Amazing highly recommend their services very professional. Oscar was right on top of things told me exactly what time he would be at my house to fix the windshield on our truck and was there exactly at that time we did maybe two hours from the time I called. I spoke with Oscar Wednesday afternoon, he ordered my rear electric window on an F150 Thursday morning. I dropped my truck off at 8am Friday morning and it was done by 11am. Great service and professionally done. Thank you Oscar, the ladies in the office and to all Charlie s staff. Job well done!!

Absolutely stellar service my rear window was smashed and they took care of buisness. From the moment I picked up my phone to make an appointment to the pickup of my jeep I was provided with excellent service. Service providers and technicians do a fantastic job they are efficient, courteous, professional and trustworthy. If you have any issues call Charlie's Auto Glass and know you're in skilled hands.

The price initially came in cheaper than safelite and we wanted to support a local business. They got the job done same day and in a timely manner, but in the process left quite a mess in the interior. I had to vacuum up bits of broken glass, old sealant residue, and steam clean the tan interior of the car due to all the black scuffs and stains left by careless installers. We didn t bring them a brand new car but we keep our older one clean, not very satisfied with the quality of work and will not be returning.

They did an amazing job one small thing they did that was very extra. I did not expect I had a sticker on my window and they transferred it over. I just figured they would toss it which was totally cool . After smashing out my rear window I was able to get in 5 min to closing. They were able to order my window and have it in by the next morning. It was very last minute and I was thankful they were able to help. They weren't able to get me the same window as I had on there but it was close enough. Window and installation was $600. Very kind salesman.

I had broken my drivers side mirror. Charlie s had it ordered and replaced very quickly.I thought the pricing was reasonable and the service was excellent. While I hope I never have damage to my car's glass again, if I do, I'm absolutely coming back here! They had me in and out in 30 minutes the day after the incident and they are amazingly affordable! As an extra bonus, they are very service oriented and polite! 10/10 recommend for all your auto glass needs!

My 2020 GMC Sierra had a rear window leak 3 years old along with Schumacher GMC in north palm beach where I bought truck new. No help from them, called Charlie s spoke with Jamie and they know of the leak issues with my truck along with other manufacturers windows with the slider. Oscar asked if he could keep the truck for the day to determine what the issue is, he called later in afternoon my window frame which is plastic was cracked allowing water to come in, along with my headliner getting wet. Oscar replaced my window and resealed it, did keep truck overnight. When I picked truck up Oscar explained again what the issue is with the newer trucks with sliding windows. Just to be clear later in the day a rain storm came through it poured hard for 30-45 mins and I am happy to report no leak and no water inside my truck. Thank you to Jamie and Oscar you guys are top notch craftsmanship company.

I was referred to them by Wayne Akers Ford and my insurance said they were a preferred dealer as well. Went to get my window done and everything was done quickly, but the day after I got my car I had an error message pop up because my car was not properly calibrated. Called and said no appointments just bring it in. First time I brought it in when I called to say I was coming, team was at lunch. Came back and then waited over an hour to get their issue fixed. They should ve calibrated the car properly the first time, instead waste half my day to go and sit in a small waiting area for someone to fix the calibration. Good work but like do it right the first time so people don t have to come back.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Well, they were quick, offered same day service, price was competitive. Job was done in no time flat, but I feel they could of spent a little more time removing the broken glass. I had already removed 95% of the broken glass. Of course I couldn't get what was in the door panel and I hope they did. There was broken glass left under the seat nor sure if he even vacuumed anything. Had to return as didn't properly secure mirror button on door handle and when I did go back the guy that did the install acted like I was a burden. I now hear the wind through the closed window but haven't addressed with them as it wasn't a friendly visit back. If I ever need to replace another window I feel I will go elsewhere. They are not welcoming in any event, but the window is fixed.Service: Auto side window replacement

Very disappointed in this facility. The tech who installed my glass was a good guy, he meant well but if they weren't able to put it on correctly, I would've appreciated my money back and a phone call. My regret is going to them and paying cash before it was fine but at the time, I thought that paying them in cash and before it was done would guarantee a flawless job. Boy, was I wrong. There's wind noise after the installation, immense amounts of silicone used under the windshield and silicone used on my cowls when that's not necessary as well. Maybe they broke a push pin or something but call me to let me know.I called them a day or two after it was done as it was the holidays and a weekend and gave them a chance to correct it before I reviewed them but the owner wanted to take no responsibility for it as if it was me who did the job. They disregarded the wind noise and he belittled and insulted the tech in front of every customer that morning. That's very unprofessional and speaks volumes. I wasted gas and my time in even driving to them again to show them.Please do not come here unless you want a botched job and left looking for a better quality installation at other places.UPDATE:After receiving a response from the owner, you can tell he's not very good on his English and was possibly upset when he wrote it. I ended up contacting Velez Auto Glass and they did an amazing job in reinstalling the windshield and I have had no wind noise since. They said that you guys did a terrible job, left parts of the windshield unglued among other things. I tried telling you guys to redo the windshield since I paid cash but like previously stated, I shouldn't have even gone to you or I should've paid with a credit card so I could've disputed it with a less than satisfactory job you guys did. In regards to the broken pillar on the INSIDE of my truck that I did not even mention in the original review, that is fixed now and guess who fixed it? VELEZ AUTO GLASS. They didn't even have to but they did since the new part was laying in my back seat and that's why they will be my go to from now on and why the reader should go to them as well. Sorry Charlie's, you guys dropped the ball and want to save face and I hope this review lets other people know to think twice before receiving your services. I came to you guys for a windshield job not the pillar so you stating that is just irrelevant. I was never upset about that, I even told you guys not to touch it. Own up to your botched job and take responsibility.

I needed a window fixed on bmw and most of the places we got quotes from were crazy expensive. We found Charlie's and hit the jack pot. Their prices were very reasonable.! Plus they were extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend them to everyone and they will be getting plenty more of my business.

Took our Transit/RV there for a rear view camera attachment and was in / out in no time and no issue with it being a small RV. They said if it falls off, come back and they'll fix it for free - nice guarantee. Nice people and good price - what more can you ask for.Thanks Charlie's

Went to repair my passenger window & passenger side mirror. Great service, great prices, & they do a very good job! Wait wasn't long at all too. Front receptionist was really nice. Would recommend to everyone to get their glass repair here!

Price was fair! I called around 7 diff rent auto glass installers in the area for my husbands auto glass replacement and Charlie's had the lowest quote. Service was quick, picked up the car the same day!

Vehicle was broken into while in the area on a job. I needed it fixed ASAP, same day, so I could make my 10 hour ride back home with a window! They came out to my job site, installed exact window, and had me ready to go before I was done working. They were the only company that could make it that day, even though the others advertised same day service. Fair price and very polite, thanks!

I ask for an appointment in this place at 8:00 am but when my husband arrived, the owner Charlies was very rude to my husband not professional at all. Charlies came out the shop and was very upset saying what are you doing here, my husband answer I have an appoint at 8:00 am. Charlies answer came back later I have 3 people before you . Rude and aggressive RUN OUT DO NOT CAME TO THIS PLACE NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I liked the way Oscar took my call and set up the installation of our back windshield on our 2017 Jaguar XL, and I liked his fair price. And he sent Mario, the very best Glass Installer. Mario cleaned all the glass out of the car, vacuumed, put the glue, and placed the new back windshield, A+ Excellent. Thank you Charlie's Auto Glass!
