I am in AWE of the store. Your staff here are wonderful, especially the commercial manager and the store manager. They seem to have everything under control and intact. These women are courteous and professional. I feel just so bad for them since they've been working with no AC and dealing with all the customers and stress all day for weeks now. Company needs to help get that AC under control. Just shows you how two powerful women can keep everything under control.

Alby was very helpful and gave us a very good bundle towards our purchase and helped me with everything my little sister needed to get started on her journey on the road. She was more than helpful she exceeded past anyone s performance on customer service in my experience!

I want to give this store a 5-star review for their exceptional customer service. Despite my limited knowledge about auto parts, Stacee, the store manager, along with Alby and Shylee, were incredibly helpful and answered all my questions. Their customer service was truly outstanding.However, I must note that the store was uncomfortably hot. Considering we are already experiencing "July-like" temperatures in Florida, I found it quite unpleasant to shop in such conditions. When I inquired, I was informed that the store's AC has been out of order for some time. I believe this is unacceptable, especially given the hot climate in Florida. Would Advanced Auto Parts leave their stores up north without heating in the winter? I sincerely hope the company addresses this issue and provides better working conditions for their hardworking employees like Stacee, Shylee, and Alby.Thank you again to the staff for their excellent service, and I hope the store will have cooler conditions soon!

Only complaint is that the poor workers at this Advance Autoparts are working without AC For the last 3 to 4 weeks. Corporate really needs to do something because with these weather conditions, anybody could have a heat stroke. They are all very hard-working and deserve better than that.

It s very disappointing seeing the staff go through so much trouble with no AC especially because we have a commercial account with them. The staff is really hard-working and definitely need support on this. Corporate needs to get it together because if not, they re going to lose great staffing just because they haven t had AC for 3 to 4 weeks.

Sunshine auto parts is a great store to go to in Lehigh, possibly even the best auto parts to go to. I had an issue with my battery and went to the advance on Joel and it was a terrible experience, I go with an issue of my car not wanting to turn on. I say that it s possibly a defective battery and they check it and say it s perfectly fine. The batter is only a year old with 2 years of warranty. I go to the sunshine auto parts today and was treated by a lovely woman named Alby, she checks my battery power and it says defective battery. Everything gets sorted out because some people care about their clients more than others. I m never going to that Joel auto parts again because they don t want to resolve issues and don t want to work whatsoever.

Alby was highly professional and helpful when I came in with a dead battery covered under warranty she tested the battery, alternator, and starter with the old battery then again with the new just to make sure everything was perfect

This store always has its stuff together compared to other parts stores I have experienced. Alby and Kadid were very helpful and knowledgeable. They ensured I had the correct part for my vehicle as there were many sub models and they took their time figuring out which model it was and the parts I received were a perfect fit.

The staff is great, very knowledgeable and helpful. I don't know anything about cars and they always help me figure out what I need without making me buy expensive unnecessary things. The manager Alby is great. She explains things so I can understand and make the best decision for what I need for my car. Great store, great staff.

Normally, I have a good experience here but I drove from 30 minutes away and got to the store 15 minutes before they close and they wouldn't let me in. I had an emergency with my work car which is why it was so last minute. The workers were just chilling but they wouldn't open the door. Kind of sucks but whatever I guess.

I was in there today picking up a few parts. Customer service was phenomenal and store very informative. The customer service representative Albey was the best. She absolutely is the reason I'll be returning to this store. I'm new to Lehigh and service is horrible in this area so we appreciate the above and beyond service.

The store was very busy when I first came in. Only 1 person behind the counter, Alby. She handled the flow with ease, calm, and professionalism. Customer service was phenomenal. She absolutely deserves a shout-out for her hard work today!
