My experience at Palm Beach Collision Center was better than satisfactory or very good. Craig was patient, credible and fair. Everything promised was well delivered at quoted cost; no funny business. If my Mercedes could talk it would echo my praises. Hope I don t need their service any time soon but if necessary I ll be at 418 S H Street at 9AM sharp.Arthur T Shorin

Our brand new Kia got keyed on both sides and it's black with a gold flecks in it which I thought would be hard to match but Craig and his team did an absolutely awesome job it looks better than the original factory paint job can't say thank you enough for the excellent work

My 2007 Subaru was in an accident where the front fender was ripped off, headlight cracked, etc. and the team at PBCC provided exceptional repairs to my baby. I was worried about the insurance claims process and, most importantly, the color of the new part matching the very old and faded paint on the rest of the car. Craig took care of everything on the insurance side for me and when I received the car back it looked almost brand new! The paint matched perfectly and the quality of the work done was 10/10, they even polished my old headlight so it wouldn't stand out as much next to the new one . I have brought my car back for personal repairs and Craig treated me like family, not even charging me for some of the labor! I just want to say from now on Palm Beach Collision will be my go to shop. It was not the most difficult repair but it was a body repair. From the body work, blended paint, and return of the vehicle I was extremely happy. One thing that sets them apart from most body shops is the way my vehicle was returned. The blending of the paint was amazing. What separates them beyond anyone else was the way my finished vehicle was returned. No dust, no overspray, nothing. I could not tell they had my vehicle. I couldn't be happier. Professional, honest, and appropriately priced.Craig and his team are passionate about what they do and it shows in their work. Craig was clear and honest in setting expectations on the required repairs and the cost. He was also clear on the things he wasn't able to address or repairs that weren't necessary or too costly which speaks volumes to his integrity. I was (and still am) incredibly satisfied at every point in the repair process. When I got it back they'd given it a detail as well. Tire shine and clean carpets. 10/10Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Craig and his guys did such an amazing job. They were so professional and friendly. On the invoice it stated that the job was going to take about 15 days and they did it in 7! Not sure if I was just too excited but when I went to pick up the car it looked better than when I brought. 10/10 recommend this company for any car body damage you may have.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Greg and his guys addressed a problem I had in my Miata with moisture under the floor carpeting. They did a fabulous job disconnecting the carpet and jute layer, replacing the jute with all molding expertly reinstalled leaving the interior looking showroom new. Greg is very pleasant with a real appreciation for cars and doing the right job. Highly recommend Palm Beach Collision for any auto work as his shop is fully equipped with talent and equipment.

Went to get my side mirror fix first they tell me 85$ which i was fine with after waiting for almost a week to get the part the receptionist tells me is gonna be 350$ First than 450$ for a side mirror ??? Thats crazy on top of that he was super rude like he didn't want to be there. Go somewhere else take your money elsewhere.

I want to commend Craig Wunderlin on his professional experience in helping us with our damaged car. He inspected and examined in great detail the damage, and told us that it was not serious. It was repaired and we were very happy with the outcome. Craig is honest and very caring about his profession . I give Palm Beach Collision Five Stars!

I had my Car done in 2015. ! Mike the owner. Said I had a lifetime warranty I have. Known him for 20 years !! Carl his brother we re partners and quit in middle of job and now I take back and the Insurance company. Was sending a adjuster from hurricane damage and said they were deducting a 35 percent betterment because of the faded original paint ! I had these guys paint they charged 6990 and lied about replacing body panels and they did a poor job I gave sent these guys or mike and Carl over 100 to 200 customers and he completely ripped my insurance off and threw away all paperwork and then got mad when new adjuster wanted receipt ! I would stay away from mike and the new guy Craig M !! He was not helpful and lied to my insurance Company informing them I picked up car and they were gonna cancel my claim due to his unnecessary!! If they would take advantage and treat me despicably!! Imagine what they do to trusting people that are not away if they re lying about warranty and not keeping Mike s word then purposely trying to cover up there over charging of insurance and poor workmanship!! Craig M exact words were we don t paint cars like that ! When I told him I already complain to mike !!and he said that s all my insurance would cover ! Wow 6900 $ could have gotten the entire car painted properly !!! Learned my lesson!! Trust no one especially not these guys !!!They said my car is a headache and take it somewhere else cause I took to long to obtain insurance documents proving they ripped of the insurance company !!! Pls buyers beware owner says throws all paperwork away after a year !! IIRS requires 5 years so proof is in mikes lie of a year !! 20 years of business referrals gone to insurance fraud by mike the owner of all imports ! I will be seeking council

So I go in just to receive an estimate, he was so rude and disrespectful, the older gentleman at the front desk. I asked to receive a estimate, and he wants to charge $25. When I told him that I'll go somewhere else, he mumbled "fine whatever" go ahead".. What type of service is this? I'm definitely not getting my car fixed there.

SO I BROUGHT MY CAR HERE TO SEE HOW MUCH WOULD THEY CHARGE TO FIX MY BUMPER, SPOKE WITH A GUY NAME CRAIG WHO IS THE BIGGEST SCAMMER IS THE STATE OF FLORIDA HE CHARGED ME FOR TAKING THE BUMPER OFF AND JUST LOOKING AT IT, MY INSURANCES PAID HIM TO REPAIR MY ENTIRE FRONT BUMPER AND HE ONLY BUFFED IT OUT, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TAKING YOUR CAR OR TRUCK TO THIS COMPANY TRIED SPEAKING WITH THE OWNER IN REFERENCE THE ISSUE AND HE WAS IN ON IT... IF YOU WANT TO SAVE THE HASSLE GO ELSEWHERE OR PREPARE FOR A HELL OF A RIDE WITH THESE PEOPLE I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND HAVE THEM LAUNCH AN INVESTIGATION OF THERE OWN ON THESE PEOPLE

My window wouldn't go up or down. Dreaded going all the way to west palm for a body shop I trusted. Took a chance with Palm Beach Collision Center and they fixed it in a flash for only $50 !!! I WILL RETURN!!!! :))))) plus ...THEY ARE GREEN!!!The only green Auto Body shop in Palm Beach County!!!!!

Was in my first accident and these guys fixed her up as if I wasn't in one at all. Very friendly and price was reasonable, the estimate they gave me was the price I paid.
