I went based on recommendation and the referral of a friend. I also checked Google reviews.First and foremost, what a classy experience the professionalism second to none. I had to cancel multiple times due to the work industry my husband and I are in. Tom, the owner even extended our initial quote way past the 30 days. What the heck?We had what we thought Was a minimally, invasive, scratch but knew the extent of it. We had already had received our quote, but while my husband was at Toyota for an oil change, he said what the heck go ahead. Cost Give me a quote for that repair. It was almost 2 times as much as what the cost was with Tom and his company. We won t talk Prices because every job is different.We posted some before and after pictures they were kind enough when my husband stopped by to let him walk in and check out the progress while his vehicle was in their shop. We noticed they took a couple extra steps and fixed some things that they didn t even have to thank you for that . We received our vehicle back in pristine condition, even better than we sent it in, including the scratch, They paid extra attention to detail, and they now have three of my referrals for small jobs, and we will be using them A full exterior repaint on our FJ cruiser.Kindly,B, C CampServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a car accident a month ago and my insurance recommended this shop and hands down it was the best experience ever from awesome customer service to having my car fixed quickly. Please see picture for before and after pictures of my car.

I brought my 2023 Denali here after only 3 days of purchasing it new and someone backed into me at Costco. The customer service and quality of work was a 10. From very first contact ( phone) through to pick up, I couldn t have been more satisfied with this company. We were in an accident, air bags imploded..nerve wracking experience. Owner kept me updated on the progress, we all know parts are so hard to get. My car looks and feels like new. I am going to tell my insurance company to definitely place Factory finish paint and body company on their suggested list to their insured customers that want true professionalism. Thank you guys for treating me with such respect and courtesy.

My name is Andre. A week ago I took my 2019 ford fusion to Factory Finish Paint and Body shop. I had been in a crash that left my driver door destroyed and the front fender damaged. These guys made my car look like new again! I m very satisfied with the work they did and the professionalism of their staff. They even put me in a rental car while they were doing some technical stuff that required an extra day. Don was amazing! Ashley and Wayne were great also. Everyone was so polite and courteous to the customers. Take your car there!! !

If you are looking for a custom paint job on your favorite whip, I strongly recommend that you contact Tom at Factory Finish. He really cares about the quality of his work, and did not stop working until my car was PERFECT. Finding good help is hard to find, and if you need paint or body work, you should reach out to Tom at Factory Finish. I HIGHLY recommend! Ruby, my 2015 Mustang, looks beautiful!!Service: Painting

I have a 2004 Saab that the headlights looked like they had cataracts. I was thinking of replacing them. Luckily, I was referred to Thomas Potenziani. They did an amazing job. They polished them and they look like new. I highly recommend them.

Don't judge a book by its cover. Saying its not fancy would be a bit of an understatement, but once you get past the exterior you'll find high quality work at a very reasonable price. I had the front and rear bumpers of my show car painted here. These guys are VERY knowledgeable and the workmanship was excellent. Turn around time was super quick (less than a week) and they were very helpful on the phone figuring out how to match some custom paint on the rest of the car. We had some manufacturer's paint defects that required the car roof to be painted so after checking reviews for our area selected Factory Finish.They were very professional and personable and quickly gave us a written itemized estimate. We accepted the estimate and they asked us to drop the car of on Monday in "the week after next" and the car would be ready to be picked up late the next day or early Wednesday. We dropped the car of that Monday and they called at lunch the next day to let us know that the car was finished and ready to be picked up. We picked up the car and the charge was exactly what they had quoted - no extra charges.The workmanship was excellent, the newly painted surface color was exactly the same as the old, adjacent paint and there wasn't any over spray.I had some chairs painted at Maaco a couple of months earlier. Maaco's service was a nightmare. They promised the work would be done in 2 to 3 days, 2 weeks later they hadn't started, when I picked up the chairs there were dried paint runs, spots with no paint or so thin I could see the metal color through the paint, what looked like sand had blown on the wet paint, etc. I should have known better when I first stopped by. Their office area was filthy and cluttered with junk, they never offered a written quote and they charged an additional fee for using a credit card.I had some factory warranty paint done at the Hyundai dealer and they made a mess of the job. A defect required that they repaint an entire fender. Although their color match was good, I could tell that that the color of the repainted fender was a little different. My windshield was also covered with what appeared to be clear coat over spray that I'm still trying to get off.Factory Finish's office area was clean, uncluttered and well lit. The parking is a bit tight and it isn't clear when approaching the business whether you should enter on the right or left. Factory Finish is behind the Midas Muffler business.

They did a fantastic job. I only do business with people who are genuinely nice & who care and they're just that! I knew I was going to get good results based on the environment and reviews but I was shocked . My car looks new and they cleaned it inside & out. I am a certified knit picker and I have 0 complaints. 100% recommend!!!

Tom is a true blue American!! So glad to know there are small business owners out there who truly care about their customers and show it with fair pricing, thorough attention to detail and quick turnaround! Tom at Factory Finish did an amazing job! I chipped some paint on my hood and I gave him my car for a day and the next day it was like it came right off the showroom floor! I couldn t be any more satisfied with the job they did. Great communication and a genuine cool dude if you need body/paint work than Tom at Factory finish is your guy!Service: Painting

Tom is great! Even though we met on a not so good circumstance (after my cars bumper was ran into and damaged). I drove immediately to his shop after reading his reviews. I was greeted by him and given various options. His service and professionalism made it an alright experience. He was able to repair my 2018 Nissan within days at an affordable cost. He was extremely understanding and worked well with me. He returned my vehicle looking brand new. Even washed my car so it even smelled new. Lol I will recommend him any chance I get! Thank you again!

Tom at Factory Finish is absolutely AMAZING! I absolutely love his service. I ve been to Tom twice for my 2020 Malibu after one time it was side swiped parked then after I was in a three car collision on i95! I haven t received my car back yet but I know and trust that Tom is going to restore my car like I bought it. I would trust him with anything related to car body. First time I took my BMW to Factory Finish, Tom worked on my front bumper and my passenger door. Both with heavy damages, Tom and his team did and excellent job to repair the damages. I told Tom I also wanted my roof painted with a gloss paint and he said no problem. My car looked brand new after it came out of the shop. Very grateful for Tom and his team at Factory Finish Paint. I will go back as necessary and will recommend this auto shop to whoever wants good work done and not as expensive as his competition.

They did an amazing job! Someone clipped my rear bumper and it needed repaired and repainted. Factory Finish Paint and Body did a excellent job restoring the bumper like it was brand new. They also modified the front grill and changed it from chrome to blacked out to match the rest of the car. My car looks awesome now. Tom was great to communicate with through the whole process. We were treated like family! Honest, kind and professional owner.We found Tom by chance, and we are very happy that we did. A few years ago I used a body shop in the area but couldn't locate it. After driving around for a bit, my mom and I found this shop and decided to stop in. Tom was there and took a look at the damage. The front bumper pulled away from the car after getting stuck on those concrete parking blocks you see in parking spaces. While it looked serious, Tom assured us that it really wasn't. He said he could squeeze us in to make the repair. The next day, I dropped off the car. Within a couple of hours, as promised, Tom called me and said the car was ready. The repair is perfect. There is no sign of what happened. The cost was more than reasonable much, much less than what the dealer quoted. Tom is a standup guy who takes pride in his work and wants his customers to walk away happy. That's the first impression we got when we met him, and he delivered. Good man! Amazing experience, they handled everything with the insurance. Did a amazing job with the bumper repair got me a brand new headlight. And even detailed the car inside and out all in quick order. From the second I stepped in the show I was treated with the most respect and best customer service since I ve moved down to Florida anything in the future there will be no doubt in my mind I will be going back to factory finish!!!Service: Body & Trim

I took my car there recently. The work done was outstading!! Their quality of work is inpressive. They were able to fix my car it looks like nothing ever happened to it. In the beginning of July (2021) I got into a horrible accident. I was recommended to take my car to factory finish and was very happy with the results. My car was really banged up. I cannot thank you enough for fixing up the car. The car looks amazing. Tom was very helpful during the process.

Tom repaired and painted my Kia Optima after the doors were smashed in a parking lot. He saved me the deductible and gave me a lifetime warranty on the beautiful paint job. My car looks like new and you would never know it was hit!! Thank you Tom, I highly recommend your shop to family and friends and anyone who needs body work and flawless auto painting.

I was so pleases with my decision to go with Tom at Factory Finish Paint and Body. They were courteous, honest, and offered fantastic customer service from the moment I walked in the door.
