We had an excellent experience, while on vacation our truck had some issues, we called explained the situation, and they were more than accommodating. They invited us to come that day, replaced the driver side wheel hub literally in 2 hours (parts were obviously available to be delivered as well to make that time frame possible). Their prices and labor fees are very reasonable. They really could have taken advantage of us because of our situation, but they didn t. Honest and reliable. As for the other reviews listed here that are negative, you can tell they don t understand the auto mechanic industry. Support local small businesses and realize the same guy answering the phone may have had to stop fixing a car to take your call! Don t confuse rudeness with being overwhelmingly busy!

I love going here. The customer service is really very nice. The owner, Tom, runs the desk and is just very on top of everything. My oil change was done within the hour with no appointment. He makes healthy suggestions reminding me of necessary care items, like rotating my tires, but is Never pushy! Thank you Tom!

I called ahead to make sure they had time for an oil change got there within 10 minutes they got me in and out within 30 minutes. Owner and staff were super nice. The waiting area is a little rough. But to be fair it's a very small, working maintenance shop. Very fair price on a full synthetic oil change. No frills good service.

If I could give this place a negative star I would. I was very disappointed in this place. We were here on vacation when our alternator went bad. We called them because they were referred to us by a person that could not get it done soon enough, because we were leaving to go home the next day. When we first spoke to Chris he seemed good and told us he could possible get it fixed so we could still leave on Saturday. Then we got a phone call from a tech that calmed to be Chris but was not. He was rude and told us we had to buy a battery and it had to be a certain kind of battery from them before they could diagnose the problem. We knew it was the alternator but agreed so we could just get it fixed so we could be on our way. They called a little after 3 and said it was ready, everything was fixed we could pick it up. We got an Uber and got there around 3:30. We paid and left, got less than a mile down the rd and the battery light came on. We immediately called and no answer. We went back and the were closed and all locked up. Their hours said they close at 5. We went up the street and had the output tested, it read zero. So nothing was fixed. We had to put the alternator on ourself which caused us to be a day behind leaving. Upon getting home we called on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to speak to Chris and finally spoke to him and the owner Tom on Wednesday. We were hoping for a resolution of some of a credit because it was not repaired and it really put us in a bind. Not to mention there were bare wires that plugged into the alternator that was very noticeable that they did not even try to fix. Upon speaking to the owner Tom, he threatened us and told us to come on back down that he just got off probation and had no problem going back to jail. PLEASE DON 'T TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE PEOPLE. THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS.

The owner was the most the most rude person. Made an appointment and showed up on time only to be told come back another day, I travelled 25 miles with Camper to shop

Unprofessional owner and rude mechanic!I took my car in for an appointment oil change. The first mechanic was friendly ask for my help to open hood and gave him the oil and filter.second mechanic walks by and is ask by his co-worker. Can you help me with this. He was not familiar with Mercedes Benz. So that mechanic walks up looks at me waving his hand in a go away motion and states. Get Lost! I looked at him and said excuse me, but I am giving this gentleman the oil,filter etc. I said you have no right to address me in that manner. He quickly started to apologize. I at that moment ask them to close the hood we are done. I went in the office and explained to the owner. He didn't seem to care. He even said my mechanic is just like that. I run a local service business. I would never allow my employees to speak to a client like that!It's all about professionalism and service! My friend Dean told me his cousin just bought the place and I should go try him out. I sure wish Dean was still in town.Service: Oil change

Great service! My daughter got a nail in her tire south of Marathon and she needed it fixed to drive the remaining 3 hours north to Boca. She was pretty stressed that she would not make it home. I called ahead to various places in Marathon and only Better Buy MBT answered their phone and had the time to repair it. They fixed it and reinstalled in less than 15 minutes. I m a woman living in my rv. Ask for a oil change and he told me to come at 8am and leave my rig. Couldn't t give me an appointment in pm. I try to understand why and the owner lost patience w me and told me he couldn't help me out and hang up on me. I have 2 cats living in my rv I can not leave them alone to risk to have them run out. Living in the keys can be problematic w services sometimes not too many place to fix rv around. I called everywhere and this garage was the place. I called back and beg the owner to help me and he hangup on me again.I would not recommend this place and I wish that this owner get his taste of his own medecine one day.

Alternator went out on the island. Very stressful since I need to catch a flight in a couple days. Had it towed there at 5pm Thursday afternoon and they had it all fixed up the next morning. Had absolutely no problems getting back down the coast. Definitely recommend if you break down near there.

The fuel pump died in our Suburban while on vacation last week. The owner was friendly and had the fuel pump installed for us the next day, then came to pick my wife up after the repair was complete. We drove the vehicle for the remainder of our vacation and back to Jacksonville yesterday, it ran great. The price was fair and the work was great, I would definitely use this business again. Thank you for keeping our vacation enjoyable.

Thank you so much for the speedy service you gave me in repairing my Chrysler 200 front bumper. Your two young men did a fantastic job. Their quick service has saved us untold complications. Now as soon as my husband is released from the hospital we will be able to return home to Ohio.

Unreliable, and barely take the time to communicate through the phone. Told them the car, the model, year to be told to bring it over. Once there they tell us they dont wanna touch it. Paid towing for absolutely nothing too.

I did not end up using this business because the owner was so rude and unfriendly, so I can't speak to the skills of the actual mechanics. Poor attitude typically trickles into most aspects of a business.

While my wife and i were vacationing the AC stopped blowing on our truck. The next morning I called and Ronnie told me they were busy but to come on up and they would work me in. 3hours later and less money that I expected our truck is blowing cold air again...
