Great Service, staff was friendly. But what I really liked about Caliber was that I didn t have to call about the status of my car s repairs. They text me if not everyday it would be every other day to let me know what was be done. And I got my car when they promised it would be ready. Very Satisfied!!

Bumper looks great other than the grip pad thats sticking out between it but, the shop got my car done in great time and very consistant updates! Would recommend even if not perfect!

Mike and his team were a breeze to work with. They took their time going over my vehicle and addressing all of my concerns during our prerepair inspection. Mike followed up with me theoughout the entire process and kept me informed of where they were at with the job the entire time. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of for me. 12/10 recommend.

Great service here. They were very communicative and I was able to get my car back in around a week and half. The repairs look great as well. Would recommend going here to any other friends or family.

This was my 1st time having to take my car into a shop to get repairs, Cole made this a very smooth and easy process, and my car was ready before the estimated date which was wonderful, would recommend to anybody!

Had an Insurance issue and they did great work with my car and even gave a little clean up inside the car. Mike was great keeping me informed and the work they did was awesome.

Friendly, professional and attention to detail. Just picked up my vehicle that was involved in a rear end collision, Mike and the Caliber team kept me in the loop with updates on my vehicle and got me back on the road. Yea it took almost a month because of hurricane Ian and parts shortage yet vehicle was completed 6 days before scheduled. I highly recommend themServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I WOULD GIVE THEM A BIG FAT ZERO ON EVERY ASPECT OF MY REPAIRS IF I COULD FROM START TO FINISH. Way over original estimate, they told me 4 weeks and took 9 and still not done! Ordered and received parts that they FORGOT to put on? Like really, how the hell does that happen?!? Then didn t even order parts they should have!! Like a broken gas cap that THEY removed the pieces of and sent me home without one!?! COBWEBS ALL OVER MY CEILING!

Jorge the service advisor was very patient with all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and always kept me informed regarding the repairs on my car and the time frame of when it would be done. It was a pleasure working with him. I would not Trust my vehicle to any other Collision Service but Caliber Collision. Best Quality of work I have ever seen.Great Friendly and extremely Helpful and Honest Crew and Service Men I have ever had the Pleasure of meeting and doing Business with. Once You have had Your Body work on Your vehicle or Paint job or any work done there You will Always Come Back.They Also guarentee there work.

I was nervous about getting my BMW collision repair done as this was my first accident. I heard from friends about caliber collision. I talk to my State Farm agent and they also recommended caliber. When I first talk to the manager, Jesse Stanton, he was very kind and reassuring, knowledgeable, and kept us up-to-speed on the entire process. Immediate results on the estimate, when the parts were ordered, and everything else along the way. The repair is 100% perfect. His knowledge and communication was outstanding. I would highly recommend the shop. Thank you Jesse for everything. A+++++

They did a great job answering all my questions and I had a bunch since this was the first time getting into an accident in Florida. Who knew things were handled so differently here. Absolutely satisfied! Everything was super easy and to the point. Facilities were kept very clean and comfortable. Staff was exceptional!! Everyone was very friendly and willing to help. All work was done in a timely manner and two perfection. I was totally amazed how perfectly they could match the paint on a 14-year-old vehicle. I was not pleased with the lack of communication from this shop. I had to call in to get updates instead of getting call backs which I was told would happen after each phone call. My service advisor apparently had a planned departure from the company and I was not advised so all of a sudden I had a new rep without notice.. my car then had to be taken to my maintenance shop because my taillight was not working and turns out was not plugged back in after work was completed by this shop. Disappointed not only did I have to deal with delay after delay which I understand they cannot control but they also did not give me back my car with it put back together properly.Service: Body & Trim

Since my auto was a 2007 Pontiac and no longer made they had to search out the parts needed to work on the Car. They were diligent in searching out the needed parts and went so far as to drive a distance to obtain them. They kept in touch with me regarding their progress. The auto had to be painted and they did excellent work including the wonderful Paint job.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
