I could write a whole book on all the things that went wrong at this shop. Although I had discussed it no less than 3 times with them, they did not even look at or acknowledge one of the main reasons I brought my car in. The manager, who was very involved in helping the associate trying to assist me, admitted that he did not listen to anything I was saying about my car because "I wasn't his customer." He also told me that the guy assisting me is still learning the auto business and doesn't know anything about cars. So... I guess the manager is comfortable enough with this employee to let him assist customers when he doesn't know what he's talking about. Unbelievable...

Great, friendly customer service from John and he was able to fit me in on short notice near closing time (an hour before) because i had a fast leak in my tire due to a nail. I would have been in quite a pickle had he not fit me in; tire would have been flat in morning and i don t have a spare. They are open an hour later than most other garages so it s more convenient after work too. I m so grateful for their fast, friendly service and great warranty on the repair too!!

Well guys this is an extremely a bad experience My car came for an alignment only and by the looks of it they seem to have no clue how to do an alignment . I don t know if the employees are trained and certified .the first try after the alignment it pulls to the right aggressively and the second time u definitely don t what to know the rest It is a regular normal economy car ..I will definitely would not recommend anyone to this tire choice well after this am not sure about all the rest of tire choice .. u been warned.

Wonderful staff!!! Price was reasonable. Took us in right away even though some employees were out sick. Got SUV back same day.Knowledgeable staff. Excellent service all the way around. My SUV runs great now! Thank you so much!!!

Mr. Lester ensured the Tesla tire was replaced that day, after I came in during the afternoon. He was honest and accurate. Great service and kind people.

John had Brian check the Brakes and Front end found Brakes ok but a cover loose under the motor...Fixed for No charge !!!Very Happy with my visit...Will go back if needed

Had the pleasure of servicing my Impala here today. I am a repeat customer servicing my Corvette here as well. Jimmy, a new face greeted me upon entering today. He was very friendly and engaging in conversation. I didn't feel like "just another service ticket." They have a very comfortable waiting area to relax in. My car was ready in the time promised without any delays. Jimmy's professionalism, welcoming demeanor, and swift service certify my decision to continue returning to this location for both my vehicles. I highly recommend Tire Choice in Largo and make sure you ask for Jimmy for an extraordinary experience! Thanks again Jimmy!Recently, Jimmy gas left. John is the go-to guy there that will look out for you. He's been there a while and knows what to do to get the job done no matter what. He's the guy to count on, so make to ask for him!

I found this shop after I got tired of dealership prices and I thought they were saving me a bunch of money and doing honest work however after my last visit I no longer have the same view.I have been having some issues with my car but it wasn't coding and we couldn't track the problem down until just recently I had some more issues that revealed the crux of the issue the BCM was going bad. They claimed it would cost in the neighborhood of 1200 to replace saying they had to do all this work to get to it and replace it, it would take 2 hours. I looked up a video showing how to pull the part in question it was a 5 min job I went to the recycling center had them pull the part I needed from a car that matched mine and in 10 minutes I had replaced the part myself and fixed my issues for a total of 50 dollars and some of my time I will no longer be giving this location my patronage.

Vary bad service and under trained staff. Simple battery replacement turned into, me taking my car to the dealer. They last bolts and damaged my air intake box, car couldn t accelerate more than 20 m|h.

I just want to give a shout out to this location. As a father, we always get last second calls from our daughters with car trouble. Fortunately, and unfortunately, she just had a blowout on her tire. Called multiple places no one was available. I stopped in and I believe the gentleman is the manager of the location working the desk. I did not get his name, but he told me that the tire was a nonstock item. Knowing the situation and with my daughter needing to work the next morning, he called multiple places and at 3 PM got us a new tire and installed by 6 PM for me to pick it up. He went above and beyond and I appreciate it. We will be coming back to get the other tire to match this one real soon. Thanks a lot and for the customer. Focus and dedication.

John s service & attention to detail are unparalleled. I had to get new tires & as a woman, I m cautious about being taken advantage of when it comes to car maintenance. John proved himself with his thorough assistance & did even better than price match based on my own research. John was absolutely fantastic! He really helped me out late Monday evening - after a harrowing experience on the interstate that resulted in a flat tire - he made sure I could get a new tire on the car & confirmed the battery was working properly so I could drive off the lot & feel confident and safe on the road. I absolutely recommend this location for their kindness & their superb service - Ryan also was so helpful & I would advise you do not hesitate to visit this team for any help with your vehicle.

I was very impressed with Tim and I believe Kevin was his name. They go above and beyond to make sure they got both of my cars working as they should and are safe to drive. I trust them to take car if any car issues I have in the future.

Just take your car anywhere else if you're trying to get something repaired. I brought my car here 6 months ago to to get a break line fixed ($120), a new center axel joint ($300), and my thermal housing replaced because I had a coolant leak ($500).Took about two weeks but everything was "good to go" I asked if they did a pressure tests on my coolant system after replacing the Thermal housing and they said "Yeah it seems to be holding pressure just fine" so I took it home and a few days later it started over heating and noticed I kept having to put coolant in it everytime I went more than 20 miles. I've been traveling out of town for work so I didnt have time to bring it into the shop until this week when I thought my fuel pump went out.So I had it taken to the shop (Monday) and I requested they look at my fuel pump to make sure everything is okay the next day they call me to tell me they just had to hit the fuel pump reset and now its good to go ($70) so I requested they take a look at the coolant fill tank and run a pressure test to see if it was leaking. Chris stated "I was under the car and I didnt see anything leaking so I think youre good" to which I had to inform him "No please it's leaking and I have to fill it every 20 miles please look at it because I need to know where its leaking." He said "Okay we'll look at it but we can't put it on the lift because it's too rusted underneath" a pressure test doesn't require a lift.That was stated early Tuesday and they waited til first thing this morning Friday to tell me "We did a pressure tests and none of the parts we installed are leaking" to which I informed Chris that "I know the PART you installed isn't leaking I just need to know where the LEAK is" he again stated they couldn't put the car on the lift because it was too rusted. The break line and the axel joint both required it to be lifted, but besides that fact I STILL HAVE A LEAKING COOLANT SYSTEM. I just want to know where so I can have it fixed and they had 3 days to find it. JUST TO FIND IT. So this time I went there I basically paid $70 for someone to hit a reset switch on my fuel pump and tell me my car isn't leaking after begging to have my coolant system diagnosed after a week. He states it's too unsafe to have on even the drive up lift which was OPEN AND AVAILABLE WHEN I WENT TO GET MY CAR. When I asked why he can't use the drive up lift instead of the other ones he just plainly stated "I am not working on your car due to the rust" and I asked back "Why cant it go on the drive up lift which doesn't involve lifting by the frame" he just responded with the same answer of "im not working on your car due to the rust" I just wanted the leak diagnosed.I have this entire discussion on video.You can literally change out my entire coolant system without needing a lift this is just pure laziness.Now I have to take it to a different shop.UPDATE: After calling the customer service number BELOW THIS REVIEW. I was informed that I should take my car to a dealer to see if they would finish the work this shop has started on fixing my coolant leak because they refuse to JUST TELL ME WHERE IT'S LEAKING. So let it be known that if you have an issue with your vehicle and it still persists after they "fix it" then that's your problem not theirs.

I use to go to another Tire choice near me unfortunately my manager friend moved on so I went over to another Tire Choice a bit further and the guys are down to earth and real with ya, Courteous, honest and upfront been going to them for a long time and wouldn't hesitate recommending there services.. The manager John and his crew are thorough.. Services with a smile

These guys are really honest and great to work with. I recently came here with AC issues and they tried a bunch of different things to try and find the issue. They easily could have tried to overcharge me for the attempt at fixing it but they were very nice about not charging for something they were unable to repair. (Has to be fixed at the Lexus dealer)

Had a leaking tire. Waited at one shop three hours. I left. Found this shop on Google. Had good reviews. Got me in quickly and done and out the door in 30-45 minutes even on a busy Saturday. Very grateful and work has a warranty. Thank you.

Made a last minute appointment to get an oil change. Took almost 2 hours. Get in my car and my window is broken off the track.
