This good year location has been extremely professional and helpful through my entire experience. I knew the issues with my car before coming in and they kept the diagnostic time and repair time as short as possible to keep costs low. They did not pressure me into anything that wasn t needed at the time and only replaced what was necessary. They kept me up to date with all the information as well. They are friendly and easy to work with. I will be happy to bring my car back for future repairs and scheduled maintenance.

PLEASE GET RALPH BACK!!!!! I Have never seen a store so disorganized since I have been going there almost 12 yrs. Ralph was the Store Manager and who was kind, helpful and knew everything. All the mechanics have all left as soon as Ralph did. When you book an appointment you have to make it for when a tech for that particular check up let s say oil change, or tires will be in. I went there once not knowing Ralph left and since that I returned once more and never came back. There was a $30 package which included oil, tire rotation, check and refill fluids if needed, etc now that is all separate. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. And I know all the old customers must not be going there anymore it is run by a bunch of idiots, who don t know what they are doing. I wanted to give 0 stars but it doesn t let you. Goodyear is now Goodbye

Updating my review after being helped out by the other guys at the store, who are all fantastic, really apologized, and got everything done in an amazingly timely manner.The female manager referred to previously was/is a manager in training and is at another store now Hopefully it s smooth sailing from here on out, and hopefully she does better at another store.Original 1-Star review: New management, in particular the female manager, absolutely horrendous.This place used to be great, and I drive 45 minutes to this specific location because the guys really helped out my mom when she was raising us and had no money, and I appreciate their kindness. Most of them are retired (I think only Jim is left). I cannot emphasize enough that I found the new management, in particular a female manager, absolutely horrendous.She scheduled an oil change the same day I called. I drove 45 minutes there and she told me they couldn t take me because they had too many cars. 1) Why schedule the appointment to begin with? and 2) When asked why nobody called to let me know they were at capacity, she said it was not their policy.I was incredibly annoyed but rescheduled for 5 days later at 8am because I have a three-year alignment plan with them that s good for two more years.My brother took my car to the appointment because I had to work. He called me at 8:03am saying they didn t have an appointment for me and there were 5 people ahead of my car. It was the same woman. It was her mistake and she didn t care enough to even apologize. Had she had the decency and common courtesy to apologize, I might not have written this review. It could have been that simple. But at this point I wish I had looked at her name tag to specifically identify her in this review.After putting up a stink and asking for Jim (who is on vacation) she said they d take the car at 9am, which they did, but afterwards she said they couldn t do the alignment because it was backlogged.At this point we ve traveled three hours and the car isn t fully serviced. What a waste of time.My brother scheduled the third (!!) appointment but I did not intend to go there, and unsurprisingly I have not been able to reach them to cancel. There is no voicemail set up to leave a message after hours. I guarantee you it s not their policy. I know good help is hard to find nowadays, but this is ridiculous. I will try to reach Jim and may or may not return to this location.

My family and I have used this place for years. The people were always knowledgeable and friendly. We walked in today to a gentleman who seems to be in training still? And the rudest lady. She is sitting cross legged on the counter (unprofessional), and couldn't seem to get rid of us fast enough. She is going to end up costing them a lot of business in the future if that is how she chooses to speak to people.

Went in and made an appointment for an alignment. Simple right? $139 for the service. Ok Ill take it. Reservation was for 11 am the next day. I went in promptly at 11, they told me it would take MORE than the allotted time and instead of service, they tried to upsell me a package 100% more. Just poor business overall. I told them no thank you and went elsewhere for half the cost.I think their "GoodYears" were probably 20 - 30 years ago but definitely not today.

Juan and Barbie at store #6642 are amazing, as is the rest of the staff. Their pricing, attention to detail and customer service give me hope that there are people that still take pride in their work and understand customer satisfaction. Definitely a customer for life for all my tire needs.

was lied to multiple times by employees that they did timing belts and even scheduled to bring in my car only for the guy to tell me they dont and never have. now I've wasted time and money for an uber i no longer need over services they apparently dont do.

Came in for a flat tire, get charged for the repair, they sent me back on the road. Guess what... Tire is still punctures but now is 8 PM. I have to leave the car up front their place and ask them to fix it correctly, mind not the travels back and forth in uber and the additional inconveniences. They took down the tire one more time and they say there's a hole they didn't see yesterday and they can't repair. Now they are trying to sell me a tire. When I asked the mechanic yesterday what was wrong with the tire he said "nothing it just need it some air".The representative also told me he was willing to "take the repair charge OFF the cost of the new tire" (They actually returned the 25 for thebtire fix, all things said)This is the most unprofessional behavior I have ever encountered in my auto care . Please stay away from here

I paid for an oil change (Ultimate Plus Package) which includeFREE Tire RotationUltimate Engine ProtectionEnhanced Fuel EconomyComplete Fuel System TreatmentPremium Oil Filterand FREE 29 point vehicle inspection. This first item on the list is a FREE tire rotation. They did NOT. When I asked if a tire rotation was done, the manager Responds by saying I didn't tell him I wanted to have them rotated. I told him it's included in the package I paid for and he replies by saying I didn't specify I wanted it done and some people don't want their tires rotated. He then tells me he can do it but it will be a while and I would have to wait again after I waited already for my vehicle to be done. They also did NOT do any type of inspection or tell me what my vehicle may or may not be in need of. They didn't top off any fluids...NOTHING. This package was not cheap and I expected better service and treatment. I will never return to this place again. Piss poor service!

After having a trailer tire shred on I95 last week, I was most fortunate in meeting Juan at the Goodyear Store on Sunday, July 10. He scheduled a timely appointment for 8 AM the following day. I arrived prior to 8 and met the store manager, Jim, who was very courteous and advised that he had my comments made to Juan and requests for two new trailer tires, replacing the spare and the other tire.Ramon got right to work and did an excellent job of changing my tires, as well as volunteering to check the air in my truck s tires. I was back on the road, returning to my campsite outside West Palm Beach in just over an hour!I have used Goodyear tires on a number of vehicles in past decades, and my experience with this Goodyear Store was superb! I was also extended a discount as a veteran, which was certainly appreciated.

If I could give zero stars I would. Showed up to inquire about 2 headlight bulbs that went out in my car. Was told they needed to take off my bumper to change the bulbs and it would be at least $275 in labor costs before the cost of my bulb s which would be either $55 OR $115/ea and they wouldn t know until they got in there. Spoke with my bf who was able to pick up bulbs $55/pair and took him less than 15 minutes to change them out. Didn t need to take bumper off. If I would have gone here, I was looking at $500 to change out two headlights!!!! Come on Goodyear! You need to do better! Needless to say, you lost my vote and I will be warning all about this scam of a practice of yours.

If I could rate this location a negative zero, I would.Scheduled an appointment for service several days in advance, for 9:00am, told it would take 2 hours for the service.Arrived 8:00am and dropped off my car. 11:00am I called and put on hold for 20+ minutes before a human being answers. Finally, Juan picks up to tells me they had not even started on my car yet. Lots of excuses, new computers, not enough mechanics. Well then, they should schedule less appointments per day to match their limited staff and complete customer's service timely. Instead of giving unrealistic expectations that consumers base decisions on.I told them not not to touch my car, I was on my way to take it away from them. Wasted my entire Friday, work time, and the car is still not serviced before the weekend. Too late to try to go to a different auto shop today. I now have to wait until next week and try a different location.

I went for an oil change couple days ago & was the 1st. time I drove away without having to wind up paying for more than just the oil change. I do believe they are honest people to do business with so many places u take your car to & leave with your checkbook a whole lot lighter I would give it 5 stars but I was waiting 3 hrs. All in all I would definitely recommend them because of their good service & attention given to my car

Nobody listens. Shana was a complete disaster. Totally condescending and had a major attitude. Completely different than when Ralph was running the shop. I will never ever go back there.

I am starting a new job today and on my way there I had some car trouble. I came in to this Goodyear store and talked to Ralph. He was able to help me and find the problem quickly. He was honest and helpful to me. He was able to get me back on the road to my new job. I am very grateful for them. If you are looking for a good and honest people they are the place to go. They won a customer. Thank you.

I've been coming here for 5 years now but this week I got a reasonable quote for $280 to get some needed maintenance done. They called me and were personable being aware of my financial situation, so they turned out and did the job free with recommended maintenance for the future! The staff and especially each of the 3 main Managers are always very nice and professional. Keep it up and I'll continue sending more business.

I have taken my car here for the last 3 oil changes and was quite satisfied.On Dec. 8 I took my car in for an oil change, I was there waiting for over 3 hours or more. When they checked my car the Manager told me that the filters need changing and that I had noticed that I had an oil leak and I said no and how can that be fixed he said they need to order a part and I also need new tires. I authorize the new filters which with oil change and filter would cost around $179. The oil leak and tires will happen at a later date.When the service man took the car off the ramp I noticed he did not close the bonnet and drove the car a good distance away from the bays. The serviceman left car and walked back to get a part to be replaced in the engine and a jug with windshield washer, I thought that was odd to have wasted time to walk the way back and forth. After he poured the liquid in the car and closed the bonnet I thought he was about to drive the car up to the front of the office, instead he took the car on the road and when he did not return shortly thereafter I ask another serviceman why would he take the car on the road. The serviceman said to blow the black smoke out.When the serviceman returned the car immediately shocked to see my car on the front passenger side door had a few dings and scratches. The serviceman of course would not admit to damaging my car. I waited for the Manager to come to investigate. It was a fresh scratch because you could see the powdery paint and the chips were still on. The Manager says he is no fool. Don&to know what he was implying. He said it was not a fresh scratch but believe me it is new.Then I said I am no fool either, I know my car and yes there are a few stone chips bot these scrapes and paint chipped off are new from touched by and looking at it. The paint dust was still on the car.The Manager Ralph became very rude to me, he said look into my face and with his index finger and middle finger pointing towards his face he said the he will not charge for the work but I must never come back to his shop and he will make that note in his system.The damage on my car will cost me 10 Times the cost of the oil change. I did not go for a free oil change. I have had a car all my adult years and have never never encountered anyone being so rude.That is why my preference is to take my car to the dealers. It may cost a bit more but if the damage happened there the response would have been different.

My first time coming to Goodyear Autoservice was a great experience. I came to get a tire repaired, but ended up needing two new tires. Ralph, the store manager, and every other employee I came in contact with were kind and courteous. Thank you again for the great service and for doing your best to make me a happy customer!

I needed a nail in my tire patched and was told they wouldn t do it because it was too close to the sidewall. I measured it and it s more than an inch away from the sidewall meeting regulation. They were just being lazy and didn t want to help me.

I made an appointment for an oil change this past Thursday morning and was rudely told once I got there that it would be approximately 2 hours before it would be done. When I asked why this was the case I was told because there where 11 oil change appointments booked for the same time slot. What's the point of an appointment if they overbooked and make you wait anyways? Also, the staff member that I spoke to was not friendly by any means. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars rather than 1 is the fact that I have been there once previously and was treated with courtesy and was in and out in less than 45 minutes. After this past experience, however, they have lost my business. I drove less than 5 miles to a valvoline instant oil change location and was treated great by the staff and was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

I came in for a screw in my tire & was told I needed 2 new tires (it was so obvious when they showed me) and was grateful for the guidance .. The manager Jim was great with matching my budget with the tires & gave me extraordinary service .. he runs a great operation .. I ve been going to another mom & pop place for 30 years now & I saw such a difference in Good Year s service .. loved the clean waiting area with coffee, water, & a counter to plug in my computer to do work while I waited .. thank you Jim for the great service

This particular Goodyear came highly recommended and they are on point. They take amazing care of my fleet vehicle that I drive 600 miles a week of which about 1/4 of those miles are off road. They are busy so I recommend making an appointment or dropping your car off if you can. Thank you for the quality service.

Top notch customer service. My wife was on her way to work and tire showed low. She pulled in and the guys at Goodyear took care of the tire and got it patched. Later that day had a second tire with a leak and I rolled in at 6:45 pm and they took care of tire number two. Awesome customer service.

Great service, wait time was not very long, even without an appointment. I felt there were no unnecessary recommendations made so I trust this store. There are other stores in my area but this is the one I will always choose. The manager Ralph Is friendly and personable and he and his staff are always helpful.
