Easy to make an online appointment. Upon arrival staff was welcoming. The Service Tech showed me on my vehicle what to keep an eye on and/or return for further repair. User friendly language to explain the repairs and the invoice. Very impressive. I will definitely return and tell others about this location.

I needed new rear tires. Was told only tires available cost 380$ for set of 2. I said well my other tires were half that so I needed to ck other locations for better deal. I get home and as I'm shopping for tires. I see, they actually have the cheaper tires in their store as the same ones I purchased before. I was a little upset that I had to make an appointment again to get the discounted tires. They were strictly after me to sell me expensive tires that I didn't need! Be more honest, quit taking advantage of people. Especially women We are living in times when things are far too expensive as it is. That really disappointed me

The tech was awesome! Had complete brakes and all new tires. He allowed me to watch and discussed the procedure while he was working. Front desk takes calls though while you as a live person is standing right in front of them. Poor customer service!

Worst customer service ever! I went there to get a patch for one of my tires and ended up purchasing 4 new tires. After the installation I went to inspect the new tires on my vehicle and I noticed that the rims and tires were all dirty and as I got closer it wasn't dirt on my rims they were deep scratches. I asked to speak with the supervisor and he said that the rims were probably already like that and that it must have happened some where else. I also spoke with the store manager and he said the same thing. I had just washed my vehicle prior to going there, which is how I found the nail in the tire originally. Therefore, I know my rims were not damaged before their installation. It most definitely happened there and they didn't take responsibility. No honesty, unreliable, no professionalism. Felt like I was dealing with a back yard mechanic. Make sure you take time stamped pictures of all your rims before going to this place because they will ask for proof or better yet don't even bother going to this place.

Terrible customer service. Twice now on 2 different cars I've tried to get AC service, with prior appointments. Twice now I show up and then get waved off because the AC tech says he cannot work on it. Without even bringing it into the bay to see what it may need. On this last visit, when they asked him what day he can, he just shook his head dismissively. I had to walk out to avoid a scene. Some of us lose time and money off work to take care of these things. Do better.

Always fantastic customer service at this Firestone! From management (Mahendra) to the mechanic (Ronald)! This Firestone is the absolute best Firestone. Everyone here is friendly, thoughtful, respects your needs and time, they work with you. They give you actual recommendations on what repairs you need and help you prioritize them based on need and budget - not like repair shops that you take in for an oil change and find you have to make unnecessary repairs just to pile up the charges on the bill.With 100% confidence I recommend this shop to everyone local, and because of this shop, I recommend Firestone to my friends and family outside of Lakeland. This store should be the model store for Firestone where other Firestone employees learn the ropes of good customer service and company processes - it is THAT good.

Because you asked for me to fill out a survey, and I rarely do, I am going to say again about why a horrific experience this location provided me and my wife. Juan from that location is the reason. He s rude and condescending and frankly tries to rip people off. Look at all the complaints all around and he s mentioned specifically. You lost a customer of 2 plus decades because of how he treated my wife just this past Friday. I ll never do business with you again.

If that place has a new manager he doesn't listen. I just had my windows tinted I called in to inform them. Got to the work shop I reply the same thing to the manager. He never informed his worker. Believe it or not the window has cam out fine.i also as him to do a check up for me he just brushed me off. He's rude....

Your technician Eddie is very hard working and honest. Shows us what is needed and how much before the work is done. I appreciate his work and he's done a terrific job both times I was in

Tried calling starting at 7am. I arrived at 7:45 with no answer via the phone. I was blamed when I mentioned that no one answered. I was told a 2.5h wait for a tire patch. Was told not my problem when I explained it would be too long of a wait. 3 techs were in back smoking and no one working on other cars. Avoid this place.

These guys were great. They were super informative, and they even recommend places to visit while I was in Florida (visiting from toronto). Friendly and courteous. Went beyond and above.

Made an appointment in the internet, they supposedly to call me but no one call. Arrived 15 min early but they told me I don't have an appointment. I show to them the receipt but they don't want my business with them. Oil change, alignment, air and cabin filter for other more competent.

DO NOT TRUST THEM!! My family has used them for over 30 years. They will over charge you, lie to you, and upsale you. Especially if you're a woman. We learned how to deal with them only because my Father is a car guy (that is a very humble way to speak of his experience).When they installed a new wiring harness, they didn't put everything back together properly and left my firewall with a gaping hole to let rodents inside my vehicle. Grateful to an old friend who is a mechanic and went down there and made them fix everything. Just one recent example of their incompetence.Also, do not do business with an employee named Juan. He is the worst of the staff at up selling you and exaggerating damage to get you to replace it. He is a liar and, technically, a thief. If Juan picks up the phone, ask to speak to anyone else. You will probably still receive a call from Juan as they work on your vehicle to tell you they found more problems. Please, ignore him and have it double checked by someone else.Juan just called me to say they just noticed I needed new back brakes. Juan doesn't know he's the fourth mechanic to look at what needed to be done. All three others said my brakes looked good and definitely don't need to be changed yet. Also, I would feel it if they did need changing. He called and lied while I'm writing this... C'mon man!?!?!You may ask, "Then why still use them"? Well, it comes down to, most places try the same tactics. At least with Firestone, it's the devil we know. And know how to deal with them. We do shop around everytime we need work done and get work done other places, as well, depending on many factors.Tread carefully. And never trust them to work on your vehicle without a second, or third, opinion.

Called For an Alignment Pete was helpful, the technician was friendly and helpful, was in and out within the time I spent waiting at Mavis aka Gator action tire which I left to come 4 minutes down the road. Did not try to hustle me with anything else than just explaining to me about the alignment. Very pleased

Very unprofessional not accommodating at all. The black male was unprofessional and evidently doesn't like white people. The older gentleman was nice but he was with someone else and it was very unorganized. I never got helped after I was there for 30 minutes I left. You need to get rid of the less than professional BM. I will tell anyone to go elsewhere. Waste of my time.

I have been having issues with my car. The place I have been taking it to for years kept fixing it, but it was never fixed, and I was tired of being taken advantage of. I went to Firestone, and they showed me several things wrong with it before doing anything. I had everything fixed, and while expensive, my car is running great so far. Hopefully, it will keep running great.

Single mom with two little ones traveling from out of town, and I had a battery issue. Wayne answered the phone and told me to bring it in right away, Pete quickly took my information and was so kind and reassuring with my car anxiety. Wayne diagnosed my vehicle and guided me to the fob fix, and they both were incredible through the entire ordeal! Thank you guys for everything!!

Took my vehicle to Firestone in Lakeland, FL on South Florida Ave for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited about an hour for them to complete the service but I trust Firestone as I have used them for several years and their workers seem to be above average for auto repair. I trust them.

Hello. I work at ADT Security for 32 years. I've always taking my company trucks and personal cars and trucks to your location in Winter Haven FL. But a few years ago after your Manager Scott left, I started getting really bad service. Taking 2 or 3 days doing oil changes. One time I really think they didn't do oil change and said they did. Tires were not rotated. So I stopped taking it there. Went to one of your competitors. Well today I was stuck taking it to your location in South Lakeland , Florida Ave. I had a flat. They were great. I heard them talking to other customers, very friendly. I'll start taking my business there. Thank you

If I could give zero stars I would! HORRIBLE experience! Biggest problem I found with this location is the extreme lack of communication between staff and between customers. Dropped our 2500 Ram off Wed morning for radiator flush, hoses and fan clutch. Juan stated it would be finished same day. Here we are 3 days later and finally, after countless calls to their store, picking our truck up. Btw, they cracked our passenger mirror pulling it into the lift. So we'll see if they do right by us in that additional issue. FYI, Mejandro is the store mgr. Kevin is the area mgr for anyone who will most certainly require this info.

The South location in Lakeland Florida consists of THIEFS and the sales manager PETE MEDINA is a pure LIER in my opinion. DON T EVER USE THIS LOCATION.

Told me it will cost me 2,356 for parts and work on my car.. I took it to another mechanic and for the same work and parts they charged me a little over 500.00 firestone has crazy prices and take advantage of the American people .. I would never recommend you guys to anyone but I will tell them how you rob people

Originally, there were issues finding my service records from other stores. Luckily, Pete (Service Manager), was able to find and verify those paid services! Thank you for taking the time to ensure Firestone had, again, a very happy customer! Keep up the great work and customer loyalty!

Great service at the south Lakeland store. Derek was great helping me get what I wanted and needed. My technician, Ems, was awesome. He went above and beyond to point out and explain what I needed and when I should take care of the issue. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him. The store was short staffed today, but Derek explained that to me, and he still got me in and out in a timely manner. Been going to this Firestone for years and always had a positive experience. Thank you.

Firestone has consistently proven they are a great and reliable auto shop but I have to give props to the South Lakeland location because Mehendra and his team are some of the best people around! They work quickly and efficiently while still providing outstanding customer service! If you are looking for a reliable mechanic shop I highly recommend here.
