It was difficult finding a reliable mechanic for my car, but I tried Gaitan's Auto and they have been incredible. Pricing is fair, everyone is professional and all their work has been great. I had to bring in my car for a gremlin that caused the car to shut off randomly and replace a slipping clutch. Both jobs were finished in a day and my car has been running perfectly ever since. I highly recommend Gaitan, and will take my car to them for any future repairs.

Gaitan s Auto Repair was very professional from start to finish. They rebuilt my transmission in a timely manner and now my truck is running smoother than ever! At no point did they try to sell me on anything my truck did not need and their pricing was very competitive. Would highly recommend!!

Omg! What an amazing experience! As a single woman going into a repair shop, I was nervous but Gaitan s Isac was incredible they are knowledgeable, honest, and reasonable. They showed me what was wrong under the car, fixed it and showed me photos of the repair. If that wasn t enough, Juan dropped me home and picked me up!!! They are now my forever auto repair place!!!

So happy I found Gaitan s Auto Repair, Isac and his father are humble, honest and hard working people, Isac was honest from the first call I made, he was detailed and informative on everything my car needed, price was beyond fair and work was done same day, I went in with screeching bad breaks and left with a smooth ride, I feel happy and safe again, this will be my new mechanic! I will recommend them to everyone possible!!

Gaitan s Auto Repair saved me!! My daughter was in an accident and we had so many issues regarding repairs Sasha, Isaac and their team saved the day!! They found all the needed parts, made the required repairs in a timely matter and saved me a ton of money in the process heaven sent They re extremely professional and will take care of you, like family. I couldn t thank them enough and I d recommend to anyone and everyone!!

Check engine light was on and car was running poorly with rough idle and stuttering. I was worried that it was something serious but the mechanic quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty coil and flooded spark plug (despite AutoZone saying it needed new fuel injectors). The issue was found and fixed within a couple of hours and my car is running great. Price was fair and man at front desk was friendly. I was looking for a good, honest mechanic in the area and I m happy to say I found one.

I had my whole windshield wiper part replaced. The guy even brought it out to me to show me. 5 months later they stop working again. My boyfriend goes and buys another 150$ part only to find the same part they said they replaced still inside the car. Manufactured sticker and all. So now I m out 450$ not even sure what they actually did but it wasn t what they said.

If you are in Lehigh and are looking for a trustworthy family owned mechanic shop, this is your place. I cannot thank them enough for what they have done to my car. These guys were able to take my car in for a thorough inspection and replaced my seized up engine in a timely manner. They're Great!!! This shop was timely, affordable, knowledgeable, Informative and best of all honest. I've been to too many shops that don't do their do-diligence or try to constantly up sell you things that aren't needed. I have to say this was THE BEST MECHANIC I EVER MET!!

I was able to get my Mothers car in for a new radiator the next day and take it home! They took the time to show me where the leak was and gave me options for pricing. Customer service was stellar! This place gets 5 stars for everything! THANK YOU SO MUCH! We will continue to use you for our auto repair needs & maintenance.

The ONLY place that I will take my car to is Gaitan s Auto Repair in Lehigh. These are the nicest guys ever and they have always fixed any issues with my car quickly and with a super reasonable price! I m so glad that I was recommended by so many people to take my car to Gaitan s because everyone else was right and now I know that my vehicle will be in good hands with them. It s so nice compared to other shops and especially chain places where they take FOREVER to get to your car, let alone work on it! The owner, especially, is unbelievably kind. I had such a wonderful experience. I dropped my car off in the morning to have the purge valve and gas cap replaced. The gas cap was replaced, the purge valve is on back order, but I was able to get my car the same day. Isaac assured me that he would call me as soon as the part comes in, so the job can be completed. He and Hector are knowledgeable and have excellent customer service. They were so nice and accommodating at Gaitan s. They fixed my crankshaft position sensor within an hour of me walking into the shop. Very reasonably priced for labor and how efficiently they handled it. They even gave me info to set up another appointment for my steering rod issues.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Son is new to area and I'm visiting from TX, his vehicle experienced a number of issues. Called Gaitans who got us in asap( Ford would been a few weeks). They Kept us informed, and when determined it was electrical issue, they referred us to place they felt would be able to assist. Hector and everyone I encountered was very kind and professional. They have definitely earned their good reputation and will be our go to repair & service station. Very courteous, and reliable. You can seat in the office and watch a movie while you wait for your car to be ready. Received the estimate for the repairs by text message for approval, and brought the car the next morning. The car was promptly fixed, they were very professional. I recommend this repair shop for anyone in need of having their car repaired.

2 star rating because my first experience was great, fast service and reasonable pricing. Car was brought in and done the very next day. I came back two months later for other repairs that were needed and didn't have the same experience. I called on a Tuesday and was assured that my car would be towed and taken care of. I brought the keys in to the owner only to find out that the following Monday my car was in the same exact place and had not been worked on. Lack of communication left me without transportation for a week. Not recommendable contrary to other reviews, just my experience.In response to your reply, Of course it was that shop. I'm not delusional. And of course my name wasn't in the system if you never even took my name to begin with. You ask me if I'm sure if I know what I'm talking about but never addressed the real problem. My car was within close proximity to the shop and would not crank. We discussed it possibly being a starter issue and you called me back and said you would work on it but never did and I had a hard time reaching you to get my keys back so I can go elsewhere. Once again it's not the fact that you could not work on it but the simple fact that you didn't handle things accordingly which wasted my time.

Juan is an amazing mechanic and person. He took time to communicate what was wrong with my Toyota Tundra. He showed me exactly where was the failure on the truck, and the bad part, and what he did to fix it, and how it impact the operation of the vehicle. He took the time to educate me and made me feel very safe about getting back on the road again. His prices are also extremely reasonable. You should always know a great mechanic, and I would trust him with any vehicle from my family! Good car mechanics you can trust are hard to find, With Juan you do not need to look further! He has repaired 3 of our vehicles, all times he thouroughly explained what was needed and repaired in a super quick timeframe. They are so polite, caring and kind.The charges are super reasonable, and he only repairs what is needed.
