was his way of getting rid of you

Quick and fast service from the girl from the front office and the mechanic that was very professional and knowledge about my issue. I would recommend 100%!!!! I would recommend to everybody

Family.... Thats the first word that comes to mind when I think of shift transmission. The service is incredible the receptionist is beautiful and you'll always know exactly what is going on with your car at every moment it is there.
