The crew went above and beyond to make sure all was taken care of on my 2017 dodge Ram 1500. They checked out the undercarriage and made sure, I was aware of potential issues in the future. Kind, courteous, and the team work they have for communication is great. I would recommend them to anyone. I am from Canada and needed some fresh oil for my journey back home in two weeks. Great customer service from this service center. Very happy with the level of service. Justin and crew are extremely professional and thorough. Courtney was a very helpful in taking me at the last minute. Most definitely will be my new service center. Great job men.

Once again, the gentlemen at this store, have went above and beyond. Courtney is an asset to your company. Customer service, friendly, professional, and honest. Dan was also there cleaning. The two gentlemen who replaced the light, were quick and efficient. Well run store.

Justin was great.From pulling up to the service bay to pulling out of the parking lot was maybe 20 minutes, 25 tops. Justin helped me immediately as I pulled up, kept me updated and had my oil change done almost unbelievably fast.Would recommend.

Don't go there. Very pricey for labor and trying to make extra bucks. There's an half price for oil change and I said I am going to use that code but later when he was explaining me ti me what needs to be done, he said he's going to give me 10 percent discount. Like what about the 50% percent oil change ?! I will go to another jiffy lube.

Justin is a very detailed service advisor. You can trust what he says. I came in here and he pulled my old receipt to make sure of what the quote was for a transmission fluid change and tune up. He explained the quote in detail. Saves a lot of money. compared to Cadillac and they get you done quicker.

The mechanic explained exactly what the problem was and explained exactly what he was going to do. He was very good at his job. I would recommend him to anyone looking for excellent service.

Waiting: the wait was good and the time in which I pulled in and asked about services was superb (very nice guy, too)Scan: The lady who scanned my car and entered my info was an absolute delight. She was funny and very nice.Service: The manager or whoever runs thr garage was an absolute jerk. He spoke to me like I knew nothing. Showed obvious signs of frustration when I told him I ordered the reccomended items to take care of on my own, I also advised him I reset my oil light by myself in which he tolled his eyes and turned around. The gentleman who worked on my car was nice, but he too spoke to me like I knew nothing. He had to be redirected on how to squeegee a damn window. This is by far one of the worst locations I've been to.

My 90 yrs old grandfather got bamboozzled at this place. He went in for an oil change, and he ended up paying $956 for the services these dirty mechanics said he needed, a man that receives $1200 monthly Social Security, here s the kicker his RAV4 got a full synthetic oil Change for $110! When I called Toyota to find out if a 2018 RAV4 needs full synthetic oil change they said absolutely not . Stay away from this place, especially if you re a senior citizen because they will take advantage of you and then play it off we just suggested the manufacture service that s needed again $110 for a synthetic oil change on a Toyota. Stay away! You will get ripped off.

Everyone there was very professional, courteous and oh so very helpful. My car ended up having a horrible leak. I was nervous to drive off but they offered advice and helped me, free of charge. I surely recommend this place.

I have a Mercedes Benz and asked them to put the headlight bulb in and instead they gave me whole new package for my car and charged $250 for the blue led light and on top of that because they put that system in the other headlight stopped working . Got a diagnostic at Mercedes and they said that package doesn t go on Mercedes and that caused my car to be messed up. Do not go to jiffy lube if you got a German car they don t know Jack. Paid 1k for no reason . Thanks alot jiffy lube !

Good morning all, Rich, here, with Richstar, I know I gave a five star review, however, I am changing that, as my wife went to get an oil change, on a rather easy to do vehicle, and the service, was a lot more, than I expected, maybe because she is a woman, or maybe because, she isn't a big corporation. I believe in integrity, and fairness, Jiffy Lube does have a good service team, but the pricing needs adjustment, so now I will rate them a 3, thank you all who reads this review, God bless, have a blessed day, Rich.

Please avoid this Jiffy Lube location at all cost. This location is full of scam.I come in for an oil change and they offer to upscale me on a battery cleanse and told me my battery was fine. Literally the next day my car doesn t want to start. AAA told me my battery was failing. So I bought a battery from AutoZone for $300. Months later I m wondering why hasn t my oil light indication came on, so I check the system and saw that they never rest the mileage. When I checked under the hood my oil is dark brown and my transmission oil is black dust.Could not believe this. Jiffy Lube wants you to service with them so bad that they purposely ignore the important matters which makes you feel the need to return to them for additional expenses.Please i advise everyone avoid this location mainly or Jiffy Lube completely. $3000 for a new transmission isn t worth it.

When you remove the glove compartment shelf to check the cabin filter, replace it properly and don't put water in the wiper fluid! as it's an expensive oil change!

These guys were so careful to do a thorough job of changing the oil in my car. They let me know the price for a tune up, but did not pressure me. One fellow was kind enough to adjust my wiper blades, that were misalligned & not optimally working. I will definitely return.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

This is what they consider filling up your fluids.Literally what I came in with. Thanks a lot.Also wrote miles and other stuff on my windshield didn't clean it, left it all dirty.. never coming back. Bad business.

Never again... The cover on my air box was NOT secure causing the car to stall while driving. One quart of oil was missing from the trunk of my car.

At first I was concerned because my tire pressure light came on after my service, I called them back and had the pleasure of speaking with Zeke who assured me he would help me fix my issue. So said, so done! Zeke is the best!

I had the Signature Service Oil Change done at my local Jiffy Lube. Before the mechanics began working on my vehicle, I reviewed the list of additional services that come with this package with the main mechanic. I was assured that all of these services would be performed on my vehicle. I waited inside of the office while my car was being serviced. Once I was told that my car was ready , I inspected my car and discovered a myriad of issues: My cabin filter and air filter had not been reinstalled(!), my glove box had not been properly reinstalled (after they had removed the cabin filter), my tires had not been checked/inflated (which I had originally told the mechanic was a top priority), one of my tire s valves was audibly leaking air(!), and my fluid levels had not been checked/topped off. In other words, 75% of the guaranteed services had not even been performed, and yet I was told that I was good to go . This was a terrible experience, and part of me wonders if the oil change and transmission fluid change were even carried out! I felt zero assurance or confidence in this company upon leaving.Service: Oil change

I will never go there again bad Costmer service they make oil change for my car and they leave dirty fingerprint all over my car plus they leave oil in the engine without wipe it I have to pay $35 for a car wash after that
