It's not easy to find a mechanic you can trust. Dave and his staff are great at what they do. The shop is clean inside and out, and I can see they truly take pride in their business and go above and beyond for their customers. I've lived in lee county my entire life and this is the only place I trust with my fleet and personal vehicles.

I brought my car in for a strut replacement. Struts were installed and after receiving the car back, the car was shaking and shuddering. I brought the car back and explained the issue only to be told that he had 40 years of experience and he is tired of customers telling him what they think is wrong with the car. Then I was told it was probably a worn tire without even looking at the struts. The issue happened to be that both bolts on the rear struts were lose and not tightened down. Per the tire shop that replaced the worn tire, the tire was in need to be replaced but loose bolts are/were a safety concern and would have been an easy fix if someone just looked at the struts. The rear is no longer shaking and shuddering. Reading through the good reviews I'm sure this was an isolated incident and even men with 40 years of experience can have those once a month issues.

I recently had to being my van in due to some leaking. Tony explained what it was and showed me. They fixed it up for me and tacked my splash guard back up that was hanging off when I first brought it in. This shop is one of the very few shops that I really trust. They have been around a long time. So long that it was my dad bringing his vehicles in and rebuilding an engine there. Now that I am back in the area, its my turn to bring all my family vehicles in. Thanks for being here guys!

This place was great atmosphere everyone super approachable, respectful, understanding, and super generous. Above expectations of an automotive center nearly 40 years in business in the same spot speaks volumes. This is a business with a back bone in our community. I brought my 2000 Ford Ranger, in 2 days ago to replace a water pump and washer pump.and this place is excellent. Professional auto mechanics maintains the fleet of work trucks for the company that I'm employed by. After the warranty ran out on my personal vehicle, and having dealt with them in the past through the company, I asked them if I could bring my personal vehicle in... I had recently began noticing oil spots in my driveway..I can tell you that Dave, Tony and Mike are three of the most knowledgeable, honest, quality mechanics I have ever known!Put my truck up on the rack and called me over there to look underneath and showed and explained exactly what it was, where it was coming from, and why it was happening... It was a gasket from my oil cooler lines that was leaking... A dishonest shop could have convinced me that it was a rear main seal and it would have cost me upwards of $2,000...but not these guys. Problem was solved for around $35!! A personal "Thank you" to Dave, Tony & Mike... They WILL be my mechanic shop from now on!!

This place is amazing!! I took my Chevy HHR into there because it would not start. Their team did an amazing job at figuring out the issue and getting me driving again. If you need a good mechanic, choose these guys because they will get you back on the road.

Went to them to repair stuck driver side window. They said I had a bad regulator. Correct!! But the regulator only came in an assembly which included an interior panel, and the assembly was not available. Subsequently when I told them (Dave) that Chrysler said it was a separate part. Dave the owner said, they, Chrysler didn't know what they were talking about. He had 40 years experience and he was right.HE WAS WRONG. I ordered the part and i installed it myself. So I guess he was not paying attention at some point during that 40 years when he was learning about fixing car windows.

Honest and courteous. Knowledgeable. Experienced. A true pleasure to deal with. Reasonable rates. We trust them with our classic cars. That's really saying something. They go above and beyond to diagnose issues. They have helped me do things myself and taught me. Who does that today? Vehicles are complicated. Can't please everyone and know everything about every car or truck. But they will give their 100% effort. I'd guess they please 99%. Who does that today? Dave and his staff deserve your business. Been using Professional Mechanic for over 15 years.

I get all my oil Changes there. I have had to have my antenna replaced because it was broken got my truck back in a couple of hours. Dave is a really good mechanic you know your vehicle is in very good hands and the job will be done on time and be fixed right the 1st time. He also does some high proformance.He don't know every thing but what he don't know is not worth knowing. That's what I would say about Dave and his crew.ANDHe's a drag racer....

Today I took my truck in to get a stuck oxygen sensor removed. The guy insulted me right from the beginning of our conversation. He then accused me of dumping the problem on him after nobody else could fix it. I said that he was upsetting me and being rude. I then asked if he would answer my question on whether he could fix it. He held up his hand and said "Bye". I am not a new customer to this shop. In the past it was a good experience.

It will be a cold day in HELL before I ever take my car to this place for ANY reason. I was hoping to refer others in my company to consider their services for their personal vehicles, but after seeing how rudely someone was treated at their facility by the owner, I drove away and had another facility down the street service not only my vehicle, but all our company vehicles from that day forward. They are the UNPROFESSIONAL mechanic shop, and their loss was Tire Kingdom's gain.

They are not shade tree mechanics. They constantly study and practice the latest effective methodologies to keep one's automobiles safely and properly running. The head mechanic approaches each vehicle's issues with careful and thorough inspection. He gets a discernable joy when he resolves a problem. Their approach and use of internet data bases allows for quite efficacious results. Highly reccommended!

I Love This Place They could have took me many times but being a woman with no knowledge of vehicles. Went there many times and they charged me nothing for my problems. Break light came on they checked my breaks out no charge. Love this place. Better Nice People And Professional

I called and asked how much would it be to check my car because the oil light came on and there "professional mechanic " told me no because he doesn't work with oil leaks and that i should go to a dealership. I called because i cant afford a dealership and to just be told flat out no because my car has an oil problem when they dont even know what type of problem it is because they wouldnt even check my car is disheartening.
