I went in for a bad battery and was transferred to a different store (#1221) was helped by a guy named Pablo. His service was outstanding, efficient and fast. Good personality to deal with crazy customers like me. (Very patient) and very helpful. I mean I know nothing about cars and he was able to answer all my questions in a simple way that I was able to understand and loved that he was also bilingual (Spanish and English)Thank you so much Pablo.

Jesus assisted me in getting a battery change for my car, he was very kind and very helpful! Best worker ever and plus now my car is working better than before due to him changing out my battery!!! :)

Pablo from store 1221 was absolutely amazing and so helpful. My ac completely broke in my car and he not only helped me get all the things I needed but took some time to help and explain what I needed to do! Thank you again Pablo , now I have a reliable store that I love and will visit often for my car needs.

I went to Auto Zone and the sales rep Pablo was very helpful not only did he help me to choose the right battery but also installed it for me. He was very professional and courteous. I was really appreciative. Thank you.

Andi, the manager was so awesome and very knowledgeable. He even referred me to outside mechanics. I would definitely go to his store again and refer others to him.

Terrible experience with this store. My husband paid for a transmission with them and on two occasions it has been defective. They were supposed to change it and they haven't solved the problem for a month now. They also do not want to return the money. I recommend that you do not buy any transmission with them, terrible management in solving a customer's problem.

Leslie helped me when I was in an unexpected pinch with my battery! She went WELL above and beyond for me and made sure my car was able to run before I left. She even went a step further and gave me some advice on how to fix another related issue with my battery. I feel so fortunate to have come in today and grateful to have met the right person to help! Thank you SO MUCH Auto Zone and LESLIE!

Joshi,excellent customer service, very knowledgeable of items in the store,I actually bought a battery, which he tested my old battery and replaced it in the hot sun,without complaining, also doings so he is advising a next customer of what to do to fix his vehicle, great job Joshi,Autozone as this customer for life.

Came in for a damaged battery and Lori and Alexis were great, they knew exactly what to do, even guessing what car I drove before they even saw it. Can highly recommend AutoZone on Lee Blvd and Mrs Lori the store manager was great

Went to one store but they didn t have the battery I wanted and was told to go to the other one down the road who had the battery I wanted in stock. Andi provided great service and installed the battery.

William was such a great help! My car battery died and he was able to find the best option for me. There was a wait due to the rain but the second the rain was gone he found me in the store and immediately installed my battery and my new windshield wipers. I will definitely be coming back to this location whenever I need help!

I was greeted shortly after entering the establishment by a gentleman named William I explained to him what I needed and he instantly knew what I was talking about. although the item wasn't in stock he still came out to assist me by checking my car to make sure that is what I needed all around stand up guy went beyond my expectations best experience as a female that I had in a while going to one of these type of places

Thank you Andi!! After looking up my part, I went in to the AutoZone that said it was available in store, however, once I arrived, they asked for my vehicle info, Igave it and the gentleman said it was not in stock there, but at a different location. I told him that was interesting because it said online that it was out of stock there. He then printed me out the receipt to make picking up this part easier. Once I arrive at the location, Andi asked same info and pulled up the very same Air filter that I did online, and he said unfortunately it's not in stock at this location, but I can call our other store for you. He did just that, calling 2x because the first time he was on hold for 9 minutes, and confirmed that it was indeed in stock, at the original location. It turns out, he looked up the wrong vehicle and didn't care to double check before sending me on my way. I did not get that gentleman's name, but either way grateful to Andi for his patience getting it sorted out and even allowing me to pay there so all I had to do was quickly pick up from the other location.

His name is Pablo he did a great job helping me with a peace and I asked someone before him and the dude that I asked first said that the piece I needed that they didn t have it and Pablo helped me and actually helped me find the piece and did a great work

Pablo was on point make sure I didn't waste money on a battery if I didn't need it check the alternator check all fluid levels made sure everything was good I purchased the battery on the spot come here and ask for Pablo Hill got you covered 5 stars times Pablo

This store is ridiculous. I have to return 8 out of 10 items because they give me the wrong part. I needed a part they told me they had but another store had it. They told me the store next to the Winn Dixie, there are several Winn dixies in the area then sent me from Joel, wrong store, to lee and Leonard, again, wrong store. I'll use Advance from now on

Came in to scan my car and William was on it like sonic ! He scanned my car showed me the problem, the parts to fix it and an estimate of how much it would cost. I was in and out in minutes and had a very lovely customer service experience! Will be returning no doubt !
