This place keeps sending me broken and damaged parts. The first radiator I received had a broken tab and the second was crushed with no damage to the box. They refused to send me another one. This place sells broken and damaged parts. If you want a new part that is in good condition, buy from somewhere else!

Processing the order took ~3 days but they kept me updated the whole time. Then when it did ship it was at my door in 2 days with everything in great condition. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Lakeland Ford parts. I order some parts to repair my truck. I received the order confirmation number but I didn't receive your tracking number so I reached out to them, and they told me that one of the parts they had to order came back damage, so they reorder that part and they shipped the entire order once they had all the parts in. I'm glad they reviewed the products before they shipped them out to save me that headache of sending them back because the parts was damaged.

I called in to make sure I was ordering the correct part for my vehicle online (same part number only differentiated by A or B to designate the side of the vehicle) I called customer service and my rep was able to confirm which version I needed so I could complete my purchase. My order was accurate and done right the first time and I really appreciate that kind of quality in a business. Thank you.

Website super easy to navigate. I only ordered a hatch logo which was about 20 times less than local dealer quote. It arrived within a few days & was packaged nicely. I was also kept up to date on order status via email. I would definitely order from them again & highly recommend. And, should you need to call, a real life person actually answers the phone.

Lowest prices and great service. You don't always get both of those nowadays. I ordered 3 parts, one of which was on back order due to a manufacturer supply issue, no ETA available. Lakeland Ford notified me, processed the order for the two parts and shipped them out. They told me to call back in a month to inquire about the backordered part, which I did. They were right on top of it, told me to call back in one week, the part should be available to order. It was, just as they said. I'm super happy.

I have placed several online orders with Lakeland Ford, either through their website or ebay, and have always been highly satisfied. My most recent order required some sales assistance to make sure I was ordering the correct parts, the parts associate was very helpful. As an added bonus the parts were about 40% less then my local dealer after shipping.

Never been to their actual location but their online parts department is great. I ordered 4 focus rs wheels for about as cheap as you can find them while only paying $45 for shipping from Florida to Wisconsin. Got my order in about a week too.

Great service. Ordered an oddball part and expected to wait. They had this in stock (wow) and shipped it right away to NC via Fedex. Fast processing and fast shipping. The part was the right one and undamaged. This is the place for parts. Period.

I recently purchased a driver power seat track assembly for a 2011 Mustang. Lakeland Ford Parts had the part in stock and the item was about $450 cheaper than most you find on line. BBB had good reviews and little to no complaints about the company - not the case with other on-line sellers. The item arrived earlier than expected and undamaged. The box did have one small hole. A great experience - will purchase from them again!

I found Lakeland ford parts on a google search after my local ford dealer took almost three months waiting for a backordered grille piece for my 2012 edge . In about a month Lakeland shipped the part to me . After it got here I contacted my local dealer and got a refund . Since then I have ordered two more pieces for the grille and received those in a week . Lakeland did a great job.
