Best place to take your car for any tire problem and even open till late. The lady owner and her humble staff are super honest, hard workers , fast and friendly. They also speak Spanish .

This is second time I ve been here and both times I have received excellent service and fair prices. The owners are really nice. Both times and received fast service. I had my oil changed at a chain tire store and informed me that I had a nail in one of my tires and it couldn t be fixed. They wanted to sell me new tires. I told tire capital what happened and gave them the choice. Repair or sell me a tire, whichever they thought I would go with. They came back with they could patch no problem. SOLD! And I came in after 6pm and I was in and out for in no time. I noticed they also had a good selection of tires in stock, especially monster tires. I highly recommend Tire Capital for all your tire needs. I wish they would add other services.

Brand new rims had tires mounted already. I bring them here to get them unmounted worker decides to air them up and mess around and they attempt to charge me for the stuff he was doing. Well I go in to pay for the un mounting and come back to a huge mark on the front of my rims well after going back and forward they advised me they weren t going to pay even if they did the damage or not worst place take responsibility for your actions and be honest if you can t do the job say so before damaging and not wanting to pay !!!

Giving this OWNER a 1 is a disgrace!!! A NEGATIVE 5 star is needed . Ordered a tire said it would get there on certain date, didn t get there when it does get there, I made the mistake of paying first then going outside and ITS THE WRONG TIRE so now I have to wait longer (which isn t the issue here) for the tire that she was supposed to order which is a much cheaper tire by atleast $100 dollars she doesn t want to give me back the difference on what I paid for the more expensive tire, so I tell her well just refund me the money for a mistake you made, she then says ok but wants to charge me $50 for a delivery fee and $35 labor for a mistake SHE MADE doesn t want to honor that either (mind you the wrong tire she ordered was yet to be mounted thanks for me checking before it was) so we go back and fourth and I tell her I m not paying for the expensive tire when the tire I needed is a cheaper tire long story short . The witch still got off on me with the labor plus tax. DO NOT GO HERE you re better off going to discount tire or any other shop that ll grant you for their mistakes. YOU VE BEEN WARNED!! The 2 Spanish workers good people they knew she was in the wrong but can t say anything due to the risk of losing their job.

Don't Go To This Shop!!! Any good reviews are fake!!! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! She took advantage of me. I had a flat tire in her parking lot and she charged me $90 for a used tire that they had to patch. This is the worst tire shop I've ever been to. Chinese lady is very mean and doesn't deserve anyone's business.

The Mexican guy he s nice. But the Asian lady she s abusive, I call her in the morning for 4 tires whit all the info, she s say 140 for each one. When I show up on the place she s give me a different price 170 for each one.

The Asian lady she s rude and bad whit the customer. I asked her for a used tire. she s never ask for my size or my car and she s gave me a horrible price from no where $86 dollars an abusive price for a used tire. I don t know how this place still open.

It's a good place to do business.. I never heard a place we have a tire mounted and you asked him to check the rest of the tires and they want to charge you $5 but it's her place so she could do what she wants. Usually that's a complimentary service but they're fast and very efficient so it's okay

The worst priced used tires I ve ever seen. Used tires over double the price of everywhere else. It s a shame to overprice the customers in this manor. This business should be ashamed of themselves.

The lady is rude an wanted $250 for one new tire. She just asked what size an didn't even look any up or even could tell me a brand or warranty that tire carried. I went out side an called discount tired right behind them an they had a tire with 30k warranty an only charged 170 for everything out the door. I should have known better cuz about a year ago I went here to get 2 trailer tires for a boat an she charged me 350 for 2 tires. I thought something was wrong with the price so I looked them up while they was changing them an both would have cost me 160 at second chance tire in lakeland. I just ate the cost since they already started an I was in a hurry. Week later I got a nail in one so I took it back an asked for a patch an they put a plug instead ($50) an it was flat the next day again an they said I would have to replace it instead. Lol okay. Took it home an patched it myself. Still rolling it. I don't know how ppl would keep going to them knowing u could get $50-$90 cheaper elsewhere for the same brands. Pretty sure all the positive reviews was made by them their selfs

Purchased four used Firestone tires here in August 2015 for my Pontiac Grand Am. Got a great deal and even got a credit for a tire that they removed. The tires were on my vehicle for 7 and a half years and over 54k miles with no problems. Recently got a nail in one tire and it couldn't be plugged so finally had to get them replaced. Highly recommend - their tires are top notch.

I took my sister s car to get a new tire the woman there was rude and quoted me a price saying it was cheapest in town. I called mondo at discount tire and he was nice and very helpful I paid a lot less than tire capital quoted me Call Chris the manager at discount tire if you want to be treated like a valued customer.

They don't take credit, which is fine but... After I paid she said "now you know we don't take credit". I obviously already knew that because I had just had to search my car for cash after she had already told me they don't take credit. I felt mocked by the lady there when I had to pay part of the bill with change. She told the gentleman who worked there that he could fill my tank but then laughed and pinched her 2 fingers together by her face while laughing at me. I felt embarrassed and and needless to say I WILL NEVER RETURN THERE EVER! I recommend tsc, wal- mart, nick and moes, most other places just not there if you want to feel repected and like they appreciate your business. As a side note, the gentlemen filling the propane tanks were kind and friendly.

Runs a tire shop but will not mount brand new tires unless you buy from them. Quoted me $2200 for tires, bought them for $1400. Save yourself from getting ripped. No longer will I give you my business. Went to Kathleen Tire and had them mounted and balanced for $100.

This place is awesome!! They had me in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. Got a used tire for my van- looks brand new though -and was priced well below 7 or 8 other places that I got estimates from. The lady behind the counter was very nice, very professional and was a joy to talk to. These folks are the real deal. This is my new spot for tires- no need to go anywhere else. Thanks you guys. Y'all are AWESOME!!!

Excellent experience! Would definitely recommend checking them out for your tire needs! Was looking for a hard to find tire size to be put on same day, had a new and like-new used tire to offer and had me in and out in 20 minutes! Pricing good and very friendly workers too!

I thought I was getting a great buy on tires. Cheap price.But with in a year all 4 sencers went out of all 4 tires and had to be replaced. I went back to the business and they put air in the tire($5) and said good to go..They just blew me off so I went someplace else to get them fixed. Think again before coming here. I sure wont.

Ive been going here for tires for at least 6 years. I would never go anywhere else. The prices are phenomonal and their customer service is always top notch! I moved and now I make the drive from Plant City every time i have to get tire work done. They are that good!

Went for a tire for my son's car, bought 2 new tires. We were in and out in under 30 minutes. The crew and the wonderful lady who runs the place? Superb!! Go here for your tires! We will be back again. Thanks Tire Capital for taking care of my family again!!

Got a used tire for $48.15 with tax. I was there for less than 20 minutes. Very fast. I will go back, they have new and used tires.Edit- I got my first used tire 7 months ago from this place for $45. I got my second tire today. I was in and out in less than an hour. If you need a tire go here!

I had good luck with the lady. Two Mexicans do the work. Like a lot of places they make little on tire and more on mount and balancing. To swap out a bent rim and sensor swap I was charged $35 + tax. I guess it's $25 for mount and balance and $10 labor for sensor. As to tire charge the county charges I think $2 disposal fee so somebody takes all these tires there. They are just setup for Tires and they stock a lot. Truck tires, car tires, used tires. Used tires I have had bad luck as some quickly dry rot and really it's too much money. Used $50 + $25 mount and balance. Not worth buying used. Really per hour they are charging a high rate .. but they are also working hard.

DO NOT COME HERE! charge over price for he tires and the labor. Got 4 new tires got it mounted and balanced $100 cheaper at tire Kingdom down the road. The owner is rude and is money hungry. Took out only one rim when then told me I got he wrong size. And wanted to charge me $10 for labor of taking that one rim off?! Like really $10 something that took less than a minute to do by a MACHINE. Again DO.NOT.GO.HERE! There better cheaper service down the road or Walmart

Purchased 4 brand new kumho tires and took it here for install and balance.... after 2 days noticed that the steering wheel would shake after getting up on 60 miles per hours.... took it back so they could check the balance and the lady gave me a million excuses and wouldn't recheck the balance without charging me again. Very bad service

Had them mount a couple of tires they wanted $20 a piece both tires leaked on the rim they would not solve the issue for less than $30 15 per tire to stop the leak. Lazy and expensive this did not include balance or disposal of the old tire

I'm a good natured guy. Once again gave them my business. I had them flip and balance 3 tires. The suv now rides like junk. I went back within a hour my mood was ok. I asked the guy if he would please recheck the balance. He got her the boss??? She came out going off on me and said her balancer was good calibrated ect and refused to help. After spending 80 dollars.then tried saying the tires were bad. Not true. I asked her to please rotate them and she took 20 more dollars. I'm no fool of a retired mechanic of 34 years this happened before wit my other car. The suv belongs to my son. First car. Ill never go back. I'm also reporting this to the better business bureau. She was rude and out of line and now I have to fix it all over. Beware of this place. This is a fact and swear that on God's name.
