Alex and the manager were so professional and helpful. I ordered the battery online when I came in I was greeted and the battery was ready. Alex installed the battery for me and also gave advice on how to protect it. If possible I would give both 10 stars.

Stopped by to buy supplies for my Hummer today and the gentleman there by the name Keon was VERY HELPFUL and KIND and FRIENDLY and my store visit was very nice and prompt and professional. He spoke in a kind voice and didn't rush his answers and let me speak and explain my vehicle issues. He was SUPER helpful. Great social skills.

They were nice and very patient with me, but if youre checking to see if your battery is dead, and wondering if its covered by the 2 year warranty, please be adamant with them about testing it unplugged. both tests suggested the battery was fine until they pulled the positive off and tested it again. Ended up saving ~230 bucks.

Lori's store is real good and her and Trent treat people right. They get you the parts you need and are helpful. That's why I always come to this store.

Every time we go to this store the attention is wonderful. All the workers are very attentive and willing to help us. Yesterday Alberto helped me, on his first day of work, and he was very kind and quick with what I needed. We recommend this place 100%

My mom and I just had to say what a great place this was! We made the right choice going to the Auto Zone. Keon was a gem of a store clerk! He was informative, energetic, and very helpful! And we even had the blessing of meeting an amazingly helpful mechanic who helped us as well! It is a great community environment and we will definitely be back the next time we have automotive needs!!!

Angel and Alex were soooo helpful it was pouring rain and I was struggling with putting on new windshield wiper that I got and they did it in like 5 mins. From now on when I go to this location I ll be looking for them for help. :)
