Great experience with the ordering process. Delivery was prompt and arrived as promised. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the 25% restocking fee for returned items. That's pretty steep. Luckily my part worked just fine so this fee didn't impact me.

Straightforward experience as it should be! They had the part I was looking for cheaper than any other retailer and I had no trouble with delivery, even around the holidays. The part was shipped 2 days from when I ordered and I received the item in ~5 business days from when it was shipped.Would order from them again!

Good site, seem to have everything. You could build a car from the ground up with their parts. DIYPricing decent, shipped and processed timely. Site could be a little more detailed for less experienced DIY types.

I got the part, I had read thatba 20% restocking, fee if it didn't work. So I purchased it thinking I could return it, for fee of 20%. I put it then tested it it did not work. So I took it out and requested a return label. I mentioned what had happened and the needed the return label. Then the customer service raised his voice and told it mine I own it now, sorry we cannot send you a label. I was confused as the website mentioned being able to return and how would one know if works or not without installing it? The problem turned out to be a 10 Amp fuse. So now I am stuck with a $227 part. A good lesson to always use a place like Amazon or Autozone.

I will never order from this place again. The first time I placed an order online I ordered something for the left side of my car and they sent the right side part. I had to call and they sent out the correct side. I decided I would give them a second try, big mistake. I needed a fuel cap. I went online and the pics for the fuel cap matched my current cap, my fuel cap says "tighten until one click or check engine light may turn on" and the pics on their site show this on the cap, I entered my vin and verified it matched as well. Was a steep price but I was looking for an OEM part, otherwise I can just go to Autozone. Well it arrives in a Kia Motors box, I have a Hyundai, and the fuel cap has no words on it but rather a lock icon on left and unlock icon on right. Wow. So I call and the customer service person says they dont make those caps anymore. So I said why do you have pics on your website showing that what I am ordering has tighten until one click or check engine light may turn on and I get this cap? He said that he will get with his webmaster to update the site. So disappointing. I will never ever order from this place again. What a waste of money and time.

I was having a really hard time finding small/random parts for my Hyundai. Luckily WHP not only had what I needed but was able to make sure I got the correct fit. I was able to find those random trim pieces with ease and now my car looks a whole lot cleaner without broken trim.

Price is good.Shipping is extremely high and they did not even put the electronic part in a shipping box yet charged $32+ to ship a 1 lb box to the Midwest. Their checkout page automatically completes the order without giving you an order summary to check before accepting purchase.I did not see a place on website to start a return.Their phone customer service keeps switching you to infinite loop recordings.Overall, they're pricing is good and they shipped fast, but they've a ways to go smooth out the customer experience.

The shipping speed was extremely slow but overpriced. The part ordered wasn't usable by the time it arrived and in order to return they charge a 20% restocking fee. The part was only $60 but shipping was $17. It's almost not worth it to return, but worth learning a lesson to never order from this company again. Avoid them!

I ordered a part, the part number was incorrect. I received an email that explained this with the correct part number and a contact number to call them. It took just over 8 business days from the first oder to get the corrected part...excellent customer service!

Website is straight forward and able to tell you if the part is correct based off your VIN. Orders arrive in a timely manner and are usually always available. I have order multiple times with no major complaints. Great company.

I m so glad that I discovered Wholesale Hyundai. Previously, I used RockAuto, but what I like about Wholesale is that you can actually talk to someone who is knowledgeable about car parts, and because they are an actual dealership, they will have parts that you can t find anyplace else. I will highly recommend them.They also fixed the issue with ordering parts to ship to the US Virgin Islands. Thanks, Wholesale Hyundai Parts.
