If you've lived in Lehigh Acres for any time you know Vances auto repair is top notch. The fokes there are the best in the business, honest, great prices and not once have they ever suggested I get something fixed that wasn't needed to be. That's a Rarity in this day and age. My A/C went out on 20 yr old my Caravan. Being the dead of summer, A/C is a MUST! They were booked up for a couple weeks but I got the first available appointment and my A/C is now as frigid [cold] as I am!! Along with an oil change; my spare tire was stuck up into the underside which a Road Ranger on I-75 AND an emergency mechanic my insurance company sent couldn t help with! Ron fixed it - THANK YOU!Ron Vance will NOT give you the run around & will fix your vehicle right for a fair cost. RECOMMENDED!Services: Air conditioning, Oil change

I like using Vance s Repair. They diagnose the problem with my truck correctly and at a reasonable price. I don t get any runaround. I use to do my own work on my truck, but I can t anymore, so I know how much it should cost and they are always the on the money, or below what I thought it would be. They also very friendly and helpful. They are busy most of the time, so I recommend making an appointment.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

We have been going to Vance s for nearly 20 years. They always do an excellent job with repairs. We have never felt like they take advantage by doing anything unnecessary. They are very trustworthy and their prices are reasonable. While they are very busy because they do such great work, it never takes more than a few days to get an appointment.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

5 Star rating all the way but you must call and make an appointment as they are always extremely busy. Their prices are very reasonable and I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. I delivered auto parts to them 3 times a day, 5 days a week and there are only a handful of repair shops I would use. BUT, Vance's is MY only choice. Any other would be 2nd in line. I had a fuel leak spraying out from under the hood of my 2013 Ford Escape and I went ahead and had the oil changed as it was due. My cost was less than $300.00. It was clean and they are always careful around your vehicle so to not scratch or damage it. I have no fear as I head to my numerous Doctors that I will be left on the side of the road. They are straight up and straight talk to deal with. That's exactly what I like and want.

On the road hauling my horse and my electrical hook up from my trailer to my truck completely busted and needed to be replaced, got us in right away and out within 2 hours completely ready to go. amazing experience! HIGHLY recommend if you re traveling!!Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

I have NEVER had a more positive experience with a mechanic in my LIFE! I went in with a bad belt. This is one of those repairs where if a mechanic wants to rip you off or lie to you, they have you over a barrel. Vance took care of my problem with honesty and integrity and didn t overcharge me a single penny. I feel like he treated me like family. As a female I am so used to getting tossed around and lied to. I just can t recommend Vance enough. This is the ONLY shop I will be using in the future, even if I have to drive 100 miles to get there. I am so fortunate to live close to this shop. I have been taking my vehicles here for several years now and it is the best shop I have ever used in my life. They are honest with fair prices, and they do quality work. Bill and Brenda who work at the front desk are amazing and friendly also... They are more than just receptionists too, they really know what they are talking about when it comes to your vehicle. I cant stress enough how terrific this shop is. Make sure you make an appointment in advance as they are usually quite busy due to the quality of their service.

I took my vehicle to Vance s Auto in Lehigh Acres to have a broken wheel lug stud replaced. The lug stud had broken off while getting a tire rotation at another establishment and they said it would cost $240 to fix. That seemed really high so I took my car home to get some other quotes. After seeing many recommendations on Nextdoor, I scheduled with Vance s Auto and they repaired for less $100. They did a great job, were very professional and very nice. I will definitely go back to them for car service.

I was surprised by the low cost of the multiple repairs needed recently. They gave me a quote and fixed it within the day. I could not be happier with their service. I was told originally the repair for my A/C was going to be over 500 dollars and take a few days. They called me the following day and found a cheaper way to get the job done for half the price. Finally!!!! An Automotive shop with honest and caring people. I brought my car there and thought it had a problem know to the year and make of my car. I asked Ron (owner) to replace the part. He refused to change out the part and charge the $900.00 for a part that was perfectly fine. They stay busy for a reason. In my opinion they are the absolute BEST...bar none!

Absolutely top notch service!! My family and I have been bringing our vehicles to Vance for almost 20 years. We've never found a more trustworthy mechanic in Lehigh/Ft Myers. 20/10 would recommend!!

If you are looking for fair honest pricing and work to be done right then look no further. I own 3 vehicles and trust Vance's with them all. They are always prompt and respectful of your time and your vehicle. The guys are great and they know what their doing. I have been to other shops in the area before finds Vance's and was always overpriced work and a run around. Try Vance's and you will be very glad you did=)

Been going to Vance s since 2014, I ve brought three different cars in for repairs many times & they always do a great job for affordable prices. It s nice to be able to trust a mechanic for once, they re very honest and that s rare nowadays. I would recommend Vance s Automotive to anybody I know for sure, I already have my brother going there as a matter of fact.

Vance's is THE best Mechanic's shop in Lee county. Very easy to work with , front desk is a charm and all the mechanics are good at their job and friendly. Prices are extremely reasonable , I've never walked out of there with "sticker shock " always walked out with a smile .

These guys are amazing! We were told by another repair place that our a/c was completely out and needed to replace it. The quote was for $1000.00 . We took it to Vances to have a second opinion. They only charged us $89 dollars and our a/ c is running great.

Honest and knowledgeable. Courteous. Reasonable. If you want a great service experience I suggest u use Vances. No attitude. They treat customers with respect. Yes, they are hard to reach by phone. Worth the wait.
