At first, and due to industry nature, I was extremely skeptical of Don and his team as I received diagnosis updates. Ultimately, I took the leap of faith that they were honest and integral people. They rebuilt my transmission on my 2016 F-150 and it s been running excellently. Hereafter, I experienced a leak that I thought was the rear main seal, but turned out it was the water pump. I became skeptical again when the leak persisted a few months thereafter. The diagnosis then became the engine pan gasket was worn and triggering a leak. He walked me through it. We looked at the truck together. I was concerned that the diagnose was wrong and that I was being taken advantage of, and voiced that to Don. He was respectful, understanding, and unwavering in confidence that he was remaining honorable in providing the greatest service possible. With another leap of faith, I proceeded to trust and I am glad I did. Engine pan gasket replaced, $1600 saved, and no more leak - I didn t need to replace my rear main seal which would have cost more and taken longer. I m grateful for the relationship I have with Don and the AAMCO team, and look forward to long term a relationship. Thanks again, Don.

I didn t know that so many mechanic shops would frown upon customers with extended car warranties, but Don and his staff at AAMCO were patient and happy to work with me.I ended up canceling the extended car warranty. Since Don and his staff didn t make me feel like a chore or a burden, I also went ahead and got the repairs that I needed at his shop.Thank you Don and AAMCO

I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Dawn about issues I was experiencing with my AC. From the outset, the service was exceptional. The gentleman who came for the appointment was not only friendly but also incredibly honest and transparent about the challenges my AC system was facing.Upon diagnosing the problem, they discovered that changing out the compressor required a new freon, and unfortunately, they didn't have the necessary equipment for that task. Rather than leaving me in the lurch, Dawn went above and beyond by providing me with the contact information of someone who could assist.Dawn and his mechanic demonstrated unparalleled honesty and a commitment to customer satisfaction. In an industry where these qualities are often hard to come by, their professionalism and easygoing nature were a breath of fresh air. They made a potentially stressful situation much more manageable and provided me with a clear path forward to address the AC issues.It's rare to find such genuinely helpful and honest individuals these days, and I'm grateful for the excellent service I received. I totally recommend them 100%.. Don is easy to talk to and him and the mechanics work until they get your car fixed and commnicate with you while your car is being worked on. the whole team there is great!!!! I am new to the area. So I thought amco would be a name that I could trust.... The So called transmission experts. I brought my car andTo check my. breaks a transmission Noise had to check my air conditioning..... I got my vehicle back in worse condition than when I brought it there. the brakes were no better than they were when I brought it in the transmission, had the same exact noise and they never even check my air conditioning, furthermore, my call was lifted improperly on the lift and they cracked my faring and damaged My paint and then proceeded to act as if they did not know..... Needless to say, my call was sent out of there very unsafe I have to fight with them. Now to get my monry back.. They charge me $2309.00 And gave me my car back and worse condition than it was when I brought it to them... They are very unskilled and unprofessional

I found them by pure luck and they didn t only fix my car they gave me hope as I was told my transmission was leaking ..they found out the problem was not my transmission and fix my problem in less than one day thiey are definitely going to be stuck with me forever !! Thank you again !!

The staff at AAMCO are so amazing, especially the manager by the name of Joseph who squeeze me last minute. At the mechanic by the name of Grant ensured that I was done at a timely manner to be able to catch my flight. Top tier service 10/10 recommended.

I went in for transmission troubleshooting. The news wasn t good, as I had expected, but the service was outstanding. I highly recommend!P.S. My experience at this location was probably the best I ve ever had. Don was very welcoming and personable. Ryan was amazing. He was so patient, helpful, and answered every question I had. He walked me through the issues with my car and you can tell he was completely genuine. I will definitely come back to this location for all future car repairs/needs!!

I went in to get my tires and brakes done for my daughter's car and I spoke to Al at the front desk and he was very kind and knowledgeable, the work was performed in a timely manner with total professionalism by everyone. What impressed me most was the integrity, honesty and great customer service. They could have found and charged unnecessary expensive work but was honest and didn't do that. I have come here for years always leaving happy with there service. I usually speak with Don and now Al. I would not bring my daughter's car there if I didn't highly recommend. They have been my mechanic for years. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for professionalism, honesty and great customer service.

I pay $6000.00 to have a transmission replaced after 6 months the transmission went bad i took the back on November 25 2023 its now december 20th I still don't have my car back they are rude and unprofessional the worst company to deal with. they located on 4907 N UNIVERSITY DR LAUDERHILL FL 33351

5 star service amazing people and outstanding customer service. So my truck was leaking transmission fluid I stopped by Gold Coast first because they were on my way to work the guy came out I told him my issue he glanced at the truck and said needs a transmission rebuild your looking at 1500-3500 we have to take it apart that s without even driving or putting on a lift. So I came here and outstanding service they fixed my transmission leak like I was looking to get done for a very low and reasonable cost. I m glad there s still honest people and businesses out there. I will recommend anyone and everyone to give them a shot because it s worth it. Was referred here from a family member that had a great experience. They have gained another customer in me after getting my front brakes serviced!! Al upfront was great! Pricing was fair for OEM, updates were given and I was provided a good description of my issue and what would work best. Whole staff was friendly and personable. Ryan Stockmar was very friendly and helpful as was the young lady at the service counter when I picked up my car. Mr. Stockmar explained the work performed and the warranty clearly. Great place!! I ve been looking for a trustworthy mechanic conveniently located, and AL is doing his part to bring that to the table. I know good mechanics in other cities, but the quick turnaround on my repair, both times I ve left my car (fuel pump & radiator) and takes my extended warranty. My husband and I had an issue with one of our cars. Since we were not entirely convinced with our mechanics diagnostics at the time, we wanted a second opinion, and that s when we found AAMCO. After getting a total different diagnostics from Don, the owner, on what the real issue was, we decided to give them a try. This was my worst car mechanic experience ever. They ran a diagnostic on my Infiniti Q50 and charged me $4500 for a transmission issue. Not even 3 weeks later I had an issue with my car took it back to them just for them to say I had another $7500 in issues that they miraculously found after charging me almost $5000 already. Very unprofessional and don t take no accountability. Wouldnt even recommending taking your child s scooter to get it looked at here.

5 stars is not enough! I have never ever brought a vehicle in for a check up only for them to find nothing wrong and not charge me! On a Professional level.. This place is the Best. No Gimmicks , no fast talk , straight to the point honesty .. truth be told .I don t know how these guys make any money, prices are low enough to make u think the work is secondary.. If I didn t experience the courtesy and exceptional service first hand I wouldn t be here telling u this just for the hell of it.. I was skeptical An Al made sure he talked to me like I was 3yrs old explaining things so that people like myself who knows little about cars could understand.
