Wayne Akers has been my go to For oil changes. Always great service. Great service this time as well. Issue is the technician chipped the rim while doing the tire rotation. Gab gave me the news. They repaired the rim and gave me next oil change on them. Much appreciated Gab! Appreciate the honest service I get from Wayne Akers !!

Just wasted four hours for one tire. A tire that was covered under warranty from when I purchased my vehicle. Every time I go to this service department, I have to spend my whole day there and it s never a simple fix. The communication is beyond poor and the staff is unprofessional. If I asked for you to change my phone number, why can t that be done? I wish I can handle personal business on the company s clock like Keyanna. If that was so, I wouldn t have missed work. I m on the verge of canceling my contracts so I can go somewhere else.

In a million years I have never come across worse customer service. This dealership is awful!!! Quoted over $4000 for brakes when other dealerships are less than $1000. Staff are rude, that s if you get them on the phone. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. The best part is they don t care. Don t patronize them.

Steve, our salesman, is super nice, very accommodating. His knowledge and kindness was why we bought the car from Wayne Akers. If you are in the market fir a Ford, call Wayne Akers and ask for Steve.

I really don't believe the review this place is getting after I walked in there on June 9th and EVERYONE was upset including myself by the time I walked out. The person behind the counter couldn't find my claim then she argued with me that I HAD canceled my appointment to bring in my car? She told me she had tried calling me for weeks regarding my car? My accident occurred on 6/4, my appt was for 6/9, which I had arrived on time. She called me ONE time and left me a VM reminding me about my appt., which I had confirmed in a text as well. Thank goodness I walked out. I went to Autonation where I was treated correctly. I only give one star because otherwise I can't leave a review. The person at Wayne Akers shouldn't call customers LIARS, its very rude and NOT how you treat people.

I followed my service advisor from the dealership where I purchased my Ford in 2008 to Wayne Akers. I have always been pleased with the services and waiting room amenities at Wayne Akers.

Although below is my original sad review, Eric in Service was understanding, polite, and helpful this past weekend when we went back for the same service that previously wasn't taken care of. Thank you, Eric. I'm adding a star.I'm sad to say Ford Service wasted our whole day with poor customer service. My boyfriend encouraged me to sleep in since I was very sick and had deadlines to meet. But I didn't want him to be stuck at Ford with no transportation. He dropped his work truck off early Saturday morning & I picked him up. We deliberately stayed in the Lake Worth area all day so we wouldn't have to drive all the way home & back. No one from Ford contacted him, but they close at 3pm, & we couldn't reach anyone when we tried calling. So we went to pick the car up before they closed. Ford said they hadn't done any work on the truck and just figured they'd keep the vehicle until Monday! Without asking first, without a courtesy call, or anything! So of course the day was wasted... Nothing was accomplished and I didn't get my important work done. I understand that they're busy, but how can they not make a courtesy call? Especially after the morning's discussion about what they'd be able to get to. The representative said he didn't know the truck would be needed Monday. What?! Is that a joke? They didn't call & ask. I'm quite disappointed in Wayne Akers Ford Service.

After getting the runaround from another dealership over a recall, my service advisor Danielle was not only able to look into remedying the issue but actually had the repair completed & back on the road same day (1.5 hours). 5 *'s for Wayne Akers' service department

Everytime i go there, there are different service advisors i have to deal with. It's not the same as it once was. No personal connection as before. No family feeling. Been having my truck serviced there since 2016.

Went to get a recall taken care of..they said 2 12 hours, but got me out in 1 1/2. Very happy.

Had to make an appointment for the oil change and when I got there 1/2 early I was told that the wait was 2 hours even though I had a appointmentAsked to speak with the service manager Lenny and I got Dave the assistant managerWho told me that was the way it wasLip service is all I gotNot a good impression this day

I am a user, the sale is phenomenal, they offer you everything they won't give you. The service is not bad, it is humiliatingly bad, they think I am going to ask for favors even though my vehicle is under warranty and has additional bumper to bumper insurance. They solve it in any way, they do a very bad job and the worst thing is that no one cares...
