If I could give this business zero stars I would. Dude has absolutely no clue what he's doing. My wife went in there and he was a complete scumbag. Yelling and cursing at my wife along with his own wife. He's constantly talking down to his wife, even in front of customers. The owner is full of himself. Extremely shady business and extremely shady owner and employees. I'm usually with my wife and the first time I wasn't he acts like that. Don't waste your time or money with this guy. I'm extremely surprised this guy is still in business. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this shop. You couldn't pay me to bring my vehicle there again.Look at your reviews and track record. It's obvious your a p.o.s. and a shady business owner. Good luck to ya.

If you have a interlock device or any repair for that matter, this shop is not where you would like to go. Very shady & takes WAY too long. The owner has anger issues and is controlling. Alberto's auto repair is where it's at. Appointments takes 5-10 mins and great customer service.

Name should be Absolute terrible people.I went in to have a service done. They were an hour and a half late getting my appointment, which I let go.The gentleman owner was servicing my vehicle, and through the paper thin walls of the waiting room I heard him cursing, multiple F bombs, slamming my vehicle parts, and completely went off the deep end.I work 2 jobs and have my work gear in my vehicle. I put everything in the back to make sure it was out of his way, and he was yelling because my car wasn t clean. If it was that bad he could have asked me to put some work things away.Mind you the waiting room lobby is so cluttered with junk and tires that you could barely walk through it, yet calls my vehicle dirty/trash filled.The owner gentleman must think his customers are deaf.Subsequently he caused damages to my vehicle out of anger where I m now in a claim process to get reimbursed.This man needs serious anger management classes.I would never recommend this business to anyone. Rude, unprofessional, angry people who damage your vehicle and don t care how it affects you.

Was not false and the fact that you remember the details after the review admits guilt. I was advised by them not to contact you due to your anger, cursing, slamming and general unprofessionalism that if I said something would have exacerbated the situation. Your shop is filth not my vehicle and you didn t even install it. I heard everything you said, more cuss words than not through the wall. Seek some anger management sir. Sure didn t mention your cursing, slamming etc on your reply. Good day

Had a job scheduled here and they cancelled on me 3 times. Each time rescheduling me for a week out, so now I m almost a month from when I initially needed this job done.

I've used this Absolute Auto for fleet care on E250's, E350's, & E450's, F150's, fork lifts, small engine equipment repairs, and even hydraulic repairs when these were in my scope of responsibility. They proved themselves honest, trustworthy, and beyond competent time and time again. On occasion I would take a vehicle elsewhere just to verify, and Absolute was absolutely on point EVERY time with diagnosis and repairs.After a short time, I also began taking my personal vehicles there. The level of service was still exceptional.There are few ol school shops around, Absolute Auto has all the relevant equipment to make the high tech diagnosis & repairs, but also have that ol school work ethic, quality standards, and competency that I genuinely appreciate. Pricing is consistent and always in the realm with the competition, but what's far more valuable to me than a few dollars is the confidence knowing that I've got my vehicles in the right place where we will both be treated honestly and fairly. Not that we are looking to spend money on our vehicles, but when/ if we do, it's always a pleasure at Absolute, and I like supporting a local shop, knowing that great people are being compensated for there hard work, dedication and ethics. My wife not only shares these same feelings, but is VERY comfortable taking her SUV there alone, and they always treat her with respect, go out of there way to help her, and make sure she understands what is actually wrong and what is needed to make it right. Thank you for treating your customers the way you do Absolute Auto, you've serviced all of the vehicles within my responsibility for years, and I plan on that staying true for years yet to come. I originally came here at random trying to choose a mechanic to install an IID back in January. Bob and his wife have been nothing but great to me. They were doing the calibrations for my device but one day when my car didn't start, I had it towed there as I don't really have a mechanic I go to on a regular basis. They gave me an incredible price and were done with my car before I knew it. It's incredibly difficult to find a good mechanic these days, especially when you know nothing about cars, so finding them was a huge relief for me. They definitely found a lifetime customer from me and my family.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

I have been coming to this shop for IID installation and monthly services for about 4 months now & couldn t be happier. The staff is always flexible with me about any wait times & scheduling & is usually all around a painless process. Family is friendly to me & get my services done quick & send me on my way. I would recommend!

Great little shop. Not alot of room to wait, so you may want to make arrramgeemta to wait elsewhere. They got my Jaeep off kf a tow truck late in the afternoon and it was ready next morning. Everything fixed perfectly and running smoothly at a failr price

My car started over heating on a Saturday. It was due to an accident i was invloved in that prior Thursday. Turns out the wreck pushed my car in and the radiator hose was rubbing against another part of the car and it punched a hole in it after a few days. Bob and family was very friendly and took the time to run a few test when i arrived even though he was busy. He was able to finish the job by Monday evening and let me come pick it up after hours allowing me to be able to drive to work the next day for a price i felt was vert reasonable. Highly recommended! Will use again for sure!

I highly recommend this company I called on a Saturday afternoon and they told me to come in on Sunday. which usually their closed but they were there for a couple hours brought my car in and they told me exactly what the issue was. bad fuel injector they fixed it for me the next day.now my car runs good . I will be going back when I need more work done on my car.

Zero stars. Rude, unprofessional and unfriendly. No respect, consideration or common courtesy to other businesses and/or individuals that come here within the same shared parking lot and business space. Thankful we went somewhere else. You re not anything without customers

I came to this establishment (Absolute Auto) after finding a car posted on Facebook for sale. Before showing up to look at the car I asked for some details including the vin of the car. I did a Carfax and for what they were selling the car for I was still an interested buyer, so I met the owner of Absolute Auto and his wife afterhours to test drive the car.While my daughter and the owner of Absolute were on a test drive with the car I was talking to the owners wife about the car and she mentioned the car had been in the family for years and they just no longer needed it and that the car had never been in any accidents, yet as mentioned previously I had done a Carfax on the car which showed two accidents and four total owners which they were not one of them as they had an open title from the previous owner not in their family.When they returned from the test drive I brought up the fact his wife just told me that there were no accidents yet I had brought the Carfax with me, instead of answering my questions he proceeded to berate and talk down to his wife and called her some horrible names in front of my daughter and I, at this point we just left.Just to add to this businesses creditability, I'd also like to mention as of the posting of this review the owner of this business (Bob Gonzales) has left his own business a five star review about four years ago.

They did a great job on my car. I needed new struts and he got me in next day. Charged me a lot less than I thought it was going to cost and the car drives fantastic now. I will go here for all my mechanic needs.Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

This place was amazing! The owner was beyond kind, helpful, thorough, and proficient. My girlfriend's radiator cracked in her Toyota Solara while we were traveling over Labor Day weekend. I had called a couple of mechanics and as I figured, everyone was closed. When I placed the call to Absolute Auto, I was surprised when someone answered. I explained our situation and the owner asked us to bring our car to him and he'd provide us an inspection. He showed us where the crack was and explained how it happened. He then mentioned that given the unfortunate timing of our breakdown, it might be difficult to locate a radiator. However, he ensured us he would give it his best to find what we needed. His persistence payed off! He located, picked up, and replaced the radiator within three hours. After the work was completed and the tests on the new radiator were done, my girlfriend's car was road ready again. Before we parted ways, we discovered that it was lucky timing when I called the garage. The owner was only up there to collect some paperwork. HE WASN'T EVEN OPEN! He took us in and fixed our car out of pure kindness. Accommodation at its finest.

Do not take your car here. Dangerous mechanic that has no clue.1. Took a used car here to get a thorough inspection. I thought it was a bit odd that it only took 40 minutes to come back with a thumbs up & only two minor issues.Which I had scheduled for repair after purchase. On the assumption that this guy knew what he was doing, I purchased the car.2. Beyond him missing simple things like non-working headlight, bad odometer, he missed a SEVERE SAFTEY ISSUE. After doing the minor repair that was scheduled, he suggested I take the care to his guys down the road to get new tires. His 'guys' took one bolt off of the wheel he just looked at and told me the threads were stripped. Meaning, the tire could come off at any moment. This was due to prior front end damage that he missed.3. Immediately (within 30 minutes) took the car back to this guy & he says that either it was the other guys fault or I did something to the car in the 30 minutes I was gone. None of which was true. He was the last person to touch the wheel & stripped the threads by not hand turning the bolt a few times before putting lugs on. He proceeded to throw things around the shop swearing & yelling. I took iPhone video of him.4. The next day, I get a call to say my car is ready. He had replaced the bolts but I had to pay for parts. Not the greatest thing to do but I wanted this nightmare over.5. Within 48 hours of getting my car back, I am driving down the road while I hear a couple of pops on that wheel. MY WHEEL CAME OFF MY VEHICLE! This joker did not even do the job right & my wheel came off. Luckily, I was in a residential 30 MPH area & no one was hurt. I called him back & he again accuses me of doing something to the car.6. I took the car to another mechanic. They immediately noticed the car had frame damage and I paid 1k to get this car fixed.Bottom Line: This guy has no clue. I'm sure he can do $20 oil changes til the cows come home but do not trust what he says. His laziness cost me thousands of dollars and could have gotten me killed.

As a business owner, I have taken ALL of my vehicles here for maintenance and repairs for over 3 years. I am happy with this business and will continue to use them. Prices are right and service is spot on. Bring you car in, I can recommend this business.As far as the post by the ex-employee (I have met him), I agree that he is a thief as he was actually caught stealing money (change) out of one of my vehicles while it was in for service. This guy is truly a dead beat, typical pill head looser and it is a good thing he is no longer there. It is a shame that such dregs of society can post about a business that was good enough to hire him and get his looser ass of the street. Oh well, life has a way of catching up to scum like him.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with trying to give money to someone in return for a service!!My car broke down on the corner located near his place of business on my into work, without doing any research (because I was late for work) I pushed my vehicle into his parking lot and regretted it the second he came out of his garage yelling at me to remove my car from where his wife parks. Once I explained the car wouldn't start and could you help me move it to where you want it he just turned around and went back inside while throwing tools that either hit a car or hopefully just his tool box.He sent his employee outside and had me move it one space over (his wife couldn't park there?)I explained I worked over at Honeywell and if he didn't think he'd be able to figure it out I would just have the car towed to my normal mechanic and his entire attitude changed and he assured me he'd have an answer before I went to lunch.After numerous phone calls that day he still didn't have answer on why the car wouldn't start(3pm), but not only that, he told me in the process of trying to start the car the battery died and wouldn't charge so I now owe him for a battery. He assured me yet again that he would have an answer for me shortly, I stopped by after getting off of work (4:50) and found his employee sitting outside and the shop locked up.. Even though posted hours are till 6pm and he told me he'd be there when I got off.I took an uBer home $36.51 and took an uBer to work 38.11. I waited till 3pm to call him when I heard nothing from him all day, When he finally answered after leaving me on hold for 15 minutes he snapped at me and hang up.I immediately called a tow truck and after he made a huge scene about owing him $160 for a battery that had no name on it, I was able to get my car to my normal mechanic.. After being at my mechanic for 45 minutes they were able to trace the issue to a relay and charged me $126 bucks including parts, labor/diagnostic and tax..Again, there was no reason for any of this! I could have just towed the car to my normal mechanic and uBer'd to them after work and no one would have been inconvenienced.. It's a shame people like this exist just to waste people's time!There are warnings out there, Don't ignore them!Bob at Absolute is not a good mechanic or person!

Very pleased with staff and service here. Went in for alternator replacement and was very pleased. Didn t take as long as I suspected it would. Left with a nice shiny new alternator. Reasonable pricing and great customer service. Keep up the great work.

So i went to get installed a interlock device in my car cuz of my husbands dui i had a email saying 85 dollars as soon as i left they wouldnt let me pay til after install which i though was weird but whatever. Hour later call to check and give a different number to reach me at the told me my car was too dirty i have a 2003 solars just bought within the year and i had to pay cuz of the roach bodys on the floor there wasnt any i literally just got out and i would of saw them then proceeded to tell me i was getting charged for wires and when i told him i didmt have enough cuz most places have a payment plan for automotive work could i pay the other 40 when i get paid in 7 days cuz i had no clue id have to pay for wires with covid going on you ahould know people are lucky to be working you should have a payment plan set up in case. The wife or secretary was super nice. But the guy rudest around point blank period

Absolutely the most disrespectful mechanic I have ever met in my life. Just one phone call and I know I would never refer anyone to this place or ever take so much as a lawnmower here. When I told him I was going to leave a poor review he threatened violence on my life, and told me I was lucky to of made it out of the Orlando club before it got shot up.Called back and spoke with the owner, didn't seem to care much.

EXPENSIVE......and when he tells you he went through the whole car , get a second opinion.....charged 400 bucks on a $1400 car to fix the power windows then 2 weeks later when the windows failed, he said he didnt work on that....theres much better out there, I could have went to Saab for less
