One of the hardest things in life is finding a mechanic you can trust and feel good about. These guys are class acts that not only know their stuff but go the extra mile to make sure car is safe, and in perfect condition. We will be taking our cars here for life. Love these guys!

They say they re replacing parts and don t actually do it. They also don t really do tires.They used to be good, and I used to trust them, but the one mechanic who knew what he was doing left. Went there three times to try to get a wobble noise fixed. They charged me an arm and a leg to get my bearings replaced. I went to a retired master technician to be told afterword that they didn t do any work. I had to go back three times to give them a chance to fix their work.They then tried to fix their problem by replacing my expensive tires that were in good condition with faulty tires. And tried to charge me to get my front two replaced with more garbage tires to fix their problem. the car now has cheaper parts, drives worse than before and I have to spend twice as much to get it repaired at another location just to feel safe enough to drive it. This morning, I visited ULTIMATE AUTO SERVICES due to a tire puncture. They provided quick assistance, resolving the issue in just 5 minutes. The cost was $10 for tire plugging. I'll certainly return for any future mechanical or tire issues; they were friendly and professional.

They were extremely rude to me at check in and they didn t put enough oil in my car so I ended up having to get it redone elsewhere. Would not recommend.

Jim, Ryan, and entire crew are courteous and professional. Fair priced repairs done right the first time and quicker than quoted. I have taken all my cars here for several years. Finally needed to review after they did an emergency repair in one day when I needed car for a planned vacation. Left my fleet truck basicly untouched for 4 days. I ended up having to have it towed elsewhere for repairs. I tried, I called , they said they would let me know by end of the day, it just never happened. They seem pretty busy, they won't miss my business..

Probably the best experience i ve had at any shop. They got my truck in fast for a nasty power steering leak. They were very transparent the entire process and it was a very fair price. I ll definitely be coming back next time I have any issues.

I thought I needed an O2 sensor replaced, turned out it was just a vacuum hose leak. They had me in and out within 30 minutes at an excellent price and they've earned a loyal customer in the process. Highly recommend!

Went there around noon, when a mechanic was on lunch.Had at least 25 screws from a construction site stuck in multiple tires. He hustled from start to finish and they run good as new. Friendly and polite even tho I cut his lunch short. A++

My 16yo son got a nail in his tire and went to some other place that tried to rip him off. I sent him here and these guys not only fixed it immediately they did it for $10. At that point, they had me for life. Great experience every time we go. Very fair, very genuine, and the repairs are done quickly and correctly. We seem to have a random car issue every 6 months Thanks Ford.Fortunately Jim s team at Ultimate Auto seem to give us preferential treatment because we come to them for everything. Now that I think of it, I think they give everyone preferential treatment because everyone that walks into there office gets genuine and quick support. They have a great, honest, and diligent team here in Lake Worth and more importantly you can trust that you re in good hands. You will not regret your decision to have work done here, versus a local dealership.

I am running late for appointments walk out to my truck to hear air leaking out of one of my tires. Just moving to the area I did not know where to go, so at first I went to Goodyear where I was treated just like a number. For a simple tire plug I was told it would be $60 and a 3 hour wait. With air leaking out of my tire, I went across the street which seemed way busier. A gentleman walked into the waiting room sweating (you could tell he was busy) and asked what my problem was. I let him know the issue he said no problem, pull it around I ll get you handled right away. The gentleman Johnny stopped what he was doing, took five minutes to get me back on the road and the price was beyond fair. Such a good feeling to support a mom and pop shop that treats you like family. I found my new local mechanic! Highly recommended.

I don't know what happened to this business but in the past 6 months I've had enough negative experiences to write this review and make sure no one I know ever uses them again. I've had 3 cars serviced by them over 10 years and they did good work until they started breaking my stuff and telling me they did things without actually doing them. Today I picked up my car after it sat in their lot for almost 2 weeks. They allowed someone to smoke and eat in my car, leaving behind pasta on my floor and the stink of cigarettes on my seats. The culprit is probably the same person who broke my retractable trunk cover so it no longer functions. 6 months ago they claimed to have performed an inspection on the car and found nothing wrong with it. Which is crazy because I brought it in to find out what the noise I was hearing was. I ended up diagnosing the problem myself and brought it back so they could look at it again and all of a sudden they have a long list of stuff that's wrong with it. They also didn't call me once over the last 2 weeks to give me an update on the car. So did they ever actually look at it. No idea. They claimed they did an oil change but didn't replace the sticker on the windshield so who's to say. I will not be using them again and you would be wise to not bring your vehicle here.

Took my classic muscle car here since I couldn t repair it myself. Jim set up a tow, repaired the car, and had it back to me real quick. I ll spare you the long details, but I didn t know what was keeping the car from running. Could be big, could be small. They took care of it quick, tuned it up and had it back to me. To say the service was great and repair costs were fair is an understatement. They did right by me at every step. This is now where I go.Services: Engine repair, Oil change

I've searched a long time to find an honest and fair auto repair shop. I found Ultimate Auto several years ago during that search. They are, in my opinion, one of the best auto repair shops I have ever had the pleasure to do bring my cars to. They are quick to complete the repair job, a pleasure to deal with, and their prices are reasonable! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for that one shop they wish they could find!

I took my car in without an appointment first thing in the morning. They called me with the problem. Had my car fixed the same day. Prices are very good. Super friendly staff. They just earned a customer for life.

I came here for the first time with a Sunday appointment October 1st, 2017. What Excellent Customer service, great mechanics and Dusty is Awesome! The job was done as promised within a few hour's, before any work was done, they called you with an estimate to proceed. Great prices and I will definitely have all my auto repairs done here! I highly recommend this Business!

I called to see if they fixed flat tires and was told to come on over. When I arrived they were very quick to take care if my flat. Mechanic was friendly and quick. I would go back but not to get a flat fixed cause they only plug the tire and not put on a patch.

They helped me today on a busy Monday with a small problem, but was a big problem to me. It didn't take too long, but they bothered to take the time and help, the other mechanic shops I went to, didn't care. These people cared. They plugged two tires for me and they work great, fixed. Was told by Discount Tire they patch holes and both were too close to the sidewalk to repair, wanted to sell me two new tires. That was nothing but a lie. Ultimate Auto repaired them both perfectly and inexpensive and extremely fast, good people!

I'm not sure what rating to give this business.It doesn't deserve a bad rating based on one employee. But because of said employee I will not return to this business.A little backstory on my situation: I had an issue with intermittent starting in my car. It was not a predictable issue, I was told it was fixed but I still experienced the issue after bringing it here. I understand an issue like this is not the easiest to diagnose but I paid to have an issue fixed and it was not.My issue isn't with the work done it's with the absolute lack of people skills one of their employees are missing. Jim specifically.I'm unsure if he's in charge of answering the phones but I rarely spoke to anyone else. (Though when I did they were much more professional.)Service: General repairs & maintenance

If you care about your vehicle, it's longevity, and safety on the road, Ultimate Auto repair should be on your A list. The shop is clean, the price is the right price and they have so many professional mechanics with the knowledge you need. They explain in layman's language and only work with your full approval. I have a 2003 Nissan Frontier that drives like new and looks good too. Take your vehicle there and drive happy!

I have used Ultimate auto many times over the years and I feel they are a fair and honest garage. On multiple occasions I have brought in my vehicle as a second opinion and they determined the repair was not as severe as the original. On the occasion it was the same, they were a lower cost.

I've been going to Ultimate Auto Care for nearly 10 years. Jim, the owner, has been nothing short of top-notch in servicing both my former Trailblazer and my current vehicle. He is honest and will tell you straight-up what needs repairing without selling you anything more than what is absolutely necessary. The mechanics who work at Ultimate Auto are excellent in their efficiency, and their resulting work on my vehicles, in my humble opinion, has yet to disappoint. The unfailing care and excellent results I receive from Ultimate Auto Services have made me a customer of theirs for life.

I've been getting my cars serviced there for 8 years now. Ultimate Auto is honest and competent. Yes there was one situation where I had to take it back due to an incorrect diagnosis / repair, but it doesn't happen often, and let's be honest - no place is going to always get it right - its not always easy to diagnose the problem and these guys are very competent. More importantly, they are honest and they don't overcharge labor - in fact sometimes when I get the bill I am surprised they were able to get the work done in the amount of time they charged me for labor. Honesty is key - it's so hard to find a place these days where they will not rip you off by adding things that really don't need to be repaired and/or using fear tactics.

The main problem is that they give you the wrong estimated time they will work on your car. I had my car dropped off 6 days ago and literally was first told Monday it would be done and then the next day I was told Tuesday or Wednesday. After that, I was told that the mechanic had to call me when he arrives to give me progress and no call ever occurred! Then when someone in my family called, the guy was going to try to do something else to it without my permission. It seems to me they didn t want to work on my car. Why is it a repair shop if no one wants to work on my car?? That s absurd and I can t come back to this place. What a waste of my time

WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY?! COME HERE! I own a business & I NEVER POST! I understand mistakes & misunderstandings very well. First off 5 star reviews are written by people they know! Biggest scam I've seen in year's! 1100$ later. And no fix! But obvious issues ignored! Requests to check parts not done! Ultimately ridiculous a big headache. And new parts ruined. Want it done backwards LITERALLY? Do it yourself! Congrats you will need everything fixed except your issue. And that won't last. Bitter yes. Take car someplace else first! It may sound cheaper but it will cost much more before your wonderful stay with a guy that acts like he knows what he's talking about (Mr. J!)One of guys in back working warned me quietly .And I didn't listen. Shame on me. I'm not done yet. Not first taken for but be one to remember
