Chuck was awesome. Brought my vehicle in for an oil change but luckily the techs and advisors took their time and found what my real issue was. 1 day later im back on the road with my vehicle is driving like it s brand new. Fair pricing with quick and efficient work. Highly recommend.

These guys just performed a wheel alignment, and when I left I almost crashed into a car because the pull was so extreme to the right. See photo. I turn around and head back and the front desk person does assist me and takes my car back to look at it. Currently waiting to see if they can fix what they broke. Avoid business like the plague.Edit: phone number with response from owner always says "Monroe is closed" and I've tried calling three time on three separate days at varying times. Seriously, avoid this company like the plague. I never heard back and never got a refund from Tire Choice even though I nearly destroyed my car and/or hurt myself or somebody else.

Chuck literally saved my life. I had a flat tire and nobody would help me. I went to three places before arriving here and I was upset & hot and needed help really bad. I had a new a new tire in an hour and I went back recently and got 3 more tires. My car steers and drives better than ever. Go see Chuck & Co. if you want someone that cares and will help you out. These guys work so hard and we appreciate you guys!!

When a tire shop puts 48 pounds of pressure in your 2020 Hyundai Elantra that takes 33 pounds per pressure, there's something wrong with no apologies from them at all while I am driving my granddaughter with me. Rude Customer service even while I was waiting in the lobby for someone to talk to me I was listening to him on the phone and he was being super passive aggressive with someone on the phone. Should have known like there to walk away

I came in with a blown tire. I had bought the tires at another Tire Choice and couldn t remember if I had road hazard on them. Chuck was amazing and called the other store to see if I had road hazard and fit me in between appointments to patch my tire. He was so helpful and nice and I greatly appreciated the help!

Great service and knowledgeable staff! We were well taken care of and had a very clean comfortable waiting room to hang out in. Every vacationers worst nightmare is to arrive for five days and find bad tires on the family car. Tire Choice was able to change out two tires and do alignment without an appointment. We walked in and were given a very fair price without being upsold (which I always appreciate)! They got us in and out so we could get back to the beach! Thank you Tire Choice I would definitely recommend you and will be a returning customer when we need you.

I am Canadian and was visiting the Largo area having driven there in my 2023 Kia Sorento. The vehicle required its second oil change while I was there so I found Tire Choice on the internet and made an appointment.This shop was ill equipped to work on my Canadian vehicle as the guy on the desk had a great deal of trouble finding my SUV on his computer. Apparently there was no interface between a Canadian model and a US model on his computer program. In hindsight I should have walked away and tried somewhere else. However, after sometime asking questions about my vehicle he was confident that things were sorted and he knew what oil and filter the vehicle required. The oil change was done September 28 two days prior to my return trip to Canada.First the price was $163.74 US, in Canada the same work on the vehicle s first oil change cost the equivalent of $110 US at my local Canadian Kia Dealership.Secondly and more importantly when I finally made the 1600 mile journey back to Canada the next day I noticed oil on my driveway. I checked my oil level and found it was low. I was able to drive to a local repair shop. I explained to the service guy that I d had an oil change in Florida and I had concern about the oil on the driveway.He first checked the drain plug and it was ok he then removed the oil filter and found the seal had not been seated correctly. He inserted a new seal and as it was new, he refitted the filter. He checked the oil level and filled it to the correct level and had me start the engine and checked for leaks. There were no more leaks. I shut off the engine and he rechecked the level and topped it up. All in all he added just over 1 quart.I am very disappointed with the cost and the work performed as it could have been dangerous with such a long drive ahead of me.I hope that someone at Tire Choice takes note of this review on the poor work done and ensures it doesn t happen again. By the way, I was there in the local repair shop and saw the filter housing when it was removed and witnessed the improperly installed seal.On checking my invoice later I also noticed the VIN number on the invoice was not my VIN.

Oil Change & Tire Rotation its one of those things ya have to do its like going to the Dr. You know its gonna cost ya. Most of us have been to those places that by the time its all said and done you feel like you went in for a lube and rotation and left with a colonoscopy that hasn't been an issue here. There professional I would recommend them to those I love

I'm 81. 1070.00 for 500.00 job.I'm an idiot on fixed income.12 places would have been less then 1/2 what tire choice c ed charged.I'll be smarter next time.Stay away

Update: This is the place to come for your Uber/Hertz rental!Im an Uber Driver. Been coming here for a year. 10 months with a chevy malibu. And now with a Tesla. These guys make the process simple and painless.Old: These guys are fast, friendly, and efficient. Been here a couple times for oil change. Got new tires and battery also.They have coffee and tv in the waiting area. And clean restrooms.

Randomly stopped by this place hoping for a walk-in availability and was very impressed with the results afterward. Not only did they get my tires changed, they offered (not forced) some tune-ups and optimizations, providing clear reasons how they work and why they are recommended.The lobby and waiting venue was nice and clean. It's also at a convenient location nearby a large shopping mall so you are able to explore, shop, or complete some errands while you wait. I did not use the public transit but there are nearby bus stops as a potential convenience.I will be going to this location as a local customer from now on.

I had some issues with tires I called and spoke to chuck and I brought my car in and he helped me get the issues sorted out he was very kind and went above and beyond. Will continue to bring my car to chuck. Thank you !

Kind, helpful, flexible with scheduling, explaining options under road-hazard warranty. Pulled nail and patched tire promptly, and it s holding air. Extra touch giving my 2-year-old grandson a Transformer promotional poster because he was awed by the cardboard Transformer display. I just get a good feeling in this garage.

Came in right before closing and Chuck was not annoyed at me for been there. He took care of my RV spare tire immediately and told me he would call me the following day (Saturday) to bring my RV and change the tires. Sure enough he called me in the morning as promised, told me to bring it in and they will handled immediately and it was done. Never been here before but now Im a customer as long as Chuck is here.Thank you all so much

Steven was very professional and stayed under my budget and was able to fix everything that I needed done on my vehicle I would recommend this location to family friends and strangers I'm very satisfied with their work in my vehicle is running like new again thanks guys for doing such a good job

No one likes to spend money on repairs but Chuck (manager) made the experience tolerable. He took the time to explain each aspect of what my vehicle needed and even applied coupons to my invoice that I didnt walk in with. Very personable and a good man.

Too expensive. Does not do price match like most other tire stores. I was disappointed. The staff was nice and helpful, but I couldn t justify paying $198 for one tire. I went to Tires Plus and purchased two tires for $260.
