ZERO STAR RATING.....RUN THE OTHER WAY FAST....DON'T GO HERE OR CALL THEM!!!!Please don't use or trust Frank Briggs.What an unreliable piece of work. Will take your money and not fix auto correctly. Then asked me for more parts money and never returned. Ran off with the money.. Left me totally stranded without any transportation. Would not answer his phone. I had to tow my car elsewhere to repair it. ZERO STAR RATING.Please don't use or trust Frank Briggs.

I had a U- Haul van scheduled for pick up on Aug 31, 2015 at 5:45p.m. I was there at 5:39p.m! I called Briggs Automotive and knocked on the door. They weren't there. Even heard my phone call ringing through the door. They didn't close until 6pm!Horrible Customer service if you ask me.According to another Uhaul location, this is NOT the first time it has happened.

I came in to have a clutch replaced on my 2003 Jeep Wrangler. They did a great job in a little amount of time at an amazing price. I don't know why there are only bad reviews but this shop is good.

My daughter goes to college in Florida so I have to pay a mechanic. That person is Frank Briggs. If it doesn't please you he will make it right. What more can you ask for? Thank you, Frank.
