Today I walked in to hopefully get a new SUV. I was met at the door by Tiffanie. She made the whole process so easy and quick. I got to drive off the lot with something I actually really wanted! She was absolutely amazing!! Thank you again Tiffanie for all you did today!

I had an issue with my car that was quickly resolved by Ron. He worked quickly and diligently to assist me, he did everything he promised and kept his word. Would highly suggest getting a car through them. They re not like other buy here pay here s that will sell you a bad car then tell you you re on your own when it stops working. Sandra, who sold me my car, was very patient and didn t feel like your typical salesperson.

Contacted them to start the process of buying went there did the application was told I would be good and had a good rating for financing but would not tell me the specifics of the offer we discussed trade in and down payment requirements no straight answer on what they wanted percentage wise mentioned the trade money towards my down payment then the kicker they don't take the trade amount towards your down payment was told IRS in the deal I sold cars for years WARNING HERE you are about to get your trade in STOLEN FROM YOU PEOPLE This is one of the dishonest parts of the car deal if they won't give you the money then they are either raising the price and showing it on paper HEADS UP You just gave them your trade for nothing and still need the down payment in full I suggest leaving and finding another place There are honest dealers out there you have to look and search hard because at the end of the day if you're being offered an amount for your trade then it is supposed to be usable money even if at the end of the deal you should decide to not use it in the deal then you should get a CHECK WARNING HERE ON THIS DEALERSHIP

Great experience with Diamond Davis. Even when I got frustrated she kept her patients with me and found the kinda car I wanted. She stayed on top of her job. Very nice young lady. The whole staff was kind and polite.

Without a doubt this has been my best experience with any dealership I ve ever purchased a vehicle from. I had the pleaser of working with Noel Ortiz as my salesman and he was absolutely fantastic to say the least. The customer service was top notch, I even witness the manager himself running through the parking lot doing his best to assist every customer he could. This is a trustworthy establishment you can go to. No matter what your financial circumstances may look like they will literally do their very best to ensure you walk out with no just any vehicle but the one that you deserve.

Michael worked very hard to help my husband and I find the right car and deal that worked for us. We are very happy with the new car and the customer care we received! We enjoyed our car buying experience with Michael s help and expertise.Update: I had my car all of 6 days and it completely shut down on me. I was stranded at a family member house and my (new to me car) as it was a lawn ornament. I called everyone I could in this company for help getting my car to their preferred auto shop and I was refused. I had to explain I would be looking into taking legal action after only having the vehicle in my possession for six days!Final after that I was able to get help with getting the car towed to their preferred shop. Now I have to wait who knows how long to get my vehicle back in the correct running condition. I was also told at the desk before I signed the paperwork on my car that these cars are checked out and made sure that they re mechanically sound before they re put on the lot. I was told that by two people but yet my car completely shut down and would not crank or drive anywhere, so my question is is, if these cars are really checked out then why after six days would my car no longer be working?Be very careful what you look at and agree to I am still having trouble getting the documents on the car being checked out before it was sold to me. Getting any help after you purchase a vehicle is like pulling teeth.

after struggling to find a car for months and finally scrapping my old one, okcarz helped me find a car i could afford and got me out of there with the car as fast as they could. my guy michael dunn was completely transparent with me, not hiding any extra fees most places tack on when buying, and took his time to explain everything to me as a first time buyer. he was very patient through it all and made buying a first car less intimidating and scary than it typically is.

Bought an SUV from here a few years ago and it s the best!! Had low mileage when I purchased it.. they work with you when it comes to your credit if it s not great this is the best place to go .

Bought a truck from them exactly a month ago. It held up long enough to get past there 30 day warranty. It over heated due to a head gasket blowing already which is 2000$ job radiator hose blew it runs hot the whole truck shakes. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM I m currently sitting on the side of the road stranded

Worst tag and title department ever! I get the run around with these ladies a refund was supposed to be issued to me and everytime i call the manager is never in to look into it or call back another time this is ridiculous and hanging up on me when i am genuinely just asking questions is not very good customer service very disappointing!

Just filed a complaint with BBB. This company basically making easy money with cars. Purchase a car which I had to make a deferred payment on 11/2 well to my luck the ACH went down and my deposit didn t hit like is supposed too. I advise the bank and the dealer representative. I wasn t aware because for me everything was perfect with my account and bank. Explained this was out of my hands it was something Federal and all over in the news. I submitted the evidence to the bank. The lady stated that they were going to review and get back to me. The representative stated to hold on to the key and if the review was denied to return or otherwise I will be charge for it and stated ok. I agreed because I was not going to keep going back and forward. I stated would go somewhere else. Now they call me 11/10 to let me know that I will also be deducted from my deposit money because they made a key for the car. WHEN THEY NEVER TOLD ME UNTIL TODAY 11/10 that the review was denied. They just went ahead and did everything when I was told the opposite. I went a file a complaint with the BBB because they are stealing my money.

My experience was good, I just wish they have a bigger selection for every budget but they do have okaz cars, some better than other, most car have low miles good quality cars!

I really appreciate ms Tiffany Gatlin for all her help. I walked in in need of a car right away and she helped me out without any problems. She explained everything to me just the way she needed to.
