Jordan was polite and efficient. Helped me get tires, an oil change and a full check of my car. I now have a safe ride and a new credit card with no interest for a year to help me pay for it. PERFECT!I will be back!

Jordan was great! I tell you poor guy being on his own dealing with 4 customers when I came in and being most helpful. BUT my issues with the service were that my oil sensor was not reset after completing my own change and on my paperwork stated I was given a complimentary tire rotation but I was never asked for my wheel lock key so not sure my rotation was done. Guess next time I ll stand where I can see the work being done instead of entrusting it would be done.

Mr.Shawn was amazing with my car. He helped in everyway with my car problems. Best mechanic I have seen with patience and great customer care. I m heading back soon for breaks and will be getting my oil changed at his shop10/10

Good service high professional performance from the moment I walked in the door. I went for an alignment and my tires were not good enough, so I have to buy new ones, but I wish they would have told me before I had the alignment so I wouldn't have paid for an incomplete alignment. But they gave me a free estimate to complete the fix.

I have been going to this Midas for the past 2 years. Sean especially had always gone above and beyond to not only make me feel comfortable (as a woman) but also thoroughly explaining each maintenance job. Not only does each staff member not rip you off, they always are able to provide various price points for every persons need.I will drive 30 minutes out of the way to go to this Midas for the great staff.

It was my first time going to midas, and I'll be back again. Shawn was AWESOME! I was there for an oil change and I was in and out so fast it was great! During the holidays there's not a lot of time so I was very appreciative of that fact. Shawn was professional and he was so patient as I asked multiple questions, I appreciate the kindness and I will be back! Happy holidays!

Everyone was super nice & my oil change & tire rotation was super quick compared to going to the dealer which would take hours. Less than 30 min I got my car back. AND I got a coffee cup full of goodies as a first time visitor!! Definitely earned my business. SHOUT OUT to Sean Fitzpatrick!

The experience from start to finish was very professional. I came in for rear brake service, and to get some insight on a humming nosie coming from my car. Sean, was very knowledgeable about the service and gave insight. He never tried to upsell me on anything, and was a genuine person. Come to find out, it was just tire noise and not a wheel bearing. Its great to know that this shop will give you a honest opinion, and do quality work. Thanks again Sean, and his entire team!! I will return to this location for future services.

Excellent service! This was my first time visiting Midas and I was very impressed with the professionalism of everyone. I brought my car in for an oil change and brake inspection. They were reasonably priced and even took pictures of my brakes and rotors, and other components of my car and sent them to me to view. Then they recommended services such as rear brakes that I needed now, but also other services that should be done in the future, but didn t need to be done today. They did not try to sell me anything or convince me to have any service performed that I wasn t sure I needed. Again very professional. I will be bringing my car back again!Services: Brakes, Oil change

Jordan made it possible for me to do more maintenance by informing me about the Midas credit card which offers tremendous advantages like paying you bill over 6 months without interest. There was absolutely no pressure whatsoever from Jordan on anything recommended. Excellent service. The manager was able to fit me in and their mechanic did a great job on my Isuzu box truck. They normally don't work on large trucks, but they figured out a way to work on mine. The two gentlemen that got meBack on the road to a safe and secure road of life and living it were absolutely phenomenal in their assessment diagnosis and expedient repair and return of my huge vehicle Work vehicle with a Reading truck body that is over 20 years old .!!And 280+ thousand miles of thorough use and sometimes abuse .!Towing hauling Long droning miles at highway speeds and lots of stop and go S Fla use in summer I am most confident in the very experienced and seemed not a waisted movement of the techs and professionals that worked on my driveshaft center bearing replacement and 20+ year old muffler .Kudos to the gentlemen that took such pride in their workmanship and customer care by the great services they provided it worth it to me and my company to drive the extra miles to always bring any service needed here for the work to be done and completed in a professional manner .A-Z it was done magnificently and even with a stubborn bearing replacement on a driveshaft the tech took time to assure it was going to be balanced and professionally done right the first time .! !!Look fwd to do more business with this Midas again in any circumstance for work vehicles or personal .Thank you Gentlemen for the ability to get back out there and make $$ in my broken 03 2500 HD Silverado service truck .We will see you soon . I would like to take the time and write a review based on my experience today. Two days ago, my wife had a blowout on 95 with a bad tire. I came to midas and spoke with shawn on many options for tires on my wifes car. He then told me to come on in that the tires will be at the shop when i arrive there. And yes, they were there, as he stated. When the service was done, my wife had called me about the tps service light that was still on. Shawn told me just to come in and he will fix the problem. Today, I came in, and he did as promised. In less then a hour thank you, shawn, and his team for the amazing service

My Jeep has been in and out of the dealership Schumaker s shop since July 31, 2023I have been told that my jeep needed two new axles that the motor mounts were loose that the differentials were bad. Luckily, I have an extended warranty on my vehicle, but unfortunately, I ve been without my vehicle for the better part of nearly 2 months and had to use rental cars which cost $$. Finally, my warranty company got tired of dealing with Schumaker because they were just trying to what I feel like is milk them for money and they started turning claims down, but I was still having issues with my jeep so I brought it into Midas I spoke with Sean Fitzpatrick. He did a comprehensive diagnostic exam on my jeep and found that I had a driveshaft issue that my differentials were fine. My axles are fine. I needed tires, and one of my rims was bent at no time while I was at Schumaker the dealership they never brought any of these things to my attention it took Sean exactly 3 days to fix the issues that needed to be fixed immediately with my jeep , he gave me many pointers and many tips. He alerted me to the things that would come up in the future. He kept me informed every step of the way the crew over at the Midas on Lake Worth Rd.and military Trail are absolutely phenomenal five

I called the evening before to ensure they had the parts for my brakes so the wait wasn't long. I spoke with Jordan who not only informed me that they had the part but that he would also get me in as soon as I arrived. As soon as I entered, the gentleman who worked the desk greeted me and with a warm smile and positive attitude. I wish I knew his name ( had a pic of family...best dad ). My car was being taken care of by Frank who also did a wonderful job with having me in and out in 2hrs with inspection, brakes front/back, and oil change. He also greeted me with a friendly smile. While I waited Jordan went over the technicians inspection. I was given the breakdown on what needed to be done, shown pictures, and pricing. Jordan and the gentleman who checked me in did tell me about the credit card and its benefits but I declined. Overall I'm very satisfied that I came. Everyone I encountered was super friendly, informative, and made sure I was able to get out of there to enjoy my day. Honestly, the only place I'll go for oil changes. They know what they're doing, and my oil changes are always done in perfect time :)Free car inspection (with pictures!) and tire rotation. I've never been taken for a ride with them, and they're always honest with their observations.Been to other oil change/shop chains and I go back to this particular Midas branch every time :)
