Brett and Steve came down to install a replacement windshield for me all the way from Largo to North Port! They were friendly, fast, and extremely professional answering all my questions and replacing my windshield within a half hour. Great customer service and attention to detail. Extremely happy customer with a Lifetime Warranty on my new Pilkington windshield. Definitely 5 Stars

I had the pleasure of using this company for a windshield replacement. They were on time, did a quality repair and were extremely easy to work with. They made working with my insurance company a breeze ! Don t look anywhere else these guys are legit.10/10 boys

The time came to replace the windshield in my Truck. With several service providers in the local market, I checked out the online reviews. Lloyd's had an overwhelming number of positive reviews so my decision was easy at that point. From my initial call to the office to the replacement of the windshield in my driveway, I could not have been more impressed with the professionalism and mastery of this company's Team members. My experience mirrors the many glowing reviews already posted, so I will just say that I am very glad that I called Lloyd's and will definitely recommend them to my friends & family! I am very happy with this company. First line customer service was excellent. His attention, always in the way of kindness and interest in making the client feel good (and in Spanish too). The installers were very professional and did an excellent job. My car is new. They worked on my house and followed all directions and kept the area clean. I am very pleased with this company and I congratulate them for their work. If you need to change the windshield of your car, do not hesitate to call them, I recommend it 100%. We ve been using Lloyd s for our fleet of work trucks going on two years now. The dispatchers and techs are always friendly, they call ahead, arrive when they say they will, and out of the 10 plus windshields they ve replaced or repaired not a single one has leaked. This company is great! The technician that came to replace my windshield was nice and understanding! I missed the text saying he was here because my phone glitches and didn't get the message until almost a half hour later. I messaged him explaining what happened and he came back 5 minutes later. I will definitely be using them again if I my windshield ever cracks again.The receptionist was also great. She got me connected to my insurance company and had the appointment set up in a matter of minutes. Definitely recommend them!Service: Auto windshield replacement

I wasn t present at the time of them coming out to fix my car windshield due to work. However my father was there and had nothing but positive things to say. They were professional and efficient with the work. They explained the process of what was being done and things to not do during the curing process of the seal. I did have to reschedule a few times and they were extremely patient with me. From the moment I called to the moment they left after fixing my windshield, the process was seamless. From my first phone call with Jenn to having the install of by from windshield replacement done by Will and Daniel they all were very pleasant, friendly, informed on everything they could do to help with my insurance and how to take care of my windshield. Most definitely I would use Lloyd's Auto Glass company again and they worked around my very busy schedule and came to my work. Prompt, professional, courteous service from beginning to end. Technician called on his way over then arrived right on time. He explained my options, then preformed the requested windshield repair quickly and efficiently. He then stated that if at anytime we became unhappy with the repair we could call back and have the windshield replaced - no problem!I would highly recommend this company.Service: Auto windshield repair

Will and Daniel replaced windshields in my car and son in law's car at the same time. So Efficiently not wasting any movement and delicate with the procedure. The price was absolutely reasonable compared to some other prices from a few companies that l called. Five stars is not quite enough. Everything about Lloyd's of Shelton reflects consummate professionalism. I had a windshield replacement on my late-model Volvo. I chose Lloyd's of Shelton for my Volvo windshield because of all the interactive vehicle functions that are built into the glass. It has to be right. Well, it was right. The process from insurance claim submittal through scheduling and mobile installation was prompt, personal, ans seamless. A minor problem arose afterward that was related to the windshield work and Lloyd's of Shelton handled it beyond my satisfaction, no questions asked. We have used Lloyd s in the past so when we needed a new windshield we knew who to call. Kristen was knowledgeable and knew just how to set things up through our insurance. She even got us an appointment for the next day. Brett was our technician. He arrived just when he said he would. He was very efficient in getting our windshield replaced promptly and correctly. He was thorough and was kind to talk with. We will surely pass along Lloyd s as a recommendation to all

We picked this place for our windshield replacement on account of reviews, and they lived up to it. Brett came to our residence and had it all done in an hour. He was friendly, professional, and passionate about his work. He eagerly answered our questions and shared the entire process with us. We heard a whistle the next day and called to request a check. It was no problem at all. Brett came back first thing in the morning, worked on it for about 20 minutes, and the whistle was gone. We highly recommend Lloyd's and Brett. Great work, thank you.

What fantastic service. Will was prompt, courteous and friendly. He replaced my windshield while I was at work in less than an hour! He was on top of the best method for taking care of a newly installed windshield. Technician Will was here today to replace the rear slider-window in a 2006 Toyota Tacoma. I could not be more pleased with the service. He called me at just about the time the office said he would (thanks Kristin and Jen / already an improvement over my experience with a different company) and arrived just 30 minutes later. Very friendly and professional. He explained what he would be doing and what issues we could run into, which I found honest and informative. He was finished in about an hour and I have a shiny, new window. Highly recommend.

I just had my windshield replaced by Lloyd's of Shelton and from customer service staff to installation, these guys are the best in the area. They only use experienced windshield installers who know their craft. I have used their services a couple of times and have also worked with the owner, and I can tell you that he carries a high level of integrity. This definitely shows in the people he hires to do the work - these guys were friendly, took their time to do it right, and new windshield looks perfect.

Had another well known company(the one with the catchy jingle) try to replace the windshield on my vehicle, but they couldn t get it done because they were inexperienced with Alfa Romeos. I called multiple companies who all gave me the run around until I finally found Lloyd s of Shelton. They got me taken care of with the utmost professionalism from the initial call to the install. Brett was our glass installer. He was awesome and very professional. He was well trained and knew exactly what he was doing. Shelton followed promptly to recalibrate the safety features of our vehicle. We were impressed also with the integrity and professionalism of the office staff handling our claim with State Farm. All in all, an extremely positive experience.

I called Lloyd's of Shelton to come replace my windshield. They were very professional in the office, the glass guy came out the very next day in a clean van. They handled everything with the insurance company. I highly recommend them and will be using them for my auto glass needs in the future. This was an overall better experience compared to safelite and other big companies. I could really tell they appreciated my business and went out of their way to ensure i was completely satisfied with the service.

Great company! I had an issue with Safelite (imagine that). 3/3 with bad windshields/installs (wanting to put glass that had creases, bubbles or was damaged into my vehicle, guess they figured that had me). Had them come out again, again defective windshield. Turned them away.Insurance company recommended Lloyd s of Shelton.They arrived early. Had the correct glass and it was mint/brand new, no issues. Had the glass in perfectly without issue. They then had a second person arrive who calibrated my cameras and sensors.Brett was my technician. Amazing. Heck of a guy! Really knowledgeable, very polite, very nice. He did beyond amazing work.Thank you! I shall recommended!
