Very happy with the reasonable pricing and good service. They were able to take me when I had an emergency with my brakes and get me out on time. They may not serve free coffee, but they get the job done right.

I have taken my cars here for different reasons and I can tell you that they do a good job. They are really responsible on what they are doing and price very reasonable. I really trust on them. They have a good sense of humor and they work hard and fast. I have been very satisfied.

Great for family dates with kids. Ordered 2 Tacos, it tasted okay, chicken fried had 3 large portions. The orange sauce is super spicy.There is a playground for kids. We went around closing time. Clean space. Had bathroom and place to wash hands.

Don t bring your car here!! The worst place ever if you don t want to end up getting a new car they were literally mess up your car and say there s something else wrong with it don t even bother going to this Mechanic! Worst experience EVER!!!!

Took my car to them for a small undercarriage repair , whatever they did didnt uphold so I took my car back the next day . I ended up leaving after waiting 35 because they were taking their time and standing around talking ,I left to work. I went back today and they told me they don t do that kind of work and I m wasting their time. If you don t do this kind of work why even touch my car to start with ? Never again

BE CAREFUL THEY WILL SCAM YOU... I stop at this place and asked if they do wheel alignment. They said yes drop it off we'll call you as soon as is ready give us 3 hours... I live close by so I pass by every 45 minutes to see if it made it in the shop... the second time I walked by I saw they moved my car to the front, by the office so as I get closer to my car the man tells me the alignment is done! (but they never call they were just waiting for the 3 hours I guess). I look at the wheels there is no marks of anyone touching the wheels. (I worked a shop 15 year ago I know what to look for). When I asked the guy why the wheels look like they haven been touched, ( I put my finger on the wheel my finger print is visible immediately). They tell me they do the alignment differently when I ask how? they do not what to answer and told me to talk to another guy who did not how to answer either. they told me go to the office they will let you know there.... So when I ask the woman in the office she could not answer either they had no computer paper work etc.. and she got very mad because I call them out... she charged me $45.00 dollar for an inspection. which I did not asked I just needed the alignment.. If I did not have the knowledge I have on cars I would have paid $80 for nothing. Be careful. I will give it 0 stars but 1 is the lowest you can select here..Service: Wheel alignment

We used this company for countless repairs , and we would endlessly have to return the car for the same issue. And eventually the mechanic responsible for repairs quit answering his phone or would constantly say he was unavailable to correct the issue. We spent a lot of money here and in the end , we were told even the warranty we paid extra for could not be honored. If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE !!! They are terrible and honestly feel like because we are women they felt they could walk all over us!!! Honestly disappointed, as we try to support local businesses but they truly give small shops a bad name !Services: A/C system maintenance, General repairs & maintenance, Repair HVAC

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! I took my Jeep Patriot Sport in to get various things fixed on it. Basically a total of about $1000.00 of work was done( and they had the vehicle fir 3 to 4 days to do simple work). The mechanic put 1 quart of oil to much and the motor ceased up on it. This happened about 5 days after this work was done. This is THE ONLY PLACE that has serviced and worked on that vehicle. They put us in a bind that we had to get a new car.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

The Cashier/ office lady or payment collector---you call her what you want IS SUCH A SNUB, ARROGANT and outright disrespectful. She may appear jovial but don't let that fool you. She shouts at her customers (not because they're deaf). The good side of this whole thing is that the Owner is a good man. That's my take away, but the office woman,? forget it!!!

Very expensive. He is overworked has too many cars to keep up with. Does not have enough mechanics to keep up with the work. You have to check his work constantly because they don't complete their job satisfactorily. You have to keep after them to make sure that everything was fixed properly. They're rushing their jobs too quickly.

If your like most people you want a mechanic or shop that you can honestly trust than look no further! Jeff at 2 J's will put those worries at ease. These highly skilled gentleman will give even the most dilapidated vehicle a new lease on life. I've trusted they're craftsmanship for years now and I wouldn't use another garage in Lehigh or Lee County for that matter. If you need something simple done to having something major replaced these guys will take care of it with a passion for kindness and efficiency!

Do not go to 2j auto! I went in for one coil pack. I was told they were "refreshing my wires" they put them all back in the wrong order! Now I'm paying for an ECU. They tried to say "since you changed one coil pack the other are acting".

They did my husband Michael Morris timing belt and cylinder head gasket and they had to deal with me because my husband was working they were so nice and professional and explained everything to me the car is running like it's brand new and it's a 2007 Kia the price was reasonable everyone that talk to me and explain things to me was wonderful

I had this engineer repair my gasket seal in my engine and he made it worse for $479 and when I told him it wasnt fixed properly he claimed that nothing was wrong.I'll never bring my car to this auto repair ever again!Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Pshhh once we entered the guy acted like if he didn t want to attend us!! So we asked him we need a patch for one of our wheels he stated I don t know what s wrong with it he said it s five dollars for me to check it and 15 to put the patch when the tire shop down the road cost $7 I do not recommend that place horrible customer service

I was recommended here by family to see a honest mechanic by name of joel for minor maintenance. I have my 16year old niece with me. Come to find out Joel no longer works there and the boys working there are pigs very uncomfortable if your a woman. NEVER would I go back.

I brought my 2007 camery for a alternater change when I got it back less then 2 days later the car died from electical problems it turns out there was no new part I supposably purchased in there just a used one. When I confronted them about the problem I was treated very disrespectfully and am tacking legal action against them. Please don't make the same mistake I did.

Since new ownership, new owner Jeff WILL NOT HONOR WARRANTIES. need a CV axle replacement less then 6000miles on purchased part. purchase in February. When I called just to ask about making appointment to be seen Jeff ran me off over the phone told me never to come back that I'm bad for his business.Pursuing legal actions now.

They have a new owner and If his name is Louis.....don't go there, he's not a real mechanic. I promise you he's the worse mechanic in Lehigh Acres.

While you are sitting here they also have a Mexican food truck and tables and drinks make sure you call for a ride a head of time so you are sitting here for hours in the heat

If no stars where an option that's what I would give them,rude people !!!! I have gone to this place a few times years back but the people they have hired have no skills on customer service....after spending thousands and thousand id expect a good attitude! I'll take my money else where ....

I called because there's a problem with my vehicle, and I asked if they were open on a holiday day because they are some jobs that do still work on holidays and all I was met with was a sarcastic remark and complete Dick of an attitude never coming here ever.
