Horrible, there was a lady that was attending the front and had an attitude, guess she doesn t like her job but still works there, maybe has a bad day idk but definitely not a good experience. Never going back. I did what I needed to be done to my car at home. It was my first time giving Walmart auto center a shot and they horribly fail by having a not happy or helpful customer service rep.

Horrible customer service. They didn't answer their phone so I could find out if an appt was needed for an oil change. Stopped in, one guy working the counter, stood there 20 minutes while he helped others. Then he asked me what I needed, he said appts needed or I could wait 5 hours. Wasn't worth my breath to ask how to get an appt. That store needs help.

WALMART advertises tires that as available, but then cancels order when place. Successfully placed an order on 11/21/23 for 4 tires during Walmart's Black Friday sale and later received an email stating my order was cancelled due to the tires being out of stock. Placed 2 more orders on 11/24/23 and 11/25/23 and both orders were also cancelled due to the tires being out of stock. Called customer service for assistance because the tires show as being available on their website. The customer service representative stated he would escalate my issue for further assistance and advise I would receive a call within 48 hours. As of today 12/8/23, I have not received a call back from Walmart explaining why orders for tires showing available on their website are repeatedly cancelled.

Otee was AWESOME he went above and beyond the call of duty by helping me with my tires I needed. Even put me on hold to check personally and I am impressed Otee Thanks!

They were short staffed went to have tire repaired due to nail - w/warranty.came in @ 8:00 a.m. lost keys offered repair. I didn't leave until 1:30 p.m. lost the entire morning to early afternoon of work.Sympathetic to being short staffed but cost me more in the long run not a good experience.

This is what happens when you get to this place 6:50 am, because the Walmart s schedule says they open at 7:00 am. Is already 7:10 and there is no one taking appointments or receiving customers. Horrible service.Service: TiresService: Tires

I arrived at the auto center to change my tires. I was LITERALLY the ONLY car in sight, the guy could have helped me in those 17 minutes I had but told me that he was sweeping and couldn't be bothered apparently . Welp, it's Walmart, what can one expect. Not many humans exist on this planet

Had a terrible experience here. They don t open the door at 7 am. I have to wait another 30 minutes to open the auto care door. They don t care about customers and their time.

Extremely poorly service. Came for a nail in my tire on Friday afternoon and I was told they were not taking any more cars. I came the following morning at 8AM and they did not start working on my car until 2PM and only because I said something. Do not get the road hazard warranty, it is not worthy, especially if your free time is very limited. It is unbelievable that you have to leave your car for more than half a day for a tread puncture repair.VERY POOR SERVICEService: Tires

Danny helped us and really went above and beyond to answer our questions and help my stepdaughter understand more about the issue with her car. He recommended us a great mechanic to do things that can't be done at the auto center. That guy deserves kudos and a promotion!

It's not that much cheaper than the local tire shop and it took 4 hours. First and last time using them. I would rather help a local business and save my time.

Don t get your tires changed here! I beg you go to a tire shop anywhere but here!! I came in to get my tires all new just a week ago, They were super unprofessional and the same brand new tire they changed is flat now it s only been 12 days! They didn t do balancing even tho they said they did on the invoice they said I declined tire rotation even tho I was never asked! It s a scam and to ever think to come here! I will be looking in to legal action to be taken! This place is a scam, unsafe and we ll be reported! Walmart you have people s lives in your hands and you have foolish uncaring employees fixing cars.

Overall a good experience..I was able to get a set of 4 tires for $200 at the Wal-Mart website and decide to install it at this location... during my purchase the system offered me installation at this premises for under 60$ ... ( mounting and balancing)... however that scheduler does not match the appt online with the appt desk shop... call ahead ...Nonetheless, I was able to book an appt next day and they accommodated me...this place is super affordable.. batteries from 50 dollars and 1 year warranty. Oil changes. Light bulb replacements and wiper blades for 5-7 $ labor!!!! I got a quoted from Tire kingdom for the same service for $390 ... all these prices are prior to tax....good service for a good price

I went one day at 4:00Pm and other day at 3:00 pm and they didn t want to change my tires because they were closing even when they close at 7:00 Pm .they are lazyService: TiresService: Tires

Took 8 calls to get someone on the line, then they didn't have what was advertised on line. I guess the whole world needed the tire size I was looking for. On line it said it was available in store. They did offer to order it but couldn't guarantee the price or availability.

I had the 4 tires changed on my ford fusion, the job was done fast (near to one hour and tem minuts) and it was perfect. The price was good and the service was awesome. I am very pleased with everything that happened on this day at Wallmart Auto Care Center (Miami Gardens) on 3/28/2023. I strongly recommend their service, thank you so much.

They did not open on time, and it took me additional time just to get my vehicle service . The store needs repair as well because we had water falling inside the store during a storm

Horrible customer service at this location. I called to get info from the auto center, but they never answered. The call was then directed to another person who was completely useless. I asked if she could transfer me to auto and she said no, I d have to call another number and then I could be transferred. So I called that number and the auto center wasn t even a option. So I called the lady back and told her what happened and all she said is you re doing it wrong and there is nothing she could do to help me. I asked for a manager and she followed up by saying the auto center isn t doing oil changes then immediately transferred me to a line that just rang endlessly. Tried calling back multiple times and she never answered.People spend way too much money with this company to deal with service like that. Do better!!!

My experience is most of the Walmart Auto Care here in South Florida is under staff like most retail stores. Not enough staff or enough bays.seems like one person doing the job of two.Pack you some breakfast and lunch.Expect to wait. Not to mention. They don't answer the phones.I guess practicing for the future automated system I guess.If you can afford Pennzoil, Midaz or the dealer, it's best you spend the extra money. Walmart is good for getting your groceries only.The other services pharmacy, eye services and Auto Care are struggles as best.

If I could give zero stars I would of. Most of the people here are very rude. Especially the guy who worked on my car. He called me to ask me about my tires. When he finished talk to me He had the audacity to tell me to get out!And plus I had to wait a good 15 to 30 minutes before they open up they was supposed to open a 7 but did not come in until 7:20 , I was in the rain until they open the door. Plus they work on another car before mines when that car came after me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!I m seeing some comments saying what can you expect from a Walmart tire place how about better customer service!

If time is important for you, do not come here. My appointment was from 1-2pm and I did not leave until 4pm. They didn't start working on my car until 2:40. What's the point of making an appointment if it won't be honored? No one bothered to tell my why there was such a delay or anything and I kept on asking them. The job itself is not bad, which is why I didn't give it 1 star. But 3 hours for putting new tires is ridiculous.

Called 5 times over the course of 2 days with no answer. Finally decided to go into the store at 3pm (4 hours before closing time)...It took me 20 mins to get someone to help me and when they finally did I was told they weren't taking anymore requests for the day even though I only needed a tire changed. Left there and went to a local tire shop and got the issue resolved in 10 mins.

great price, clean, organized. definitely customer service needs lots of help and a big improvement. employees can care less about your presence with the exception of the cashier. every single employee that I personally interacted with was having their personal conversation in their own world. a job that could take 15 minutes took 1 hour, way to suck on the clock.

I had a dead battery. Went to car care and they told me to buy the battery in the main walmart store, bring it back to them and they would install it for free. I bought the battery and it was quickly installed. Very happy. But I noticed line for oil change so beware that the time for an oil change can vary depending on how many are before you on line. So a wait can be for several hours.Service: Battery

If you don't have time, don't visit Walmart Care center. I arrived at opening 7:05am for an oil change; there was a line of 4 people in front of me. It took at least 20 minutes to reach the counter. I was told they may not have an oil filter for my Ford fiesta. The associate at the counter then looked it up in the book and proceeded to pick the filter from the shelf. Finally before taking my keys I was told that there would be a 4 hour wait at opening!!!! I agreed to the service and called someone to pick me up. They called me to pick up my car at 11:28am. The service takes entirely too long.

Very long time until someone was able to help. I was also told my tires weren't in the shop and I looked around and found them myself, mechanics we're disrespectful and needed to redo a part of the work bc it wasn't done correctly.

I was needing a battery and I was having a nightmare. Staff in the auto area are truly such a blessing and so friendly. Helped me safe my entire trip. Thank you so much. Be well and take care.

The website and google say it closes at 7 but an employee there was unwilling to put a tire on a rim at 6:30. Saying all the machines are off. If they close at 7 the machines shouldn't he turned off until 6:55. I had to drive an extra 20 minutes and pay an extra 45 dollars to get a tire placed on the rim simply because the employee was being lazy. We will he calling to tomorrow and file a complaint with management.
