Bought a full set of tires from them a few months ago. Came back today to have a screw removed and they wanted to charge me $40.00! (it takes about 5 minutes to remove a screw and plug the hole)Walked out, took my car to a discount tire store and they repaired it for free. Tipped the worker $10 and will definitely take my 2nd car there to get new tires in a few months.Chisel a customer; lose a customer. Give a good deal to a stranger; win a customer.I will definitely never go back to Tire Choice. If you like to be valued as a customer, you'll do the same.

I kind of don t want to share this review because then the place would be packed I ve had multiple interactions with this location. My car has been having more issues than I thought it would. They are very detail oriented, patient, and efficient. Many times you ll go to an auto shop and lose your whole day or more. They will call you as things progress. They are friendly and accommodating. The technicians are quick and do great work. I usually interact with Alexis, Juan, the manager, and another gentlemen (excuse me I don t recall the last two people s names). However, it doesn t take away from the great service on behalf of the entire team. It s a well oiled machine *pun intended* I really appreciate being treated well as a woman getting my car serviced. I ve had not the greatest experiences before this. I greatly appreciate Alexis and her patience. She is very thorough and careful about treating everyone well. I know this because my sister is the one who recommended the shop. She has great experiences too. Great job everyone! You all deserve to be recognized by the company and community. It s such a pleasure to have a place like this where I don t have to worry about not being treated well.

Twice, my wife visited the Tire Choice location at 5865 State Road 7 in Lake Worth. In both instances, they've lied to my wife and attempted to take advantage of her, assuming a woman wouldn't know any better.Recently, she presented a valid coupon for a $39.99 oil change for her sedan. They responded that they could not offer the coupon because her car required a "different type of oil". Frustrated, she clarified the manufacturer's recommended oil type, which matched the coupon offer. She was ignored and they condescendingly stated that $75 was their best offer.This Tires Choice takes advantage of women, lies, and exploits bait-and-switch advertising techniques. A single star is more than they deserve.

Amazing shop! Store manager Silvio was amazing! Juan was very patient , Alexis was kind and sweet , every body wasKnowledgeable . They went above and beyond. There s a stigma that mechanics can be crooked, I did not feel that AT ALL with Tires Choice. By far the best place to bring your BMW . I m a true customer, no relation what so ever to any employees here. Thanks again Silvio

Completely nonsense to get charged 138 dollars for an oil change ! I asked how much it was before they did the oil changed and the guy said that it was gonna be just 99+tax! If I would have known that it was gonna be like hay expensive I would definitely not do it ! I don t recommend this place at all !

Recently purchased a Tire there, was charged $30.99 for standard tire stem- but they never changed it. 3 1/2 weeks later, the valve step popped out and I was left stranded. Brought it in, and they attempted to charge me again for the step even though I showed them the invoice that I already paid for this. I asked for Manager, Ron said they still have to pay for the employees and still charged me again. They decided to give a discount- stating that they are giving me a break- I am calling my credit card company and issuing a chargeback. Also- very unprofessional behavior over there- employee and management arguing out loud about overtime / time worked- very unprofessional mood there- will never go back there again!

I've been to a few different Tire Choice stores, but this store never fails to surprise me with their generosity and very helpful staff. I was last here for a tire rotation on Dec 2nd, 2023. Super nice and caring team members, very honest. You can not go wrong with this store and their team!!!

Your company offers a free rotation with each oil change, but they have not actually been rotating the tires. They lie to the customer! They tell you they have done the rotation when they actually have not!As a result, my front two tires wore down significantly even though I purchased 4 brand new tires less than a year ago and have put less than 10,000 miles on them. Consequently, the company I purchased them from could not honor the warrantee because the tires had not been rotated regularly. I lost the warrantee rights as a result of your company's fraudulent actions! Now I need two new front tires. I have contacted your central office in NY to file a complaint. I was told that the regional manager would contact me to review the situation. I still have not heard from him. Everyone I know, Facebook, Instagram, and the local news stations are going to hear about what this store is doing!

I came here last minute to figure out what was wrong with my car because I didn t have time to make an appointment at my own dealership. I expressed my concerns to Louis at the front desk and he and his team helped me right away. They knew the problem from the jump and took their time to fix my issue. I got my moneys worth for sure. They recommend services needed for my car and I didn t feel any persistence or pressure into agreeing to anything but I trust their judgment! There s no doubt I will be coming back for any future situations.

We got tires and breaks changed, and the car has barey been driven and now im told the breaks where completley done. WHICH MAKES NO SENSE!! Tires they put the wrong tire sizes. I had some tools in the car and went missing. HORRIBLEEEEEE EXPERIENCE!!! Dont go and waste your money!!!

Silvio is great, he takes the time to really go through the issue and make sure they find the issue. Juan and Luis are always helpful and make me feel taken care of. I trust the guys here at this Tires Choice and this will be my shop for the future.

Very disappointed in the service here went there a few days ago because i heard sounds from my car when accelerating they diagnosed my car for $119 only to give me a quote for over $2000 parts and labor, luckily i went and got a second opinion just to find out i was upsold on two parts that weren t needed. I got my car fixed elsewhere with a much reasonable labor charge, the parts and labor i didn t need were well over $800! If you do go here make sure to get a second opinion before giving them the job

Worst service I ever received in my whole life. I had repeated issues with this service center, and they refused to look into the vehicle. Very unprofessional staff, they don't know how to talk to customers.

I don't normally write reviews but I had such an awesome experience that I had to share it.I needed to install a fog lamp cover and already had the part with me. Met with Silvio the store manager and he worked with Tim the mechanic to install the part immediately. They installed the part without charging anything. I went to few other places and price ranged from $175 to $125. I knew that was a ripoff just to install a lamp cover. I am really glad I found this place and would recommend it.

This is an excellent shop!They re fast professional and thorough. I brought my vehicle late on a Sunday and they went above and beyond to get it done for me before the end of the day.I ll be bringing my cars to them from now on.

This place is great! I brought my car in to see why it was making a weird noise. I was told before at a different shop that it was my brakes, which was wrong. Turns out I needed a new alternator, and Juan helped me out tremendously. He was super nice and helped me so much getting my car situated. I got my car back the next day and it ran perfectly. Everyone was super helpful. I would recommend going there and definitely applying for their Tire Choice card as well.

Very helpful they remove the nail from my tire no charge said it wasn't leaking. Quoted me a decent price for a tire for my trailer I had left on the side of the road with a flat tire. But when I returned the trailer was missing probably stolen.

My Aunt brought her car here for a oil change several times and judging by the pictures attached they destroyed the bolt in the oil pan and just about punctured a hole in the pan itself. Stay the hell away from the shop and go somewhere else. We had to buy a special tool just to get the bolt out to drain the oil that was VERY VERY dark.

This place is great at helping me fix a problem that WAS NOT THEIR FAULT. I had a flat tire and replaced it at the dealership. When I got back in the car and started to drive home I realized that they did not put the spare back under the car but instead it was on the seat behind me!!! So, I pulled up to tires choice and explained. The manager didn t even skip a beat- he said to pull up the car and they ll fix it immediately. I explained that I didn t get the tires there because I wanted him to know it wasn t their fault. He said no problem at all- we can take care of it. So David, who was super polite and efficient, put the spare back under my car and I was back on the road in about 5 minutes! Wow! You have to love this place!!!! Thanks guys!!

If you don't know anything about cars and you are in an emergency DON'T go here! They will take advantage and rack up every service possible to drain you of cash. Go there for a one flat tire repair.. they will convince you you need 2 brand new tires, breaks, break fluid and charge you for an alignment without your concent . And don't give you a alignment sheet as evidence of an alignment. Please REVIEW the receipt before you sign anything.... And check if they did what they are supposed to.. they didn't have our tire size. Mounted different size tires.. and hope we didn't notice.. had to drive 100 miles back to the place.. wasted time and gas..

I had a issue with a tire and went to a competitor of Tire Choice. Let's say they where not a "Plus". No real help instead of sending me over 15 miles to a place that might fix my tire issue.As I left I walked into Tire Choice and Silvio Rodriguez with a smile and a positive attitude said let's try to fix this.2 hours later all good to go.It has been 3 days and the tire is still like new. Silvio saved me over a 100 dollars.This is my new go to tire service center from now on.

2 hours for an oil change and a tire plug by appt. Why take appts if it takes you 2 hours to do what should take a half hour! Oh and $39 to plug a tire!
