This is the best Tires Plus! Last week, I got my tires rotated, balanced, and aligned in Jupiter. I had to bring it here which is the BEST store. This store had to fix the misaligned, unbalanced tires, and the cockeyed steering wheel that the Jupiter store created. The owner, Mark, is awesome! I'm sorry I ever went to another store. The only thing you need to be aware is to keep good records because this is a family owned store and if you have to take your car elsewhere, the corporate stores won't have the records.

Absolutely recommend! I had a very complex situation with lug nuts that were seized and stripped on to hub. Oddly enough the damage was caused when a retail Telsa repair center replaced a punctured tire. I ultimately did not want to deal with Telsa after causing such damage that I opted to go to my Neighborhood Tire Plus where I was greeted by a very nice, professional, knowledgeable and ultimately honest employee named Nick! He was expecting pleasant he looked at situation and was straight up! I highly recommend this Tires Plus Location and definitely ask for Nick! You will be very happy!!

I came in tonite and was treated with amazing service. Richard was very helpful and knowledgeable I thought I would have to order tires and come back a different day. The tires were in stock and installed right away even though it meant staff staying after closing time. Mark the owner was super helpful and easy to work with. I highly recommend this establishment!!!

I had a great experience at this Tires Plus location. Lewis assisted me and was as professional and courteous as can be. Price was really fair and they did a really good job. I highly recommend using them.

I was so impressed by them. I was in distress with a flat tire. Freddy came to my aid got the tire out of my car and assured me it would be fixed and ready when I got out of work. And it was. He them let me know it was free of charge because I have tires plus card. I was shocked and delighted. The whole team was friendly and helpful Thank you Freddy Matt and Ilon.

Service was above and beyond! My AC is ice cold. Nick s customer service is unmatched! They take care of you and walk you through the process beginning to end!i would recommend them to anyone in need of fast service! Again customer service was impeccable!

Jay and Nick were quick on their feet to help me get immediate service to my vehicle. I was desperately in need of an oil change and I happened to have all four of my kiddos in the car. Nick was very accommodating and even went the extra mile to make sure my kids were entertained as we waited. All thanks to the guys at this family owned Tire Plus Always a pleasure doing business with you!

Needed a quick and easy oil change for my jeep and couldn t be happier with the fast and easy experience at Tires Plus on the corner of Lantana and 441. Jay was the person who assisted me with all my oil changing needs. He had a pleasant and empathetic energy about him. I was in and out in less than 40 min and able to continue on with my day! Love you all at Tires Plus Total Car Care Service's !

Discovered I had a nail in my tire after dropping the kiddos off at school. Called around to various tire places and was told there was anywhere from a two to three hour wait. While not their fault I had a nail, I didn t have that long to wait. Called Tires Plus and spoke to Jay. He said bring it in and we ll get it done quickly and safe. My car was back in order in an hour. They saved my day

Not your Regular tires plus! I explained to the team there what I wished my 2019 Tacoma looked like. I also gave them my budget. Instead of telling me it wasn t possible, they were able to find me the tire size and look I wanted and lift the suspension 3 to make it all fit PERFECTLY. Now I have the look I ve always wanted and it handles better than new AND they did it all within my budget. I can t thank the professionals there enough!

This is by far the best place to go to not just for oil changes and tires but for any service, including European cars. My family and I have been taking our cars here for years including Porsche, Jaguar, and Mercedes and have always had top quality service with excellent pricing. Mark the owner and his staff are extremely professional and friendly. I would guve 6 stars if I could! Highly recommend!

If you need service on your car, look no further than this location of Tires Plus. I drive a 2016 ford mustang with aftermarket parts, and I had an issue with other auto shops who flat out refused to work on my car. I had a broken exhaust, needed new suspension, tires, and had a broken turbo... Just when I was about to lose hope, I called this location and spoke with Nick. I told him other places refused to work with me even without seeing the vehicle. He told me not to worry, just that they needed to inspect the car before they could give me a yes or no. After a short inspection of the car, they told me the job would be no problem, and they 100% delivered on their promise. In less than a week, they got my car fixed, parts replaced, and it's running better than when I had first bought it in February 2022. They gave excellent customer service throughout the process, and I will tell you that no other shop would've given me the peace of mind they did. Like I said, if you need car service, talk to Nick (or any of the other guys, they're all great) and get your car troubles taken care of!

I would highly recommend this location specifically Jay - as he listened to what I was concerned about from the dealership that I had previously taken my car to up to this point and what they had told me.... and then recommended that I should get my car checked out. In doing so, I found out that the dealership did not tell me the truth about the status of my car/tires/brakes. He gave me specific details and could explain what he was talking about as well. You have definitely acquired a new customer in me and I would recommend this place to others as well. I will be back...Thank you!

I ve been with this Tires Plus location for years and have always appreciated their knowledge , fair pricing , and not pushing to sell unnecessary products. They have many times waved small charges because we re loyal customers. Highly recommend

Wow. Unbelievable! Amazing! Cannot believe how much they helped me. So flexible. Looked for options to make my issue with my tire that had to be replaced cause I hit a curb. Nick went above and beyond for me and all of the guys are so helpful. Wont go anywhere else!! Thank you Nick and the Tires Plus Team!!

Great shop to take your vehicles to! I feel bad for the service writer that was telling a customer (Susan) about a safety concern on her vehicle (tires being low on tread depth). He was merely telling her that the tires are going to need to be replaced soon, and she went full Karen mode. I didn t catch the writers name but he did a great job of dealing with a seemingly impossible customer. Will for sure be back!

As a woman it is sometimes intimidating to go to a new automotive shop. But my experience eas anything but that. Jay assisted me and he was very helpful. Very knowledgeable, thoughrough and assured I received everything I needed and at a great price! Didnt push me into purchasing nothing I didn't need. It was overall a great experience. I highly recommend them!

Tires Plus expressed the Holiday Spirit and saved my holiday. They took my truck in with only 20 minutes before they closed. I had major problems and my tires where about to fall off! They took it in and within minutes had it up and the problem diagnosed, fixed and had me out the door! With the service I received and the hard work they put in I can t recommend them enough! Thank you Tires Plus! You saved my Christmas!!

Jays great and amazing, went to get 4 new tires for my teslaand he absolutely helped me right away. Brought my car here a couple times for maintenance/repairs and only one service guy was pleasant. The last time I tried to make an appointment over the phone they were rude. I went in to the shop instead to explain my car situation and make an appointment but I was met with the same man I spoke to on the phone. He said didn t I just talk to you? I told you I have no availability, none whatsoever. While yelling at me. If appointments could not be booked at this time for the foreseeable future, I could have been told this in a more professional way. Won t be returning.

Stopped in today (Sunday) due an emergency blown tire on cross-country journey....and Nick and his team did an amazing job getting us back on the road in record time!!! Very polite, courteous & professional! Highly recommend to anyone & everyone! True 5 star service!!
