Amazing helpful staff, they helped me install a new battery I bought from them free of charge. I decided to tip the guy 5 because he was awesome and quick which tipping isn't mandatory but I insisted. Wish I can remember his name but overall the service was top notch. Certainly coming back again if need be. Thank you!!!

I was struggling to replace my wiper blades but Chris came outside and offered to help me, and ended up replacing both blades for me in less than the time it took me to open each package. Thank you for being so welcoming to a new customer it made my day!

I was having problems with my car and called autozone ahead of time with what happened and what I thought I needed. Josh was very helpful and treated me like family without ever having met and without even being in the store. I came in and he checked out my car to confirm what I thought, showed me some things about my car I didn t know, rang me up for what I needed and made sure my car was good to go before I went on my way. Incredible. Highly recommended.

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. These guys go over and above.Christopher took the time I needed, and exhibited the patience I needed to get the problem solved. Not once but twice.Can't say enough good things about these guys. Highly recommend!

Having very good experience on super bowl sunday. Wasn't very crowded but it was nice to talk to your fine workers. That's the service I like. Friendly.

WOW is what I can say about Chris , I was at a completion very near and was not even greeted and then just treated like I was a problem instead of a client so I left and called Auto Zone , the answer was cordial , positive and helpful as nd his name was Chris I went to the store and who greats me right away ? Chris ! Wow what a way of making me feel good , he took care of me right away and installed himself , while they re bussy he managed to get me taken care of so quickly and smooth , what a great person. A plus , I am taking all my business here from now on , thank you

Would not recommend this place for key batteries, went here to get a new key battery for my key fob. The guy with the beard didn t know what he was doing, almost damaged my key fob trying to get it open with a knife. I went somewhere else due to lack of knowledge here.

Ian helped me find the Ubolt I needed at a fair price. He seemed to be going on lunch break (because he had a bag of food in his hand when I got there), but he voluntarily delayed himself to help me find what I needed. The gentleman even held the door for me while I came in. Can't beat that.

I always received top tier service from this stores team, which may be thanks to their hands on management. They have a manager (young blond) who makes sure he explains the finer details to not only you but his staff. He made sure I got all the right parts for my vehicle when I was fixing it up as well as he keeps me on top of the deals when I'm shopping for oil or other products for maintenance.

i was in this shopping center and my car would not start. I walked over to Auto zone and Dominic was so helpful. he ran a diagnostic and said my battery was low. i decided to call AAA who didn't respond in a timely matter. i went back to Dominic and he gave me a jump and all good. Great customer service and will be going back to buy the battery!

Great service went in recommended by another AutoZone, turns out they gave us the wrong battery info for our Hundai sonata. Went in with 20 minutes to close and Evan and Donna helped us until 30 minutes after. Great costumer service!

I went in for a tire pressure gauge. While there, the young man, Daniel, who helped me ask how I was and how my holiday is. I explained nice weather. However, I couldn't get my paddle for my paddle board locked in place. Screw was too loose, and I don't have tools. I am a travel nurse, so I don't travel with tools. The young guy said, "Bring it in and see if I can tighten it for you." I did, and Daniel was great. He fixed my paddle. Thank you, Daniel, for giving the customer service all people hope for!!! He did not have to help me with the paddle, but he did, and it made me so grateful and happy!!! Please recognize this man for his generosity. I will return hoping Daniel is there to help me!!!

Was checked out at the register and not asked for a phone number so that I could get my AutoZone rewards points. Then to find out after the fact when I asked about the rewards the transaction and already cleared. Employee should be made to ask every customer on every purchase if they have a rewards number so that they can get the points that they deserve. Tracking everywhere you go and every app you're supposed to have an every rewards program that you belong to is not rocket science, yet sometimes the customer does forget that's what we have to go through before we finalize our purchase. I know my company and a few others give you a chance to get your rewards points when you can enter your purchase online or through an app. Kind of stinks that that falls on us customers nowadays.

My battery died at a hospital and I had no roadside assistance and Daniel personally drove to come help me. They typically do not do this but he was very genuine and nice to give me a charge and got me back running on the road!!! Much Gratitude Thank you very much staff inside this shop is just as nice highly recommend!!!

Josh was a big help. We were needing to buy a battery for our VW and even tho we couldn t purchase a battery Josh was still helpful and got our vehicle started with a jumper box. Thanks Josh! We will shop for all or vehicle needs at this location from now on.

BEST customer service experience ever. I returned my core to this location after purchasing my battery at a different Auto zone. When purchasing, the guy never asked or mentioned if my battery had been purchased or if it came with the car and definitely didn t mention that it could be under warranty. Within minutes, the store manager Sam M. addressed me and I let him know I was returning my core for the return fee. He was super nice, professional, and informative. He asked if I purchased the battery and mentioned the possible warranty. Within just a few minutes he said that it was and I was given the money back I spent for my battery! Definitely a way to make someone s day. I thank you Sam for your professionalism, friendliness, and going out of your way to help me with this!! 10 stars if I could give to Sam!

I went here to AutoZone today to get a car battery. I called first spoke with Mike very nice told me they had the 1 I needed I said I'd be there soon. When I got there I was greeted by Sam the manager Very friendly and professional. Sam even put battery in for me at no charge. I wish more places treated people with the respect and kindness they showed me. I will definitely be taking my business to them. If you're looking for an honest place for car care this is it.

Every time I go in this store they are extremelyhelpful in every way. I especially want to thank Josh , one of the managers, who went the extra mile and tried to help me with stuck wipers (before a big storm).Josh fixed the fuse and I was relieved!Then Emilee came out to help between them they checked out my car for me.My battery was old and I needed a new one so I bought one but due to my car configuration they couldn t put it in. Emilee went above and beyond to help me find a garage that could take me in immediately to install my battery ( no charge btw). I m grateful I pulled into that autozone when I had troubles.Great customer service by everyone that works in the store and thanks again to Josh and Emilee.

The customer service at this store is incredible! If I could give them 10 stars I would without a doubt. They went above and beyond to help me change the battery pair in my ISUZU box truck. Wow, and they did it free of charge.I highly recommend them for any of your auto needs.

Excellent service! My battery died under warranty and after they quickly tested and verified the issue they replaced it! I had my 3-year old daughter with me and Steph, the employee who helped me, was even engaging her and keeping her helping him and talking with her as he worked. Amazing staff and great new store! I will be back time and time again for this kind of service. 10/10!

I came in to get my under warranty battery replaced during a stressful day. Thankfully with the proper help and guidance from the Manager of the store; I believe his name is "Sam". And the friendly employees, I was In and out in under 30minutes! I was also taught how to properly use certain tools, which inspired me to purchase a handful of tools for later in the process :)Overall a 10/10 experience on my end

Great customer service, Sam, the manager, is kind friendly and very helpful! Thank you for properly securing down my battery. I had gone to another store and the guy fumbled around acting like he knew what he was doing but didn t. Long story short, my battery we came loose and my car wouldn t start.I will definitely return to this location.
