Went to purchase a car, was quoted $750+ taxes.. went to look at the car, they gave issues to my rents cus they didn t have any joint accounts and my dad recieved mail at a different address. The rep said he d call his manager and we went to look at the car, we come back n he tells us his manager says it s a sketchy deal and wanted $2500 down instead all based on them not having joint bank accounts make it make sense, most unprofessional experience I ve ever had.. I m in sales myself a lot of families have separate accounts etc

Jorge Canizares was the rudest to deal with and told my wife she was too fat to fit in the car she wanted. I cannot believe how we were treated and we will be filing a lawsuit against them for discrimination and harassment.

They act like they don't want to help me. I was told I was approved and shown cars as well, and did all i was asked. Yet they are dragging their feet as if they don't want to give me a car. Already i am not liking the experience so maybe I shouldn't get a car from this place.

I had 2 cars in 3 months from them both came with warranty and they refused to fix the problem on either of them I had to fight to get my down payment back but I got it NEVER NEVER NEVER GO THERE they are full of B's and don't honor the warranty system. Staff was okay some of them others were just rude as hell they would get no stars if I could terrible customer service

I had to come edit my review because I did not have the car 30 days and it stopped in the middle of the road with my baby in the car can you imagine. Then they show no compassion when this could have been really bad. They sent someone to pick the car up so they could fix it the manager told me that if they kept the car long they will give me a vehicle in the meantime that was a lie they picked up Friday called saying it won t be ready till Wednesday and that I need to get my own rental car. I was told they will reimburse me. What does that exactly mean? I do not trust them anymore. They already show me they do not care probably would not even give me my money back most they probably would do is take it away from my car payment if they do that so I m without a car until Wednesday. I refuse to use my own money to get a rental car. This was not even my fault. They should have some type of remorse. Completely stopped in the middle of the road while I was driving what if I was on a highway

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. My stepdaughter bought a car drove it 15 miles home and the check engine light came on. They are refusing to pay for the repair. They keep saying it's a used car. I understand that but this happened within 15 miles of driving it. She has not been able to drive it since, because it has been at the mechanic shop. This place is complete trash. Buy at your own risk. I will never recommend this place or go here again.

Ads are false. Everybody does not ride I find them prejudice in the handling. If could say anything black people spend money as well as white...you get qualified and then tell they need more money down. .I wouldn't t recommend this place to anyone

I went to Easy Drive USA because I am a contractor and financing options were not compatible with my form of mostly non taxable income from my workplace. Jon is one of the salesmen here and he got me squared away very quickly with the 4x4 vehicle I needed for work. I am not 100% satisfied that I had to choose this vehicle I purchased, but this was my only option, and the vehicle is still good. I will be able to rebuild my credit and have a much more worthy trade in when I get this paid off. Thank you Jon for ultimately helping me to take steps in the right direction.

I came here looking for a car and let me tell you that sometimes I'm not very easy to please, but when I came to Easy Drive USA, Benton was so patient and attentive as well as so friendly and willing to get me the vehicle I would be happy with. I got a vehicle that I loved but would never thought I'd get. And even after I bought the vehicle, Benton checked on me and asked me if I was happy with the vehicle. If you ever go to buy a car at Easy Drive USA, ask for Benton, he's the best.

They saw me coming. I had issues since day one with the lemon they sold me. After one week, the brake pump in the car had to be replaced. I had to pay for a wheel alignment and tire rotations on the car. Before I purchased the car, I asked if everything was okay with the car. They told me everything was fine. After I put more money into the car, within the next three weeks, the brake pump broke down after the first one was replaced. I took it back to the dealer, they sent me to the service repair for Ford, told me they could fix the car, however in addition to the brake pump, I would also have to pay for additional repairs even though I had warranty! This car was obviously not maintained the way it should have been.I called and spoke to Linda, the manager of Easy Drive USA in Lakeland, she told me I could not expect her to pay for the additional repairs. On top of that, she was very rude and nasty. To add insult to injury, she hung up after she indicated the repairs would not be paid by them. I immediately drove back with the car and gave her back the keys.Do yourself a favor, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! The manager is very NASTY. All they are looking to do is to take your money. Please take this as a testament and do not buy anything from this place. Do not even drink the water if they offer it to you, you might wind up paying for it with interest!

I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone. I have not had a good experience with this place. They have towed my car twice. The first time was because I did not have insurance but I did The issue was that the lean holder name was wrong. Unfortunately they took ONE YEAR to figure this out. I had the same insurance for the first year and in December they decided that the lean holder name was wrong. Trying to get this figured out was ridiculous I had to miss work and Due to their privacy policy the minute you say lawyer they tell you they can no longer talk and hang up on you. The second time my car got towed at 10pm! But it was for several missed payment (so it was my fault). Overall I have had better experiences in other small dealers. My bad experience doesn t mean your bad experience doesn t mean you will have a bad experience. Oh and if you have an issue you can t sue them because it is in the contract (well in mine) so if you want your lawyer to be able to handle any potential issues ASK FIRST (Policies do change). This place does have Bilingual staff which is good and yes they do report to the credit bureau.

They don t even deserve 1 start. My boyfriend got his car in February and it has already broken down twice! Come to find out the car has all kinds of problems. Problems that I know he didn t cause. The kind of problems that develop over time. They want him to pay to repair the car but the repairs cost more than the car. It s ridiculous! They ve taken my boyfriends down payment and his payments for the car and pretty much said oh well your loss. That s terrible business if you ask me. I work full time as an RN and we have 2 children. They ve inconvenienced my family more than they know, more than they care to know. I believe they knew the car had all of those problems when they sold it to my boyfriend. We are looking into legal action. My advice is don t do business with these shady people. They will take your money and leave you with no other options!

I cannot speak highly enough about the customer service here. My husband I actually purchased two vehicles from this dealership, both which had drive train issues and needed transmission replacements. One of the vehicles they helped fund the transmission replacement as we'd only had the car less than 3 months, and the other we had the transmission rebuilt on but while it was being rebuilt they allowed us to defer some payments in the meantime so that way we were not financially strapped. With consistent communication, Linda is very understanding and has worked with every need that we have brought to her attention regarding our loans. They have really gone above and beyond any dealership that I have purchased from and I am very appreciative of them. If you're looking for a legitimate dealership that will work with you in tough times this is the place to go. I am about to have my loan paid in full and would definitely do business here again.

I bought my car almost 2 yrs ago with bad credit and little or not money to put dow, but did have a trade, didn t get what I wanted but I got a car that ended up working best for me, and that I m forever thankful. I did have a over heating problem and no money to fix it they allowed me to take it to the shop have it fixed and add more money to my payment they have gone above and beyond helping me and also got my daughter in a nice car. The salesman was Hyro and I m probably butchering his name and I m sorry and he later moved up to be manager. Thank you Easy Drive

I didn't qualify for a loan at another dealer so I thought I was stuck with a crappy car option. Not true at all!!! I got a 2015 with only 35000 miles. The car is like new! I love it and everyone qualifies. Great way to improve your credit. Payments are posted monthly to credit bureau.

Be very careful with this dealership. The manager Linda is very nasty and is quick to cover up her associates mistakes and blame everything on the customer. Some of the staff does not know the correct info to give the customer so if you have any questions make sure to get the answers from the manager. Also, get documentation on everything written and/or email so you have proof!My payment was due on June 4th. So I called that same day to explain that I had a situation come up and to see if I could make an arrangement by paying half of my payment that day and the rest on the next payment date which would have been the 18th. I was told yes by a rep named Mandy and she took my partial payment over the phone. A few days later on the 8th or 9th the car was repossessed and the reason they gave me was that they had been trying to contact me for the remainder of the payment with no response. I mentioned the arrangement and they replied there are no notes on my acct stating an arrangement had been made and that my partial payment was made online not over the phone. Since they calls are recorded per the automated disclaimer, I asked if they could go back and listen to the call the response that I got was they do not have access to the recordings. Then I was told that even if an arrangement was made it was not supposed to be because a manager did not approve. Well why is an associate who has no authority to make those decisions giving me an answer instead of checking with someone who does first? Then another associate Roxanne gave me incorrect info as well and when it was brought to the manager's attention she just laughed it off like it was no big deal and not once did she ever even try to acknowledge the mistakes made by her staff she just held me accountable for everything. Consider all your options before choosing to get a car from this place!

Highly recommend Easy Drive USA on Memorial.Hairo and Guillermo made us comfortable and worked with us to get us a deal we could work with and were happy with.Cars were nice and receive professional service from the Ford and Toyota dealerships across the street.If you're looking for a vehicle I would definitely see them.

After spending all day at a dealership (6hrs) I went to Easy Drive 30 minutes before they closed and I drove away by 7 o'clock with my new car. Alex was amazing and with a few bumps in the road I had he still made it happen! I definitely recommend Easy Drive especially if you don't have the greatest credit they will make it happen.
