Over a month to fix a bumper and side dent, I was told I would be updated by rep proactively not once has this happened. They make you sign a waiver so that you can't complain about the estimated time. Makes me think they charge the insurance company per/day for holding the car. When you call for an update the rep is always at lunch regardless of the time. I have to reach out at least 3 times to get an update, I requested a part I could of express shipped and clip on myself that seems to have added an additional week. Since I can't reply to the comments, you add an email to reach out to you to fix it yet nothing is done, same as the call for an update from your rep.. only since it's public you pretend to respond to it......

Caliber collision is highly exceptional from the Manager all the way through adviser. I bring my truck there to get fixed and keep me updated from Day 1 until its done. There works are above from excellence.Highly professional employees.This place is highly recommended.
