Here I am leaving two stars for the location, but that's about it.The property itself is in a state of dismay. You'll notice stains all over the parking lot and sidewalks. There may or may not be used baby diapers in the grass on the edge of the parking lot.I myself cleaned up the mess inside the trash receptacle area, and only god knows how long it was like that before I stepped in to do a job I'm not paid to do. I do not work at this store. Although I have worked at other AutoZone stores in the past, I am no longer professionally affiliated. I have been on the search for the best store in the area so that when I kickstart CCARS.mpeg, a mobile auto repair business, I can establish relationships with the stores employees and further my general relationship with the company via a Commercial Account.I know of its values, "it" being AutoZone, better than the majority of the people on its payroll. I find it to be embarrassing to say the least, to be addressed by an AutoZone employee and told NOT to help, simply because when they do decide (not often) to go above and beyond, they do so in search of cash tips from the customers needing a hand with their vehicles. A policy in place is supposed to deter employees from taking tips or accepting these types of gestures from clientele or the customers. Only if after they insist should you be allowed to accept it. The reason for this is that because the company has their primary policy, or so I call it, to go above and beyond, always.When I spoke to a few of the store associates today, they quickly went from smiles to frowns as they understood then and there that I am a force to be reckoned with and that I am fully capable and willing to work circles around them, whether it be to serve my community or serve AutoZone, and in this case, both. My plan was to take some of the load off of the guys in the store while the manager was away.Also, the store manager says they're full up on employees. However, the hiring sign in the window of the entry door is predominantly posted. Why would he lie to me about their staffing needs? I can safely presume that it's because I will affect the status que in such a way that would mean his termination or resignation or dismissal of his position as Store Manager prior to the District Manager reading this honest and heartfelt review.I may not be the most fair man in the world, but I am honest because the truth is the only safe ground to stand upon. So, while I beg for opportunities to work and provide myself with such a life I deserve, I can and will hold the responsible parties accountable for actions or non action, resulting in negligent consequence. That's why I informed the hourly employees of customers misdeeds and misuse of the parking lot, because the EPA will fine the store when they hear about all of the fluids being left unattended and leaking into the concrete and therefore the earth below.Get your store together DM, it's falling apart without you.

I rarely give five-star reviews, because I think that as a business, warm service is the most basic. I visited here this afternoon. There was an older male staff and two young male staff. Their help made me in today's This indifferent society feels some warmth, I don't know their names, but I really appreciate them!

Michael did a phenomenal job helping me out. Very knowledgeable, knew what he was talking about, and knew where to look for transmissions, and fixing the issue. Helped me with a battery change, did all the work himself, and got me back up and running without issue. Will be back again!

I ve been going here for about a year now and I have to say that out of all of the car shops and places i ve been to for car stuff i m positive this is the best. everyone here is friendly and will help you out. i had a battery and battery holder installed by Colt and he did awesome and got me to school quickly. About a month ago i ordered a (IMRC) from Chris and l got it within a couple days.The prices are wayyy better compared to other places and I would definitely recommend this place for anyone in the area looking for cool car things or for someone who is just looking for a part with a good deal.

Popped in to grab a cabin filter for my Hyundai. Told the service tech what I needed and he was back in a flash with my part. I was able to pull the old filter, buy a new one and replace it all in about 20 minutes. Positive experience!

Without asking the gentleman behind the counter volunteered to look at my car to make sure I was getting the right parts. I wasn't and the parts I needed were cheaper. Awesome customer service done right!

I bought a belt that failed, but it was within the warranty period. Although I had the receipt (saying 'refund or replacement') the manager would only give me a replacement which I did not want or need. Make sure to inspect parts and ask about their warranties before purchasing!

I recently went in looking for a product to restore my headlights from severe oxidation and related sun damage. The counter salesman took me straight to the least expensive brand which was Rust-Oleum wipe New for about $9. Perfect worked like a charm in and out without a doubt. Thank you very much for the great service and recommendation.*** Moving forward to October 10th 2023 I stop by for a cabin filter and engine filter for my wife's car. The level of service was not good. The lady who helped me was rude and just seemed. Like I was bothering her and she was not friendly. They were out of stock on the cabin filter she told me I could go to Gulf to Bay boulevard to pick it up. They had two left. I asked if she could call the store and set one aside so it would be ready for pickup when I got there.She said no. She wrote down the part number and gave it to me for reference. The entire time she helped me she seemed like she didn't care or was angry. Until this visit I have had 5 star service at this location. I may start going somewhere else. Thanks.

Of course my check engine light comes on 10 mins before closing time and my husband and I were a few mins away but even arriving a few mins before closing they were eager to help and come out to collect the codes and took the time to do their print out my car read and even went over pricing for what was needed. Great group of helpful employees and also have what we need and if not they make sure to get it in asap!

I am very happy with my experience yesterday at this location. I have been having trouble with my battery not completely charging. I went to get a free test at one of your competitors, and they said my battery is fine and gave excuses as of why they won t give it a full check. It didn t make sense to me, so I went to your store. I knew the second I pulled in the parking lot that I was in good hands. An older gentleman was helping someone else with an issue on their battery and was happily motivated to help me next. My battery obviously needed to be replaced and he helped me pick out the right battery, updated my contact/address information in the computer, gave a veterans discount, installed the new battery, and had a great conversation with a smile. I didn t even expect him to change it for me, but he is from the generation of customer service and it showed from start to finish. Also, there s something to be said about how he treated the young lady working the register. There was an issue she had with a vehicle accessory/device she didn t know about. Instead of making her feel dumb or inferior, he took the time to explain to her what a Slim Jim is, and why they don t have that device. I wish I remembered his name so management could commend him for this review, but I am so bad with names. He has his hair slicked back and was the one who did the battery on the 2015 Jeep Patriot on May 1, 2022 at about 4:00, right before he got off. I live halfway between you and Advance, but you are obviously now my go-to store for any auto needs!

Amazing customer service that goes above and beyond to help you get your problem solved! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have any basic Auto services done and or need help with a replacement part or testing a battery. They will even charge your battery for you if needed like mine had to be. They were very fast efficient and friendly I didn't have to pay anything for them to charge my battery for 2 hours and tighten the bolts on my battery terminals. They are very good at testing what could be wrong with the car to save you the headache of going to a mechanic first off. I especially like this location all the gentlemen are very kind that work there and always willing to help a lady out!

Above & beyond customer service here and I especially love that they employ courteous, knowledgeable veterans. An extra big shout out to CRAIG for his willingness to educate me and go above and beyond his job. Really like the guy and hope he winds up managing the store soon!!

Place was clean, small store, limited selection in AC freon. The two attendents answered my question but as I stood in an aisle trying to decide on a cleaning product, they didn't bother stop chatting to ask if I need additional help.

I had a great experience! My car battery died and I needed one quickly. Colt helped me immediately feel comfortable in the store. He was very knowledgeable and set me up with the appropriate battery for my car. He also installed it! He helped me realize I needed coolant and we threw in wiper fluid for good measure :). He topped off the fluids and I was on my way. Extremely satisfied! The store was clean and cool and they are taking all precautions to keep everyone safe from the virus.

I m a 20 something girl who knows nothing about cars and couldn t even begin to tell you why I was even in the store. Craig probably knew that. What Craig most certainly didn t know was that my father is overseas, and he ALWAYS was the one to work on my cars so this was the first situation like this that I ve had to deal with, without my dads help. The car was going to have to get towed- costing hundreds of dollars. And just as I m on the verge on tears, dialing for the tow, Craig comes out of the store. I did some research and I found the part you need . Now this is a part store, not a repair shop. So understandably Craig was unable to preform this work on my car himself. But he did however let us use his tools, and verbally guide us through what we needed to do so I could have a drivable car. All for just a $100ish total. I wish I could ve tipped Craig for his help and kindness, it brought tears to my eyes once I left. Thank you

Needed a new battery walked in got the help I needed and I had no issues. I was actually really surprised everyone was so pleasant , and helpful. Sometimes you go to these places and people act like they hate their job but I actually got help from 3 different people and they were all great. Thank you for going the extra mile

Manager Colt came out to change my battery. A real down to earth nice guy, I'm surprised this day and age to see a manger who actually knows what he's doing. I'd recommend anyone to come here, colt will help you out with what ever car issues you got. Excellent service.

These guys are awesome. My battery was in the trunk in a weird space but they made it happen and save me a couple hundred keeping me away from the dealer! The store manager was straightforward and will to go above and beyond! Check out this location when in need; respectful and honest bunch of guys!

I gave it a three star only because the old timers which i believe are managers really help out and very knowledgable the younger guys are worthless, they need like a sit down job these guys wont move to help at all. I ask for a pneumatic drill they didn't even know what pneumatic meant. If I was the owner of this store I would keep any one there with gray hair and fire the rest managers or not

Other than once overhearing an employee make a smart azz comment on my way out the door, this specific store has been pretty good as far as service goes. They also offer free services like 1 hour battery charging, check engine light scanning, & they accept recycled oil, etc. (That employee's mouth cost them 2 stars.)

The people at this AutoZone have always been helpful and have no problem putting their tester on my car to find out why it's doing it's making that noise or acting weird. They usually have a better price on items and often run specials which helps on a budget.
