I m so happy to begin writing this 5 Star review of Pineapple Auto Glass! I unfortunately cracked the windshield of my 1994 Classic Honda Del Sol on 12/26/23. As one that reads and values reviews, I immediately called Pineapple Auto Glass as it had 5 stars with 161 reviews. A quote came the next day. I then called my insurance and didn t realize they have a connection with Safelite and was connected with them to proceed. I won t go down that rabbit hole but as of 1/17/24, Safelite hasn t done the job. In frustration, I called Pineapple back and realized I could select any repair company I wanted. I worked with Melissa to transfer my claim. Kim was on the ball and immediately ordered the glass. Jeff promptly arrived at my home this morning, 1/19/24, and did a wonderful installation job! I am ecstatic!! I understand how hard this kind of rating is to maintain over that many reviews! I don t write many reviews but when I see and am privileged enough to work with a company like this, I can t wait to add another 5 Star review! Look no further if auto glass is what you need. Take my advice (and many others), pick Pineapple Auto Glass! You ll be as happy as I am writing this review!!

Pineapple was recommended by our Car Dealer and they did an excellent job from the start communicating a quote, next steps, delivery/arrival, and process for installation. The installer, Jeff, notified us of his arrival to our home and was punctual and efficient - window swap took 30 min.! Thank you for making what could be a stressful, time-consuming project very easy.

From start to finish, this company is AMAZING!!!!! Not only did Alyssa facilitate the call with my insurance company, but she also helped me navigate their no and secured the best glass for my vehicle quickly. Jeff the technician was friendly, communicative, timely, and thorough!! I cannot say enough great things about the entire experience. If you need a new windshield, I highly recommend you call them!!!!

Pineapple Auto Glass was highly recommended to me and they did not disappoint. Everyone in the office was knowledgeable and polite and called me to keep me posted on the status of my claim. The technician arrived on time and did a great job installing my new windshield and making sure I knew what to do afterwards.

My dealership recommended Pineapple after a stray pebble on 275 targeted my windshield and cracked it while heading to work. The ladies were kind and cordial setting things up and great explaining the process. The gentlemen encountered at the location were kind and knowledgeable. I waited in their waiting room, watched a great movie, and before I knew it, the complete windshield was installed and calibrated. Thanks to the Pineapple Auto family for all that you do! Blessings!

I wanted to wait a week to write this review and cannot say enough great things about this company and the work performed. Was such an easy process dealing with my windshield replacement and would suggest everyone to use this company. The ladies in the office were very professional and handled the claim very quickly with no run around hassles and next thing I knew I had my onsite appointment within 2 days. I was concerned with how quickly these installations are and if it would be done professionally and I have to say nothing but great things about Jeff my technician. He called before he was leaving to meet me and called again when he arrived on site at 9:15 am. He was done the whole install by 9:45 am and showed me everything he did and gave clear instructions on how to care for my new windshield. If you have the chance to request Jeff you will not be disappointed. The quality of the glass was above average and I have no leaks at all. Used this company twice. Alyssa was able to assist with my insurance claim. The scheduling was easy. The technician was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He communicated well and gave me a detailed instructions for aftercare. Always smiling. I highly recommend this company. My windshield looks better than the original! One happy camper here

The *other* big name glass service has been a big let down lately, so I m glad we found Pineapple when we did! They were able to find and replace the glass on my (soon-to-be) antique car with no issues at all. Plus everyone there is super pleasant to talk to! Will definitely use in the future and recommend to friends needing auto glass services

I received a windshield rock chip last Sunday driving my VW Tiguan on US 19. I immediately called around to try and get it repaired, yet come to find out that all shops, yes even SafeLite are closed on Sundays. I had Safelite come out Monday AM, yet by then, the cooler temps had caused the chip to splinter into a huge crack. I was told that the entire windshield would need to be replaced.I called the Bert Smith body shop (Dealership) and they said that they have all of their work done by Pineapple and was provided their number. I called them and spoke to Kaleb who was extremely responsive and really helped me to quickly navigate the insurance claims process. I had to pay a little more for OEM as my insurance (Progressive) would only cover the third party replacement (No Thanks). Kaleb, however, was able to quickly process my payment and get it on order. Two days later the OEM glass came in and a mobile dispatch to my office was scheduled for the next day.Jeff, the installer, called me when he was 30 minutes out and then when he was 5 so I could go out and meet him with the keys. 30 minutes later the job was done. You cannot tell that my glass was replaced. He was careful removing the trim and kept everything extremely clean. I thank him for his professionalism and great communication. I wonder if these 5 star reviews ever get boring for Pineapple as they sure get allot of them. IMHO, however, well deserved!

I was referred to Pineapple Auto glass from Kia dealership. From the first phone call I made to this company, the appt. was fairly quickly, had a couple of hiccups, but they consistently kept me inform up to my appt. After the repair of my car windshield I was presently very happy. They did a excellent job, I was very pleased. I would definitely recommend Pineapple Auto Glass. Read the reviews! There's no disputing, they are hands down the best in their class. Professional and friendly service is rare these days but these qualities are not the only thing to brag about Pineapple Auto Glass. Scheduling was easy no hassle and they are very accommodating. The industry provided challenges due to the age of the car, but that didn't stop them from being successful! Alyssa is relentless on your behalf. The end result was amazing; as if there was never an issue with my windshield. Stephen Smith's work is impeccable leaving you with strong confidence for having chosen them for the job. Brian Went ABOVE & BEYOND To help my windshield install look perfect even with preventative help for further rusting, he had a huge SMILE the whole time and even though I made his day totally INCONVENIENCED HIM due to a delay with funding my credit card - he still smiled and help me locate my card!! If only I had cash I would have gave him a tip. So I highly recommend you speak with Alyssa who I also enjoyed her pleasant conversations, and putting up with my hectic schedule and rescheduling. Basically I was the pain and Bruan & Alyssa are professional and tremendously good people and professional. I highly recommend and the quality of my windshield!! Looks identical if not better!!

Wonderful place! Straightforward and honest.My dealership recommended them as the one place to fix my windshield.Stephen was great and patched my windshield since it didn t seem a needed a full replacement. This is my second review as my windshield got hit again only a year and a half later. Jeff came to replace it and he was just as awesome as the previous tech!! He also let me watch the whole procedure and I had forgotten how much of the car has to be dismantled to remove the glass. I am happy once again with Pineapple!!! Thank you Jeff for the fantastic job and thank you Kim for being so sweet and scheduling my replacement so quickly!!!---- ---------------------------------------------First review....Awesome company, Brian was very personable and he did an amazing job on my window. He showed up when he was supposed to and he allowed me to watch which I enjoyed. He also knew I was a perfectionist and he passed with flying colors! I first started my search for a replacement windshield with a National chain to a huge disappointment in customer service. "It was their pleasure to cancel my order" I read reviews for Pineapple who had more positive reviews than almost anyone. I contacted them and worked with Lori who was very professional and kind, she handled all the arrangements and sent Jeff for the at home installation who did a great job. It was a great experience for me.

Wow! These guys!! This was my first experience with this company. I needed a full sliding back glass replacement for my pickup. I called around, (to include the dealership) Pineapple actually answered the phone and gave me a quote right then and there! I didn't have to jump through hoops or anything. They came out the next day, to my office and replaced it. He even had to take out my back seats. He was professional, courteous, quick and CLEAN!Pineapple Auto Glass has my business from now on.Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience with Pineapple Auto Glass. As soon as the glass arrived at the shop, I got a call to set up my appointment. I wish that the scale was higher than a 5 because Pineapple was a 10! I was so grateful for their help and service when we needed an emergency windshield repair. From the moment I called until the moment that I picked it up, it was a truly delightful experience. I was so nervous with the reviews that I saw of the other local competitors that I just knew that I had to explore other options. I am so glad that I did! I wanted to give a HUGE thank you to everyone on the Pineapple Auto Glass team.. Laurie was absolutely amazing. My insurance company gave me such a hard time and without Laurie, it would have taken weeks to approve. Kyle came to my office to replace the windshield. He was as professional as can be.
