The guys @ Dans Diesel Inc. were amazing. They even helped me put on my mudflap to my Tractor Trailer free of charge.(2 vice grip pliers wasn t cutting it). They fixed my trailer tire quickly after the hole couldn t get plugged because it was too big. Saved a Couple Hundred for sure. Highly Recommend if your in the area & your truck needs any type fixing.

I brought a 2002 RoadTrek in with the back end too low, he lifted it up and it looks GREAT !! Thank you Dan and the guys !! I Love it !!

I had a great experience at Dan's diesel. I had needed a mechanic to come check my truck out. Aaron is very knowledgeable and helpful guy. I appreciate the atmosphere. As a newbie I will tell you to make sure to see what is most cost efficient. Road side or towing. Thanks Dan and Aaron.

If I could I would give zero stars. Horrible customer service also fixed my truck. I drove it for one day and then it was broken again. I called them and they said we ll bring it in and proceeded to charge me another 5,000!!!!! When I asked why this was not originally seen. The guy said well we fired that guy things happen. I also asked why they were deleting the light before I drove off and he stated oh we just had to clear it. Then lo and behold it breaks in one day. This place is a scam.

When you break down on the road far away from your home, it's hard enough, but when you find a shop where good people work, then everything becomes easier.I really recommend Dans Diesel shop from the bottom of my heart.They are very professional,knowledgeable and most important for me honestI really wish there were more repair shops like this one in our business !

The day we were to leave Florida with our camper our DEF pump went out on our truck. In less than 4 hours they got us in, got the part, Repaired our truck and we were on our way! Highly recommend!!! Great bunch of guys!!

Dan s diesel shop is the best shop in the tampa, honest people and professional works and they fixed my truck 2018 Frightliner cascadia it had a fuel pump problem .They have a big lot for your trailer so don t worry and nice vending machine.

I honestly never wrote a review for a place of business. The hospitality I received as soon as I entered the work shop was unlike no other. The owner stopped what he was doing to make sure I was taken care of . Most places will have you sit like duck waiting . I had a truck safety concern he went above and beyond. He instantly had me pull my truck in and I thought he would just glance at my concerns . He had me put my dump body all the way up. And went through all of my undercarriage and suspension to make sure I was good. He even explained the way my truck is setup and why it does this & why it does that. I walked out with reassurance & knowledge . I honestly have been to at least forty plus truck repairs shop & I have never met or dealt with someone as professionall, reasonable, knowledgeable & hardworking as this business& owner is I would. Honestly give this man all my business from here on out . Please this a real review do yourself a favor and go see him there is reason he is packed and has three locations. Thankyou Danny

Attempted robbery. This company told me my engine was blown and not running on all cylinders. This went against ford diagnostic software and oil samples I send in regularly. They are either incompetent or trying to trick people into spending 15K unnecessarily. They refused to return calls and kept truck over their estimated time. I had to go there to find all this out. get a second opinion if they diagnose something big.

I called in and setup an appointment to get the tires on our camper changed. They did an excellent job from getting us a great price on tires, getting them installed on time as they stated. Very professional from initial call to completion. We will definitely be going back for all our service needs.

Whoever answers the phones at this place makes you feel like you are ruining his whole day every time I call. They will definitely try to overcharge you for the minimalistic work they do. I was quoted $200-$400 just to spot weld my 26 box truck s pullout metal ramp, so they did the work and said it was ready to pickup. So I show up to pick up my truck and the ramp is not Installed it was welded and fixed but not put back in the truck, so I had to wait over an hour for them to come figure out how to do it I ended up helping them as I was busy and needed to leave. So the bill comes out to almost $800! I had to basically argue with the guy at the counter (short round always looks mad) to get it down to what I was actually quoted and they didn t even fix the whole thing! Will never go back here unless I have an urge for burning money

Dan is a fantastic guy. Everyone there was super nice. Had my diesel worked on and I tell you right now. They did a fantastic job. I am so happy. Excellent Diesel Mechanic!!!!Dan will now be my go to without hesitation on any diesel work i need done.Its hard to find such a true shop these days but look no further.Dan's Diesel has you covered!!

I was so lucky to find Dan's Diesel in Tampa Fl. I'm a Monaco Dynasty owner with a 500 ISM Cummins. Hit by lightning on I275 in Tampa. Towed to Dan's. I really thought I was in trouble. Then I was met by Dan when I arrived. Dan assured me he could fix the problem and he was an RV'er too. Arrived late afternoon and they were working first thing the next morning. They worked diligently to find the problem and fix it and get me back on the road. Service Manager Mike kept me informed as to the progress and when completed he set by step took me through the items worked on then we went for a test drive. Dan's is new to Tampa but not new to the Diesel business, he has three stores in Minnesota. Their people are experienced and took excellent care of my coach. If you need any Diesel work done in the Tampa area I highly recommend Dan's Diesel.

Anyone who has a diesel truck bring it to this place they are AWESOME!! I'm a 63 year old female I have a 2001 Dodge diesel truck that belonged to my late husband it broke down but thanks to these wonderful mechanics I'm back on the road again. I would give them 100 stars if I could. Thank you very much!!

*watch out* 4800 bucks for an oil pump.Oil pump was making a whining noise and the owner said it needed replacement so it wouldn't cost more issues.Changed the oil pump and the noise didn't go away. Now that I think of it he probably didn't even change the oil pump. I was out of work for over 2 weeks. This guy is not an honest guy and doesn't run a honest business. He said my ac was leaking and he needed to order a part but couldn't give me an estimate on money or time,come to find out ac was low on juice and I spent 1 can from Walmart and that thing freezes like never before and haven't had any issues with it. If I could I would give 0 starts. I got the paperwork of his "service" and I don't recommend him at all.Ps:the majority of the good reviews are written by employees that he has I'm other states his other shops...STAY AWAY DRIVERS

Another review identical as another. BEWARE !They will add charges for parts and labor that were not even installed. They will not give you an estimate and charge thousands for work that was un-necessary. Very dis-honest and a intentional scam. Stay away guys. Check the complaints from the better business bureau. Do your homework before going to this shop. The few good reviews are 100% completely fake , and written by the owner with bogus email accts. Typical scammer. Guys....YOU MUST CONTACT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUEAU. You will see the truth about what this clown is doing.

If I could give 0 stars I would. No matter how long they keep your vehicle (and its a long time) .... no matter how much you pay them ( and its alot) ....Your vehicle STILL won't be fixed.....AVOID AVOID AVOID or you will regret it.

They will try and keep you waiting for as long as they can to charge you hourly . Pretty bad service ? Look for some other options? I do not recommend!
