Came to get our commercial hazard tools and they had them conventionally located at the front. Fire extinguisher, hazard triangles and flares. In and out and the staff was kind and helpful.

Thank you for hiring intelligence staff. These people actually know what they're doing they know how to use the tools to work on vehicles install things testing ECT. I've had to go to them after going to the horrible store next door and they broke my stuff thank you for good customer service smart people who can fix things that other parts have been broken at other stores a bravo to the one lady who helps me is specially in my PT cruiser with the codes

During our trip from St. Louis, MO to Fort Meyers, FL, we encountered an unfortunate situation where two of my ignition coils malfunctioned. Being over a thousand miles from home and still 500 miles away from our destination, we were faced with a challenging predicament. In an unfamiliar town, we were required to bring the car to various parts stores to address the issue. As owners of a repair shop back home, we regretfully did not have our tools or scanners with us.Fortunately, we came across OReilly's, where the Manager graciously offered their assistance. Not only did they help us by providing the necessary part, but they also displayed kindness and compassion. Additionally, the Manager went above and beyond by giving us directions to find a place to eat, guiding us back to the highway, and reassuring me during a moment of concern. Their exceptional service not only facilitated our prompt return to the road, but also left a lasting positive impression.Although we are unable to become repeat customers at this specific location, we highly recommend OReilly's to anyone residing in their area.

Needed a battery replaced the guy said his system flagged it as a difficult install it s a gmc 2500 and he wouldn t even look at it! Clearly not a difficult install! Poor customer service.

I sent my wife in to pick up a specialty tool, she made the mistake of asking for help from the Chris Stapleton look alike guy behind the counter. After getting no where with the guy another employee helped her. I avoid this guy and have even went to another store where the employees are helpful

I stopped in this morning with a weak car battery that needed to be checked out. The manager immediately helped me by testing the battery and confirming that it was out of tolerance, not surprising since it's five years old. He confirmed the had some in stock to replace it and answered my questions about the options in an easy to understand way and then installed th replacement for me. Thank you!

I went with my 80 year old mother to O'Reilly Auto Parts to get her battery checked. The staff were so nice and accommodating. Michael not only checked her battery, but installed her new battery as well. The manager fussed a bit because the staff are not supposed to take out batteries, but they were empathic to the needs of an 80 year old lady and her daughter. Thank you again for small town service in this crazy mixed up world we live in!

Great. Went in because of battery. The manager said you are entitled to veterans discount. Show me a variety of batteries for my vehicle. Told me which warranty goes with which one. Took the old battery out pop the new one in. Prices were very affordable.

Bought a fuel pump that had a crack in it but didnt k ow, called 4 minutes before they closed and they wouldnt answer.. was ringing for several minutes ut they was too lazy just to answer to order me another pump for morning shipments

Usually I love this store but yesterday I got a whole new side of O RileyI called your store located at 826 Ohio Ave S, Live Oak, FL 32064 yesterday pertaining a part I just recently bought a few months back and asked for the warranty status (which is still within it 1 year warranty) & according to the man I spoke too: because of the way I worded my question he became very rude and unprofessional throughout 99% of the conversation all the way to the point I felt like he was denying me my replacement part so I bluntly said then I ll ask for my money back witch then he said if your gonna talk like that then I will refuse to serve you if you come in. The way he spoke to me was uncalled for, no matter how I posed a question, period. I didn t deserve to be treated like I m less than because I m a woman or otherwise. I found this conversation to be very discriminating, rude, unprofessional and unflattering to the O Riley brand. I suggest you re-train your staff at this location so this kind of incident doesn t happen again.

Our car would not start at a motel we were staying at for the night. I called and they come to jump the car and took vary good care of us while being professional and friendly. They are great

I walked in to O'Reilly's on Sunday morning and was immediately greeted. The representative was very polite and helpful. They didn't have the exact brake pad I was looking for, but provided one with a longer life with warranty. Especially happy with the prices! I spent a total of five minutes here, in and out. Very pleased with my experience here and will return and recommend! Great service!

I was able to get the synthetic oil in a 5-quart container at a good price. The man at the counter was courteous and professional I would recommend O'Reilly Auto parts to anyone

Great staff. Helped me not to buy the wrong part. Dont usually pick up the wrong stuff but I did and he stopped me. Very thankful. staff smiled and was talkative just an all around good experience.

This is a clean store with knowledgeable, helpful employees that know their business. They also have things in stock that Lake City and High Springs do not. I had issues with a starter for months. The young female employee actually listened to my baby daddy and understood the problem with the starter. She allowed him to return the starter due to the warranty he had. Cudos, O'Reilly's thank you for being helpful.

They always have the part we need and customer service is outstanding. Kimberly had my part ready for me as soon as I got there. I was out the door in 5 minutes. Store was very clean and neat. Thanks OReilly.

Crew on the counter is always helpful. They took extra time to help me locate parts I was having a difficult time sourcing locally. They also have a really good selection of specialty tools

Was needing help on identifying a hose so i would know what to get. The man that was assisting me acted upset because he had to go outside and look. Next time i will go to Advance Auto. Needless to say i did not make a purchase

OMG ! ZACH & KIM. ..best customer service.They went above and beyond to help us. My family and I broke down coming from Tampa FL trying to get back home to South Carolina. We got towed to ADVANCED AUTO which is right next door. The customer service from the two old men at Advance was HORRIBLE! They short answered us. Didn't answer our questions directly. They wouldn't let us use tools nor charge our battery. We walked to O'Reilly right next door. Kim and Zach walked over to our car and helped us for hours problem solving til they got us going. O'Reilly staff helping us Advance Auto Parts parking lot ! Thank you again all the way from SOUTH CAROLINA...... YOU ROCK !

I had to stop in and buy parts for a friend armed with incomplete information about the vehicle. The counter person went way out of their way to work through bits of detail to ensure I was getting the correct part. That extra minute or two of concentrated effort made my day a better one. It also moved O'Reilly's to the top of my list for auto parts.

O'Reilly's is the best. The employees are very helpful and nice. Thank God they all know what they're doing because I don't. They helped me figure out what was wrong with my car and I bought the parts I needed and my car was fixed the next day. The only thing I would recommend is checking prices at the other auto parts stores close by. I could have gotten some of my parts for almost half of what I got them for at O'Reilly's. I'm gonna stick with O'Reilly's anyway.
