We called desperate from out of town (Ohio) as full time travelers we needed it done today. Calling around they said they would call us back. (Which they never intended to do as we re sitting in a parking lot with 5 kiddos just waiting for a call. Finally we called back they said yeah it would be around $825 before taxes !!!! They couldn t use the Chevy dealership parts we bought. We would need to buy them again and they still needed to make their money on the markup. Their prices were nothing but LINING THEIR POCKETS! We were able to get the parts straight from Chevy dealership (across the street) and tools from harbor freight. It took us 2 1/2 hours with NO PRIOR KNOWLEDGE. Sad to try and take advantage of anyone in a bind or situation! So thankful for not being gouged by their prices!!! SHAME ON THEM FOR saying it would be $825 for this job! Florida residents beware!!!! Poor business price gouging!!!!!!

I had the opportunity to have my vehicle serviced at this location & new tires installed. The Manager, Justin, greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked through the door. He explained all of the required services in great detail and gave me a plan of action to keep my vehicle running on top top condition. When you go to this location, ask for Justin!!!

I will never go there anymore. I gave them 2 chances and they were trying to play me as I was a girl. First time, they say my car had a problem but I told him that I just changed this part and they are quick to switch to tell me that they made a mistake and it was another problem. No, jus say I catch you in your lie. The second time, I paid for my tire online and went there, the guy in front was trying to charge me 200 dollars for alignment when I already paid my tire online and installments. He then later tried to gaslight me saying that is not what he said when I was gonna leave. They are crooks. Stay away from there. Specially if you are a girl. I had to call customer service in their a** for them to do their job as they should. I don t feel safe letting my car in their care, nor should you. They will get all your money if you are not smart. It s a good company tho. The problem is the bad people working at the shop. The customer service over the phone is great tho. Not the store phone tho.

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Luis was very helpful and Benny is the gentleman who worked on my car. Benny was very professional and treated my car like it was his. Even used a torque wrench to bolt the wheels back on the car. First time I experience such great service at an auto shop. I had 4 tires delivered to this shop. They mounted and balanced. Definitely my go to shop from now on

The manager Luis is discussing he is very unprofessional Don t go the there if you have car shield. Luis the manager held my car hostage for 18 hours after it was done getting repaired. Then he went on to say he s the only one who can handle computer work in the store and he s never dealing with car shield again after me anyone who comes there with car shield he s going to turn them away and that I should drop car shield, But in reality, it had nothing to do with my warranty, It had everything to do with his neglect and they sent the payment three hours before he actually Released my car to me! Hope no one goes through the same experience I went through. if you do decide to take your car there, make sure you got all your eyes dotted and cross all your tees be on your game!!!!! because this guy is going to give you a hard time and make sure he knows how to send a proper invoice to your warranty company. That s why I keep all my receipts. I keep a paper trail going for everything because of individuals like Louis, you never know when you might need legal representation I was ready to call help me Howard and the police if it would ve lasted any longer. I just pray everything with my car is fine! Good luck and God bless

I had previously been turn away form two tire shops for the fixing on a simply tire pressure gauge and was told wait times would be 2-+ minutes. I came here expecting the same but Jassiel immediately put my worries to rest by telling me he could have my tires reflated and fixed immediately. He was friendly and took the time to listen to my problems while remedying what was actually wrong with my tires. Five minutes later I was back on the road feeling much better. Definitely coming back to this place! Thank you Jassiel!

Service has been completed. I highly recommend that you make an appointment and make plans to leave your car if you can't sit for a 2-3 hours and wait.

The two black guys that worked at the repair shop on Sunday December 10 around 12 in the afternoon. the one with the full beard was really helpful went out of this way to help me out. all I needed was few seconds. while the other one was more interested in his phone and acted like me being there was not that important even tho I approached him first.

The crew at Firestone Lake Zurich, IL installed and ballanced my tires and the next day we went on a trip from Illinois to fort Lauderdale. the whole time car was shaking and it wasn't pleasant to drive. when we reached fort Lauderdale we stoped at Firestone fort Lauderdale location and the store manager Jason he was very nice and helpful. he's crew rebalance the tires and this corrected that issue and we continue our trip to the cruise port. we had very nice vacation knowing that the vehicle is safe and sound and ready for return trip to Illinois. one more time, thank you Jason!! the crew at Lake Zurich, IL few days prior did very poor job because the tires wasn't balanced correctly and shaking and vibrating the whole vehicle making the ride unsafe and unpleasant. thankfully Jason and he's crew from fort Lauderdale corrected the issue!

These people are crooks!!! My mother and I went there to have a minor problem fixed, and they said they could do it. They charged her 1,400 , then said something else was wrong and bumped it up too 1,700. We said fine paid it and let them have the car for over a week, and still !!! Nothing changed. Absolutely nothing.. now we are down 1,700 and they haven t done a thing with the car, I highly recommend not going to this place

The manager at this location from my experience is very personable and honest. I took my car in because my oil and filter light was coming on, foregoing the free service on my plan at my dealer because I felt I couldn t wait until the appointment I was given. He calculated my mileage and told me that I should go and get the free service with my dealer because my car would be fine to go another week and well over. He didn t want me to spend unnecessary money and in His own words, I feel like I d be robbing you . This honesty and customer service is more of what we need in the world. This Firestone location takes advantage of woman. I am a 21 year female whose car broke down while traveling away from home. I took my car to Firestone because that s were my parents always have our cars repaired. I really was between a rock and a hard place since my car broke down out of town. After researching the cost of the replacement parts, I was over charged a minimum of $500. They over price the replacement parts and must receive some credit back from their parts suppliers because I called the local Honda Dealership s parts department and was quoted 50% less that they claim they purchase the parts.After dealing with this predator manager, I was looking over their Google reviews and noticed in the past 2 years there have been TEN 1 star reviews from woman including my review and only FOUR 1 star reviews from men. Appears they are targeting woman to over charge females like me who may be less informed about vehicle repairs.If you are a female, I would not recommend using this Firestone location.

The manager there by the name or Louis is friendly, nice and always on top. I stopped by because I had an engine light. He explained everything to me, what are the next steps to take when it came to my engine diagnostics, what I may needed to change and, that they are there for me if needed. As a female, I felt so comfortable having an honest person that took time to explain what was wrong with my car. Thank you Louis.Services: Electrical, Oil change

I can't say enough great things about this location. I woke up to a flat tire this morning, immediately put on the spare, and drove here! I arrived at about 7:45 AM and was greeted with a smile by the store manager, Luis. He listened to my issue, and within minutes, he had my car in the shop to be repaired, along with replacing my windshield wipers.One of the best things about Firestone Complete Auto Care is that when they do the work on your car, they warranty it and you're covered coast to coast by ANY Firestone Complete Auto Care, of which there are approximately 1700 locations. Can you bring your car to the local mechanic and pay less? Probably, but once you pay them and drive away, that's it! Well, not with Firestone Complete Auto Care! If my car is under a manufacturer's warranty, of course I go to the dealership...otherwise I come to Firestone!Service: Tires

They should call this location Firestone Tire & Oil Change because that's all they know how to do. I visited today and explained to the representative that I needed to replace my brake switch because the silicon piece had broken off , causing my brake lights to stay on 24/7. The guy didn't know what a brake switch was After going out to the car and showing him, he told me they don't usually handle such complicated things, but they would 'try'. Of course, I got right back in my car and drove off because why would I trust such unskilled people?? It's a shame I have to drive to Firestone in another city to get simple things done. This is the second time this location told me they don't know how to do something simple.

This place is the worst. Old manager Joey very disrespectful now a new manager and you think it will be better far from it. Do not let Kenny work on your cars. No stars. Horrible at State Rd 84 location. Follow up to my previous horrible review, I paid $114.00 for a diagnostic test and when they said they couldn t do that work after a week and a half. The receipt and diagnostic test had nothing on it. No printout which is what I paid $114.00 to obtain. They were all upset about my first review here s a better one. They take advantage of the elderly which is, I believe a criminal act. Don t go there ever!

Great service, great mechanics. I went here in May for service and the wait time was reasonable and the mechanics were all knowledgeable and FRIENDLY. Whenever u get tired of being lied and ripped off by your car dealer, go to these guys. You will thank me! I paid $27 for an ac filter changed (labor included) against $85 that my dealer, Rick Case Hyundai Fort Lauderdale wanted to charge me. And the best part: only 1 hour waiting on the spot and the job was done. My dealer: appointment for 6 days later..Did I mention customer service? Excellent!STOP right now having an awful experience at your cars dealers corporate thievery machine and come here for the truth, a good price, and fast and quality service.

Customer service is key and unfortunately this manager they have, has none. The workers talk to you and treat you better than the Manager. He doesn't greet you pleasantly and he doesn't even say bye although the other young attendant does.I dropped over $400.00 there and not even a smile. Some people aren't meant to Manage and he clearly is not. You need to really train your managers Firestone, won't go back there again.
