Just an all around great experience buying our car. My fiancee and I went there after shopping around different dealerships. We told them our budget and they got us into a well maintained low mileage vehicle. I absolutely would have no issue recommending them to anyone needing a vehicle

Came in after a long exhausted day of car shopping, honestly lost hope for the day. Ben greeted us with a very up front, up beat personality, told us how things worked at this dealership. Was very professional and honest. They have great prices, and great inventory. Walked out today with a beautiful new used car. Would recommend 10/10.

If no stars was an option i would do it. I bought a car about a month ago, since driving it off the lot its been in the shop. Ive spent over 2k trying fix the car and its one thing after another. To this day its still in the shop. Have yet to even drive 100 miles on it. Been stuck on the side of the road three times. Awful experience stay away if you dont want to pay more money into the cars. Never using again.

purchased in november and also back in 2015. no major issues whatsoever. nice laid back guy who helped me this time gave off good vibes. was made aware that customers come from all over country to buy here so i felt a lot better about my purchase. i am really glad i got there when i did this time because i am loving my new ride. the guy who did my headlight restoration also had good things to say about the dealership so i think they have a pretty good reputation all around.

I bought a Dakota truck today. Found it online, looked up Kelly blue book and discovered the asking price was on the low side of fair market value. The photos were plentiful and detailed. I got the impression this was a very good value for a truck in good condition, both cosmetically and mechanically. I spent today driving couple hundred miles looking at trucks and not surprisingly they were in worse shape than the online info said. I was very pleased when I checked out the truck at Donny Mills. They handed me the keys and left me alone to examine the truck. It was exactly as advertised. I then test drove it by myself without any pressure. Bottom line I bought it. The dealer fee was reasonable and they processed all the paperwork quickly. I AM HAPPY and recommend this used car dealer.

Honestly the best car buying experience i have had in a long time. Ben and Jeff were easy to work with, up front and honest. The lot is easy to navigate with car-fax in all the cars, no one hovering while looking at the car. I will highly recommend stopping by.

My wife and I found a car on their website and wanted to go check it out. My wife called ahead of time to find out what time they closed and was told 7pm (also on their website as 7pm). The employee said they stop allowing people test drive after 6pm but we could still come check out the car until 7pm. We arrived at 6:30pm after driving over an hour to inspect the car. At 6:45pm, I asked the employee if I could have the car key to start it up and listen to the engine. He replied, Yup, at 9am tomorrow morning you can. I explained that we weren t trying to test drive it and only wanted to listen to the engine for a few seconds. The employee refused and said they were closed and to come back the next day. I told him we wouldn t be coming back at all based on his response. He then went on to tell me how they re open for 10 hours and we should ve come earlier. I reminded him that we called ahead of time, drove from a distance away, and they weren t supposed to be closed yet. I asked if he was the owner but he refused to even give me his name. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Visited here looking for a pickup truck. The staff was helpful without being pushy and answered the questions I asked. I didn't end up buying from them today, but I very much liked their vehicles and appreciated the low pressure approach. I would not hesitate to come back here to buy a truck.

I was on Craigs List looking for a special used car from a private party because everybody knows not to buy from a used car lot. When I inquired on a Mustang it turned out to be a used car lot. Heath has been with Donny Mill's for over 25 years. The owner's used car sales philosophy has been volume sales of quality used cars at whole sale prices. The price is the price, No Games, No Tactics, just Value. The Mustang was literally more than I could ever hope for at a fair price. The purchase and paperwork was done in a matter of minutes and no trip to the DMV! Thanks Heath! I would definitely buy from Donny Mills again!

Recently purchased a 2012 Ford Escape from Donny Mills and couldn't be happier with the purchase or the experience. They made it EXTREMELY clear I was purchasing a vehicle AS IS with no implied warranty. The building isn't much to look at, but they have just about any price range you could want and a large selection. No pressure from the sales team and it was honestly the best experience I've ever had in purchasing a used vehicle.

This is the second vehicle that we have purchased from here both times got great cars, this time they went above expectations, I'd forgotten something and I had to return home it was no trouble for them to bring me home and retrieve what I needed , even got my auto insurance sorted for me as mine was unavailable.
