Gonz auto repair is very professional and did a great job on my car. Everything went very smooth and the staff was excellent. The waiting room is nice and clean and I even had an expresso. I recommend them for any of your repairs.

I learned about this business from my employer. I used them to repair my personal vehicle after a recent auto accident. Gonz did a wonderful job and got the job done in a timely manner. Gonz Auto and the mechanic shop associated with them are stellar. My front bumper was damaged due to a parking bumper - these guys took a look at it and fixed it within 30 min. Amazing job and quality people. Thank you!

My experience was flawless. The staff was courteous, friendly, more than happy to answer any question or concern. I run my own business and having to deal with vehicle issued can be a nightmare but Gonz Collision Center was the best experience I have ever had. They kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle and were there to answer all my questions. My vehicle when ready for pickup at the time estimated and looks amazing. I feel like I have a new vehicle. Its a comfort to know that I have a trustworthy, reputable place to bring my vehicles. Thank you for such great experience.

Tony was able to repair my side view mirror without needing to completely replace it (which is what another auto body shop said was my only option). He told me exactly what part to order and where, and was able fix it the day after the part came in. He saved me so much time and money. I cannot recommend them highly enough and it is certainly the only place I ll be going from now on.

We are so grateful that we took our 2017 Jeep Renegade to get repaired at Gonz Collision Repair! My car looks like new again and the bad experience of having an accident had a happy ending for us at Gonz. From the moment the car was picked up by the towing company until the moment we picked up the car at Gonz, it was a pleasant experience. The owner Robert Gonzalez is an amazing person, a kind and compassionate human being who takes great pride in what he does and in making the customer feel special and at peace with the entire process. When we picked up the car it took us back to the day we were driving it out of the show room again. I would highly recommend Gonz Collision Repair to everyone looking for the BEST experience and the BEST customer service available. My hat goes off to all of you at Gonz! This is a TOP NOTCH SHOP!! I am so grateful to Roberto and his team at Gonz Collision Center. Thanks to them, I was able to keep my truck which my insurance company wanted to declare a total loss. They were able to repair it for an amount that was within my budget and it looks as good as new. I am very happy with the way it turned out and I will recommend them to everyone I know. Don't hesitate to take your car here. They are honestly the best in town! Thank you, Roberto!!!

Very nice people. Received my car back in around 10 business days that had been in an accident. Lifetime warranty on the work, and most importantly, my car looked like the accident never happened. And they threw in a wash and vacuum!!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

One of the better businesses I have ever used. Super friendly. Got me an estimate in minutes. Did not try to upsell me on repairs. The opposite actually. They did their best to minimize my costs. I was rear ended on the turnpike, and was told by "the hitters" insurance company to take my car to Gonz. When I got there they immediately took care of everything, dealing with the insurance company, the rental car place, everything! They made a very stressful situation so easy - and my car looks brand new again! Nice people and great workmanship!! I highly recommend.

1) my driver seat window needed repaired, it needed a new window motor according to the mechanic, he took out the motor out but never put a new in. And for some odd reason he took the one on the back too even tho the back seat window was working fine. He also broke the lock on the back left door. Now I have no power or motor on my windows.2) he never gave me a receipt for any work he done, and my car still from time to time turns off when I drive very slow, the mechanic said since no lights shows up on my car he can't fix the problem.3) my honk barely works ever since I got my car back from this place.Second worse experience I ever had with a mechanic. I came in expecting to get my car fixed. I end up leaving with no motor for my windows , a messed up honk, and no fix for my main problem about my car dying on me when I drive slow.

Gonz was very friendly and professional! I've used them twice now, and both times have been extremely happy with the outcome! Their staff is professional, and their interior lobby is very clean and comfortable. They repaired the car on time, and even delivered it to me! The insurance company did not want to pay for getting a factory part, and Gonz made sure that they knew the lesser quality part did not meet my expectations. Would definitely recommend this body shop to anyone living in the WPB area.

I just had my car repainted. It is 8 years old and was terribly faded, weather stripping and lighting were peeling and cracked. I feel like a have a brand new car now! I am so happy with the job you guys did and will recommend to everyone! Very professional and received car back when promised! Thank you Robert and Gonz Auto!!!

I was recommended by a friend. Had my new fiat repaired. 7,000 miles. I was so worried about driving my car after being hit. I am happy to say that after driving the car for a few weeks, I completely forgot it was ever damaged. I am so thankful to Robert and his team. They made the process seamless and very easy. They helped me with the insurance paperwork and got me in a rental. I was happy to hear that they are a family run business! I highly recommend!!! I hope I never need them again, but if I do, I'll be back!

We had a crash that required a tailgate and bumper replacement. Given the current climate for getting parts we were expecting the worst. They said it would be 1.5 weeks at a minimum, ended up being 2 weeks, not bad! The work was immaculate, and the reps were very nice and thorough.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I've done my homework, so you don't have to.This is the best place in the area. I've been to many body shops before going to Gonz Auto Collision but was not satisfied with customer service and/or the quotes I was given.Gonz has the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff out of all.They way passed my expectations in so many levels. I highly recommend them.
