These guys had replaced a tire for me a few days prior to my return visit when the same tire was low, it had caught a nail in the side wall as was no longer reparable. I told them I'd bring an old tire back to be out on, and when I did these fine people replaced my tire and sent me out the door in about 25-30mins. They also gave me a hearty discount. I really do appreciate your work gentleman, and I'll be back for the next time I need work done.

I went to Tuffy Tire Auto Center, due to the air in my car was not working. The gentlemenworking there were very honest and kind and explained what was going on with my car air, how long it would take to fix my car and the estimated cost for fixing the air. They all work well together and truly looks out for the customers best interest. This is a good place.

Called up for alignment service and got in same day! Awesome service from start to finish. Tom promptly got me checked in at the front desk. Within 10 mins of arrival my car was on the rack. The tech Orlando did an outstanding job! He took pride and care in every step he took to repair my vehicle. He even threw in some preventive maintenance tips for my car that I wasn't aware of. Edwin the shop Mgr was a pleasure speaking with as He kept me informed throughout the whole process and also went over the warranty specifics for the service I was being provided. Overall 10 out of 10 experience. Definitely recommend!!

I love Tuffys. There service is awesome and the front desk is so friendly. This is a service center with high standards and professional mechanics! Tuffys is a step above the usual oil change and tire shops. There prices are better and mechanics are way better@

Recently had brake work done at Tuffy tire and auto service center. They were able to get my car in right away due to a cancellation. I got my car back the same day. Customer service was outstanding and the repair work was flawless.

We are 2 weeks new to Lehigh. My check engine light came on my way home from work Friday. Saturday we took the car to auto zone and they told us what was wrong. We google auto repairs shops in the area. We decided Tuffy's. I pulled in and was greeted by Tom and Al, who explained what they were going to do. Cost/labor/parts. Luckily they had the parts and were able to do the repair. On a Saturday! I picked up the car and left. Car is fixed. Sunday we did errands and had no issues. On Monday they actually texted me to see if the car had any issues. I definitely will recommend Tuffy's to anyone. Gigi Smith

We live in Brownsburg, Indiana. Here in Florida for the month of February. Heard noises with the brakes. Took my 2017 Equinox in for new brakes and rotors. I was informed I have another 10,000 miles with current brakes. You don t get much netter service than that. Could have charged for new when not needed. Picked up my car and they did not charge anything for giving me peace of mind. What a blessing!! Thank youSandy

To include more information, 2 different employees on multiple occasions stated that recharging the freon would be guaranteed until they could resolve the issue. I was told the issue was fixed in September and it was not as my A/C had the same issue not even a month later. Went in after already spending $700 for them to tell me that I have to spend another $1500. And what I already paid for and was guaranteed would not be covered again. The owner and operations manager do not stand by what their employees guarantee and would only repeat "that is not our policy". So check their policies before you provide payment to get the full details on if an employee is correct in their statements.They "guarantee" things and do not follow through. It took weeks to get any management to speak with me and they just said "that is not our policy".

I've had my oil changed there a few weeks ago, and had a good experience so when my car started having some issues, I took it in to them to figure out what was wrong. They did find the issue, and when I asked if it was something I could do myself to save some much needed money, they were happy to let me know what needed to be done, and the jist of what I had to do myself, and weren't pushy like other places have been about them fixing it. That's good business in my book.

So far so good. They seem to be on the level. I took my car in for a break inspection, and was told everything was good. Chris was very helpful in explaining everything. He let me know I had about 50% pad left.I will certainly return when needed.

I have a BMW X5 that was making a clunking sound everytime I turned, the sound was coming from the passenger's side. I went to various mechanics and ended up changing foward control arms, strut mount, etc to no avail, was looking into the tie rods and after checking all other options decided to call these guys to order the passenger side tie rod. I was attended by Al, who was attentive and was able to order the part next day delivery. About an hour later after taking the car in I received a call from Al telling that my passenger side tie rod was fine and that the actual clunking sound was coming from the rear control arm being loose , Al informed me that they had tied the control arms up(all of them) to BMWs specifications and that I did not owe them anything . I for one can say that is very hard to find that kind of honesty nowadays. Thanks sooo much Tuffy and special thanks to Al for an outstanding service, you have earned a customer for live buddy, thank you.

I had a problem with my car took it in on Saturday just for an estimate Chris from another store told me what the problem was. I brought it in Tuesday . Michael and Edwin were very nice. Put in me a new water pump. Something happen on the way to work on Wednesday .. didn t have an appointment but they took me right away and found the issue. Had to get the part by 3 o clock but everyone, Jason, and all of them on Saturday and Tuesday and Wednesday were all awesome and shout out to Beny. He was the one who worked on my car. He said he made sure it was the right part in the right belt before the guy left. Very thorough. Very nice young man. They were all very nice very kind and the prices weren t too bad definitely will go back again if something happens

I waited 8 hours for a diagnosis on my vehicle only to be told it's not my VVT. It's my transmission. They didn't even give me an estimate of how much money would cost to fix.

I go there two times to aligment my car. The first time I need to called back because the car has the same problem. I take it for the second time and they told me the repair will cost me over $800.00 and if I have another place doing the job I need to pay for the aligment again.

Well,I received a call regarding Tuffy damaging my mother ECM in her Suv.. She was told by them,that they would order her a new ECM... Said they got water in the ECM,this was on 11-22-23.. So,I asked her did they offer a rental to get to her doctor appointments,she said no.... Wow,company's always try to take advantage of the Elderly.. I call down there to try to resolve this matter and ask why she wasn't given a rental until they fix her car,since they damaged it.. If anything arise similar to this,I fix it..My customers are why I am in business ... Tuffy,didn't want to go try their insurance.. It going to cost they way more then a simple rental car... All company's carry Insurance..I have to carry a million and a half on my company.... But,now I am having to fly down to resolve this matter and get Hera rental..But,it's just money,it comes and goes ... Shaffer Trucking and Tuffy,will have owner day in court ... But,no I wouldn't recommend any company that treat their customers like that... Customers,it what keep us in business

I was absolutely pleased with the work done by the Tuffy crew. I had to get a headlight changed on my 2019 Chevy Traverse. I called around to get an estimate on the job, and everyone was charging at least 200 dollars plus for the job (that's just the cost of labor). The Tuffy Customer service was awesome (Thanks, Jonas and Alejandro) and cheaper than the competition. The mechanics and front desk workers were very knowledgeable and turned a 2 hour job into a 1 hour job. The job was extremely hard because you needed to remove the vehicles bumper and several components under the hood to replace the headlight. Thanks to the whole crew. I will be coming back for any other services needed on my vehicles.

Shoutout to Tuffys in Lehigh. Went in for an alignment on my 2010 Ford F150 and these guys were not only quick and efficient but very friendly! Manager Michael was very nice and upfront about costs and time. This shop is a absolute lifesaver..After having Tires and Oil done a view weeks ago the mechanic reached out via sms to follow up how the car rolls! Surprise, three nights later my car broke down at midnight in Lehigh and AAA failed me big time by not showing up. They did not send a truck or tec as promised and I ended up leaving my car behind and walked three miles at 4am.Tired as I was i decided to text Carlos and before the shop opened he responded and by 8 am a new tow truck was requested, parts for the suspected issue ordered and by noon all was done.Big thanks to this great team! They gave me a fair and honest review last time and did so this time. They did my sway bar kit, inspected a possible leak in the oil pan, ran tests why my complete engine failed and put in a new alternator and battery before noon!This was a hefty price tag I did not expect to deal with ( who wants to pay for fixing a car before a vacation lol), but with Tuffy discount and them honoring veterans I came out better then what I though. If you want a honest mechanic, fair prices ( I compared with other shops) and incredible customer service then this is the place to go. Will be back 100%

This is my second visit at the shop and I must say that Alejandro has taken great care of me both visits. He hasn t tried to sell me anything that I don t need although he did inform me with pic, out of caution my first visit, that I had a nail in my tire. The added space for customers is a big plus. I needed to get some break service done. Alexandro went out of his way to help me get that done, he was extremely helpful in my circumstances. Jonas had excellent customer service as well. The technicians are skilled and get the job done. They don't try to take your arm and a leg. They are beyond fair with their pricing. I'd recommend this shop because I had a great service with them.

Absolute thieves here Misdiagnosed my Volvo - tried to tell me I needed new engine mounts for $1300 Actually needed an axel - which they said was ok.

The diagnostic they performed didn't diagnose a terminal issue. Payed hundreds of dollars only for car to break down within miles of getting it back, despite telling them of that exact issue before dropping it off. Overpriced as well. Would not recommend.

This is my second time and I tell you, I said I was never coming back and something said to give this location a second chance and I am beyond happy that I did. Jonas, and the technician Orlando made me feel like I was at a different mechanic shop from my first experience. **Updated to include a little more info, since the owner felt it was appropriate to add personal and incorrect information. Also, the air filters that were mentioned, were not from our vehicle as they were not the same brand.**My husband and I trusted the previous owners of Old Fashioned Auto and took our vehicles there for over 18 years. We know the owners of this new establishment claimed that they would remain as fair and as honest as them. So we decided to give them a chance. My husband and I knew we needed break work. We knew what was necessary and what would need to be done.They tried to sell us many additional items including a new battery which we had just recently replaced. Making our total if we had agreed for them to work on our vehicle, over $1,000 BEFORE they took a few of the additional items off. After my husband explained that we weren t interested in purchasing a new battery from them as ours was newer and a few other unnecessary services, they still quoted us a higher than normal amount of $684. Now, this is a newer 2019 Nissan SUV that is in great condition and regularly serviced. We also priced everything that we NEEDED before going in and noticed that they charge more than average for parts. This experience made us rethink ever wanting to go back. One thing that we could always depend on with Hugh, Cliff and then John is that they would never try to sell you something that they knew you didn t need and we are not sure that this is the case here. These people might not have been trying to rip us off, but it sure felt like it.

Brought my wife's car in for an oil change for the first time and was impressed right off the rip. Mike was very friendly and explained everything in detail that would be done. I myself have a 2013 vw git in which the manifold is bad , I asked him if they repaired that , he said yes and immediately went to work on getting me a quote. He said that if we wanted to do the repair that he would order the parts and they would be there Monday. I was mostly impressed that emphasized that the job would be done correctly the first time. I work at a local dealership and they wanted $200 more than tuffys. ALSO they said the repair comes with a year warranty. So far I am very impressed!! Looking forward to working with tuffys
