I went here before and bought used tires for my daughters cars. The tires were reasonably priced for used tires. $50 top price for a decent tire. I sent my daughter there today, and they charged her $96 for a used tire. I could of bought a new one on Simple Ture for $65. They took advantage of her. I will never go here again. I've bought many tires from this place. Now, I never will.

After I got my two back tires changed I noticed they scratched my whole rim and I called them and informed them and they asked me to come in so they could see it. I came minutes after thinking they would resolve my problem but instead the denied responsibility and started making jokes. Cynthia also made a disrespectful comment about my deceased mom and when I informed her I would leave a bad review she responded that it won't affect her at all to go ahead and do so. How the owner of this company continues to employ disrespectful employees is beyond me. If you appreciate good customer service avoid this place so the owner can be forced to hire people with better customer service skills. Also the mechanic who worked on my car was taunting me and trying to cause a fight.

I have had my oil changed for the last time in this place. I don't like to write negative reviews, but this place earned it.Be careful if you have your oil changed by this place. They seem to charge very cheap. But they also added 2 whole quarts less of oil to my engine. A week into driving my car, I started getting an oil light. So, I waited for my car to cool overnight and the next morning I checked the dipstick. It was way below the low marker and my car does not leak oil. I had to add 2 full quarts of oil to bring the oil to the correct level. This is how they seem to manage having low oil change prices. They could have seriously damaged my car.I will not be going to this place again.

As soon as I arrived, I asked for the price to just swap my tires for the new ones I had already purchased at another store, they said it was $25 each one, when I went to pay they wanted to charge me $30 for each one after they had already taken my car inside, I refused and they honored the $25 that was offered first, however they made me wait over 2 hours for my car to get worked on and they decided to service several customers that arrived well after I did which I felt it was like payback for not letting them rip me off with the $30 they tried to charge me.At the end, one of the workers asked me what was I going to do with my hub caps, if I was going to leave them or take them with me, I said that I was going to take them so he handed me the caps in my hand even when I brought the truck with the caps on, so I refused to take them and asked him to put them on since my truck had them on before the service, so this guy started to mount the caps and literally broke one of them right in front of my face, after talking to the manager, she refused to provide me with a solution.Run away from this place unless you want to deal with irresponsible, rude, careless, disrespectful and unprofessional staff.

horrible place stay away they tryed to sellme a used tire with a hole in the sidewall saw the the guy dunk the tire in water and then go back into shop minutes later he comes rolling the tire out and i can see bubbles on the side ask to see the tire and noticed he went back in to plug the sidewall . then told me he didnt know it was there likeninjust watched you dunk the tire and take back in mine you im an automotive tech for 18 yrs just had a emergency and 3 small kids in the car horrible he was gonna mount the tire and charge me $70 to have tire explode stay away . not to mention the girl that attends you when you get there has a attitude problem and is super rude they owner i watched him curse a guy out horrible place

Had my four tires and rims installed here. Came in right before closing time, they took my car in right away and performed the services. Knowledgeable and efficient staff.just be aware of the fact that the manager has a bad attitude, you have to be the bigger person with him.

Ok so i bought all 4 brand new tires from them with a 30k miles warranty, like u can see in pictures tirea are BAD and they wanted to charge me 200$ to replace my tires, be careful with this place im definitely moving this case with an attorney ill leave pictures that proof what i said, my car is bouncing like an animal and they dont want to be responsible for it

Horrible Tire Shop! The Tires I Bought Here Were Already Plugged On The Sidewall! Meaning it was worst than my tire I originally swapped it for! Take Your Business Anywhere Else!

The worst service EVER !!!!!! A small nail in my tire they removed nail plug tire next leak ! They say it s not thier fault !!! Now I need a new tire 12/18/23! Don t go there no customer service !!!!! HORRIBLE !!!!! I m a frontline responder omg !!!!!!!

Today I was lied to by this place....They told meOne price for the tire was 50 and minutes later whenI went to pay they said 70... The service is horrible,You wait for a very long time, and the customer service is really bad...Today they lost a customerOver 20 dollars...bad business ..not the way to treat returning customers. I complained politely and I was told that I am sure you were not told 50. RespectfullyI complained and I was ignored and felt like I wasNot valued...I will never return to this place everAgain ...

I went there tonight to get my tire fixed, after waiting 40 minutes the guy came out to me that are 4 people ahead of me that arrived after me, clearly this small business is overwhelmed and the lack of experience from people running the show are making it worse. I would leave no stars if it was an option!

This has got to be the worst customer service at front desk, was there for over 50 minutes and the receptionist was on the phone the whole time, not even a hello would look just past customers, when she finally hangs up she leaves the office, comes back again on the headsets, I ask her if she would prefer for me to schedule an appointment she YELLS that it wasn't the way it works here and that I have to wait. Then a customer is asking for clarification on the invoice seemingly they over charged parts and some brake pads that were under warranty. This lady was so rude and invoice shady, will definitely not come here ever nor recommend any one to come.

The worst place to change tires and align suspension. They put your tires in a wrong way... And in the alignment machine services they always say that in order to align properly you need to use their workshop and replace 'broken parts'... Everyone knows that, they are famous about it. In my personal case they align the Car and got worse... The manager told me that I only order a front alignment.....its the first time that someone tells me that you have to clarify if it's front or rear... Always with excuses trying to steal your money... Latinos stealing Latinos. The employees are really helpful... The old lady or manager is the worst person and is taking that place to bankrupt

Save your time and money and avoid this place! Went there to get a part replaced which costs me $480 only to have the same part messed up the first day, whoever did the job did not put the piece on properly. Bad mechanical service.

So the lady I just spoke with is a straight idiot and I hate to say that I m telling her I need to get a car towed there. They ve gotten four tires from them before I have a key to the tires but I lost the key so I wanted to make sure that they still have that key available. She keeps telling me well. Your car has a key set no ma am we know that we don t have the key. That s why I m calling you. It s like while you just have to bring the car here no ma am I have to pay for a towing and then if you don t have the key I have to pay for another towing so that s gonna cost me $600 to go back-and-forth just straight no, since I asked her three times to talk to the owner and manager or a mechanic, and she refused

I never seen that before, at that place they make you feel like you're solliciting or begging a favor that u***y and uneducated lady is horrible, if you want to make the rest of your day miserable go ahead give them a try.... like the previous consumer stated it not a coincidence or any hate from any feelings, these are facts, she is so proud about herself I don't know what she think she is .... I call that a sickness of esteem.I guess she thinks she can impress customers with her exaggerated back not with a quality customer treatment, the customer service there fall below zero.I suggest everyone to take a minute to use Google consumer reviews before going for service...If you think I'm lying see the attachedInvoice...

I've used their services three or four times now and can't say enough good about them!They're fast, very friendly,honest,and inexpensive.The first time I went there I had an AC problem in my truck they fixed the repair within 45 minutes, it was under $100 and any other place could have taken advantage of me easily for several hundred dollars!I knew right then they were honest and wouldn't think of going anywhere else toHighly recommend!

BUYER BEWARE! They charged me for the repair that created a bubble and wanted to charge me for a tire to fix the bubble they made. I picked up the business card that said, " WE GUARANTEE ALL WORK. They do not. So unfortunate, I will go elsewhere. I hope this saves ONE person $$.

Went there for a plug was charge $16.04 this time. Every other time I came the price was always $10.70 for the same plug. Was not told price before service, when it was time to check out I gave my card thinking it was $10.70, I was told after the charge it was $15. Called back got the manager and she was very rude telling me it depends on the size of tire for price of the plug which does not make sense since it's only a plug. I don't want to give the one star I wish I could give a zero. The Manager is a very RUDE person so if you are looking a tire shop please I hope you take my advice and find somewhere else to go. 3/1/23.

Bought a used tire for $80 tire blew one week later no warranty and no discount !! I suggest that everyone buy their tires new and from someone else..!! You might as well pay the price because if you go to Prontos.. you will end up paying double !!!I should have read the reviews smh.. that was my fault..!!!

I visited Pronto Tires after having problems with one of the tires on my car. The technician offered to repair the tire which would have saved me money. He took the time to explain my options, took the tire off the rim and recommended a new one. The tire had been repaired once already and it was showing damage from running under inflated. They have a good selection of new and used tires and I opted to purchase a new one because the price was very reasonable. He said he could get the job done quickly and I went to get something to eat while he went to work. He even took the time to put the spare tire back (underneath the floor AND underneath the subwoofer)!Pronto Tires is going to be my "go-to" for maintenance and repairs. Thanks for your help.

Cheap tire but get what you pay for a week later a warped tire then forgot to put the valve caps back on and they didn t balance the tires at all even though they said did ..this the second time they screwed me over never going back! Forest hill tire is my new favorite spot!

UNETHICAL BAD BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICETook my money before the job was completed and tried to sell and put on the wrong size tires. When confronted about the discrepancy they claimed that I didn t tell them the size I needed and they put on the same size tires I had on there. Needless to say I got a refund and they put my old tires back on which WASNT the size they claimed they took off. If you get tires from here DOUBLE CHECK THE SIZE

They dont even deserve 1 star... called and made sure they had a tire my size in stock she informed me that they had my size in stock... I arrived an hour later with the wires showing on my tire and a big bubble... I shouldnt even be on the road but I needed a decent tire.. got here just to find out that they did not have a tire for me... she lied to me just to get me to her store... she put me in a dangerous situation driving here... when I got upset because she lied to me she laughed at me and kicked me out... I asked to talk to the boss and they wouldn't let me.... she said she was the boss... DONT GO! BAD BUSSINESS AND RUDE!!!

Had me wait 2 hours and they told me it would be a 5 min wait. They charged me 100 bucks for 2 tires and these were bad tires they put on my car. I took it to discount tire had to pay another 259 just to replace the ones they put on discount tire said one had been in an accident and the other had absolutely no tred and they fixed a flat with fix a flat stay away from here is my suggestion
