The service team at Caliber Collision did an outstanding job repairing the damages on my vehicle. Ryan, the adjuster was a pleasure to work with. He kept me updated on the status of my vehicle from start to finish. 10/10 highly recommend. See photos.

I wanted to share my experience with "Raffe" at Calliber Collision in Lutz. I had a accident which almost totalled my car. It happened to occur when Dodge auto parts manufacturers are on Strike. I had to wait a few months to get my car completed. Most would be upset at the fact it took so long, however, Raffe and the office personnel were so efficient in responding if I had questions. He would update me constantly keeping me in the loop emphasizing with my sudden loss of my vehicle leaving me without transportation. I would let him know what I expected and he would let me know he would take care of it always putting my mind at ease. The day finally arrived that I could pick up my car. However, I had to call Raffe informing him that unforeseen circumstances would prevent me from attaining my car at this time. He immediately said don't worry I will get your car to you. He and his manager, Mike, drove my car to me 45 minutes away because I was not well enough to retrieve it myself. This place and it's employees went above and beyond their scope of work. My Car arrived to my home looking as if it came off the show room floor! The paint job was on point perfect with no visible signs it had ever been wrecked. Thank you for such a great experience and I will be sure to always recommend everyone to your place of business and tell them to ask for Raffe. God Bless.

Caliber collision took extremely fantastic care of us. Our car was owned for one day when it was hit. It was supposed to be a Surprise Christmas gift, But the day before Christmas, Someone hit it while it was parked in a private parking space. Mike Manna and caliber collision performed a Christmas miracle Not necessarily on Christmas, but the car looked brand new when it was finished. The communication and contact regarding timing and expectations were exceeded. I would highly recommend caliber collision to anyone that unfortunately needs their car fixed. Thanks again Caliber Collition and Mike Manna!(I ll add the perfect after photos soon)

100% satisfied with the work done on my wife's car last year and, more recently, my car this week. The paint matched perfectly, the reassembly looked factory. I picked up the car and the manager, Mike Smith, personally walked me around the car and showed me the flawless work. He asked me to fully inspect it before I left to make sure I was 100% satisfied-that's the kind of customer service I truly appreciate. I highly recommend Caliber of Lutz!

The work they did on my Honda was spectacular, they made it look as good as new again. Raffe was amazing to work with and kept me updated the entire time. They finished the body work a day earlier too, which I greatly appreciated. I found out about Caliber through my insurance company and I am so glad I did. We had a very expensive repair and Caliber was outstanding from start to finish. We got a text message almost every day with progress. They have a rental car place in the same building. And the repairs were absolutely great. They even detail cleaned the car before we picked it up. Highly recommend this shop for any repairs!

I ve used caliber collision 2x over the last few years. In each case they ve been a fantastic company to deal with, from drop off to pick up, and every checkpoint in between. In both cases the car came back in pristine condition. The company and their personnel are above reproach!

Very impressed with this company from start to finish. Damage repaired and car returned to us in 2 weeks - including the week of Christmas. Car was cleaned inside and out and has not looked that good in years. Highly recommend!

My mother who was trying to get her car repaired here dealt with the WORST service manager this morning who had the worst attitude towards her and the GEICO adjuster who was trying to help us. The adjuster couldn t get her paperwork over on her end and the manager absolutely REFUSED to even try to help her or my mother. We have been in the collision industry for over ten years and never encountered someone so unwilling to help. Will never bring our vehicles here horrible customer service and do not recommend for anyone in the TBA.

The workmanship on my repairs were amazing, the car was very clean when I picked it up, communication I feel could have been a little better....overall I was totally satisfied with the shop. I would recommend Caliber Collision!

Caliber did an amazing job repairing my 2018 jeep wrangler. I m so impressed with Caliber Collision. I would seriously recommend to anyone! It was so nice to be updated the whole time through text and the attention to detail and customer service was incredible! My kudos to the management and the employees, from the front desk to the technicians. This is how companies used to be run! You guys even washed the outside of my car and detailed the inside. Incredible and definitely above and beyond when you didn t even have to!

When you are looking for a body/paint shop to perform work for you, you need to go to Caliber Collision in Lutz, FL. I had the pleasure to work with Raffe Chamoun. He followed through, constantly gave me updates and made sure my vehicle was perfect when I picked it up. The work they did was flawless. I got to meet the Manager, Mike, and he was very gracious and was checking with me to make sure I was satisfied. Raffe brought my vehicle in, made sure the parts were available and got right on it. I have had accidents before and it took many weeks to even months before I got my vehicle back. Raffe called me to give me timeframes and also got me my vehicle way ahead of schedule. The body work is awesome and the paint work was incredible. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision in Lutz, FL and if you have the opportunity to work with Raffe and Mike, I would highly recommend it. Too bad I could only give 5 stars because I would have given them 10.

Since relocating to Tampa five years ago, my family has unfortunately experienced five accidents (with only one being our fault...lol). As a result, we have had the opportunity to work with several body shops in town.Among them, this Caliber location stands out as the absolute best. Their expertise in repairs, excellent communication, and promptness were truly commendable. Staff is courteous, kind and professional. The location is easily accessible. The property is very clean. They even have enterprise rental on site.
